    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi konten yang digunakan oleh akun Instagram @beraspunokawan_id sebagai sarana promosi produk beras lokal. Dalam era digital, media sosial menjadi kanal yang efektif untuk membangun kesadaran merek, menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas, serta meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Teori AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) digunakan untuk mengkaji efektivitas strategi konten yang diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akun @beraspunokawan_id berhasil menarik perhatian audiens melalui visual yang konsisten dan copywriting persuasif. Minat audiens dibangun melalui konten edukatif seputar beras. Aksi konsumen didorong melalui ajakan langsung dan kemudahan akses pembelian. Meskipun strategi ini cukup efektif dalam membangun citra positif, akun ini menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, antara lain keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, variasi konten yang minim, serta tantangan algoritma Instagram yang dinamis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi konten dan kolaborasi lebih luas untuk meningkatkan daya saing promosi digital produk lokal

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Work Engagement Di Pt. X Medan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang diterapkan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah stratified random sampling .Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan judul "Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Work Engagement di PT.X Medan," dapat disimpulkan bahwa:Ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap work engagement pada karyawan tetap di PT. X Medan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang berada di bawah batas signifikansi 0,05, sehingga hipotesis alternatif diterima. Koefisien regresi sebesar 0,717 mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi budaya organisasi yang diterapkan dalam perusahaan, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat work engagement karyawan. Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,514 menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi mampu menjelaskan 51,4% variasi dalam work engagement, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Mayoritas responden, yaitu sebanyak 162 orang (73,3%), berada dalam kategori budaya organisasi tinggi. Sementara itu, sebanyak 46 orang (20,8%) termasuk dalam kategori sedang, dan hanya 13 orang (5,9%) yang memiliki budaya organisasi rendah. Mayoritas responden, yaitu sebanyak 159 orang (71,9%), berada dalam kategori work engagement tinggi. Sebanyak 47 orang (21,3%) berada dalam kategori sedang, dan hanya 15 orang (6,8%) yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah

    This study aims to determine Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes Using Pop-Up Book Media in Pancasila Education Subjects at Sd Negeri 066055 Medan Denai. The type of research used by the researcher is classroom action research. Classroom action research is research conducted by teachers in their own classes through self-reflection with the aim of improving their performance so that student learning outcomes increase. The location of this research is at Sd Negeri 066055 with the address Jalan Kasuari, Medan Denai. The implementation of this research was carried out on April 15, 2025 and May 5, 2025. The subjects in this study were students who were in the second grade of elementary school with a total of 15 students, consisting of 8 male students and 7 female students. The object of this research is the effort to improve learning outcomes using pop-up book media in Pancasila learning at SD Negeri 066055 Medan Denai. Based on the results of the research analysis that have been described in chapter IV, the results of the initial value of students before the application of pop-up book media were 65.6 in cycle I. Furthermore, the value of student learning outcomes after the application of pop-up book media was 81.8 in cycle II. Which means that in this study there has been an increase in learning outcomes using pop-up book media with the results of the initial value of 65.6 to 81.8. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes by using pop-up book media in Pancasila learning at SD Negeri 066055 Medan Denai

    This study aims to determine the influence of social comparison on social media on self-esteem in early adulthood. Based on the results of research on the influence of social comparison on social media on Self Esteem in early adulthood in Medan City, the following conclusions can be drawn: The results of the study indicate that social comparison on social media has a significant and negative effect on self-esteem in early adulthood individuals. This means that the more often someone compares themselves to others on social media, the greater the likelihood of their self-esteem or self-esteem decreasing. Most respondents in this study had a high level of self-esteem, even though they also had a high level of social comparison. This shows that not all social comparisons have a direct negative impact, because some individuals are still able to maintain a positive view of themselves, perhaps due to other factors such as social support, personality, or strong internal values. When viewed based on the social comparison aspect, it is known that physical attractiveness and lifestyle are the two aspects that are most often compared by respondents when they use social media. This means that many respondents feel triggered to compare their appearance and lifestyle with what is seen in other people's posts. While aspects of personality and wealth are also compared, but not as much as these two aspects

    Implementation Of The Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Learning Model To Improve Learning Activities And Outcomes Students

    The problem in this study is the low level of student learning activity and the accounting learning outcomes that remain below the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement in learning activity and accounting achievement of students in class XI AKL 2 at SMK Negeri 6 Medan through the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 6 Medan in the 2024/2025 academic year. The subjects of the study were 35 students from class XI AKL 2, while the object of the study was the Team Assisted Individualization learning model. The study was carried out in two cycles. Data collection techniques included observation sheets to assess student learning activity and tests to measure learning outcomes. The data analysis techniques used were both quantitative and qualitative. Based on the observation sheets, in Cycle I, 12 students (34.29%) were categorized as active and very active. In Cycle II, this number increased to 31 students (88.58%), meeting the success indicator of ≥ 85%. Regarding learning outcomes, the data showed that the average pre-test score was 69.71, with 15 students (42.85%) achieving mastery. In the post-test of Cycle I, the average score increased to 82.00, with 26 students (74.29%) achieving mastery. This improved further in the post-test of Cycle II, with an average score of 95.71 and 33 students (94.29%) achieving mastery, thereby meeting the success indicator of ≥ 85%. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model can improve both the learning activity and accounting achievement of students at SMK Negeri 6 Medan

    Persuasive Language Analysis in Advertising in the Daily Print Media Serambi Indonesia

    This study aims to describe persuasive language in print media advertisements in the Serambi Indonesia Daily. The method used in this study uses a descriptive analytical approach with a qualitative research type. The data in this study is persuasive language found in advertisements displayed in print media with data sources from the Serambi Indonesia Daily print media. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation and documentation. While the data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis technique with stages 1) re-reading the advertisements that have been collected, 2) identifying the language used in the advertisements, 3) classifying advertisements containing persuasive language based on persuasive language techniques identification, suggestion, rationalization, compensation, and conformity, 4) analyzing the meaning and implications of persuasive language, 5) describing the use of persuasive language in advertisements. The results of the study indicate that there are four persuasive language techniques in print media advertisements in the Serambi Indonesia Daily, namely persuasive language techniques identification, suggestion, rationalization, compensation, and conformity, and only one persuasive language technique is not found, namely the compensation persuasive language technique

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Resiliensi Mahasiswa Perantau Yang Pernah Mengalami Grief Akibat Kematian Orangtua. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 orang Mahasiswa perantau karena hal ini dilakukan untuk mengarahkan pemahaman secara lebih mendalam Adapun yang akan menjadi informan pada penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang memiliki hubungan dekat dengan subjek serta mengenal subjek penelitian dengan baik, yaitu orang tua, saudara kandung dan teman dekat. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 orang Mahasiswa Perantau yang mengalami grief akibat kematian orang tua dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun, karena hal ini dilakukan untuk mengarahkan pemahaman secara lebih mendalam. Bersumber hasil penelitian dan analisis tentang resiliensi pada mahasiswa perantau yang pernah mengalami grief akibat kematian orang tua, dapat diperoleh hasil bahwa mahasiswa perantau tersebut menunjukkan gambaran resiliensi dengan adanya resiliensi yang dimiliki subjek I dan Subjek II meliputi : Aspek Regulasi Emosi, Aspek Impuls Control, Aspek Optimis, Aspek Causal analysis, Aspek Empati, Aspek Self Efficacy, Aspek Reaching-out, Faktor Dorongan Sosial, Faktor Spiritualitas, Faktor Emosi Positif

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Parental Pressure Terhadap Self-Regulated Learning Pada Mahasiswa Yang Sedang Mengerjakan Skripsi Di Kota Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akhir yang berada di kota Medan. Menurut data BPS tahun 2022, jumlah mahasiswa di Kota Medan sebanyak 268.044 orang dari Perguruan Tinggi Swasta dan dari Perguruan tinggi Negeri Kota Medan. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh parental pressure terhadap self-regulated learning pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di Kota Medan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan parental pressure terhadap self-regulated learning dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,662, yang berarti 66,2% variasi self-regulated learning dapat dijelaskan oleh parental pressure, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 26,931 dengan signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), sehingga pengaruh parental pressure terhadap kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengatur proses belajar mandiri selama mengerjakan skripsi adalah signifikan.Self-regulated learning pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi berada pada kategorisasi yang tinggi, yaitu sebanyak 345 orang (92,7%). Sedangkan responden dengan tingkat self-regulated learning sedang berjumlah 27 orang (7,3%), serta tidak terdapat responden yang masuk dalam kategori rendah. Begitu juga dengan parental pressure yang terbanyak berada pada kategori sedang sebanyak 316 orang (84,9%), kategori tinggi sebanyak 47 orang (12,6%), dan kategori rendah sebanyak 9 orang (24%)

    Identification Of Students' Misconceptions And Information Sources Using The Five-Tier Diagnostic Test Model Fluid Dynamic Concept

    One of the main issues in physics education is the high incidence of student misconceptions, particularly regarding the concept of dynamic fluids. Misconceptions can hinder conceptual understanding and negatively affect students’ cognitive abilities in comprehending more advanced material. This study aims to identify the level of misconceptions and determine the sources of information that contribute to the formation of these misconceptions. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using the Five-Tier Diagnostic Test instrument, which consists of five components: answer selection, confidence in the answer, reasoning, confidence in the reasoning, and source of information. The research subjects were all 19 eleventh-grade students of SMA Swasta Methodist 7 Medan in the 2024/2025 academic year. The results showed that 12% of the students experienced misconceptions, with the most dominant subtopic being the continuity equation (14%). The primary sources of misconceptions were identified as personal reasoning (25%) and peer interaction (20%). These findings indicate that both internal and social factors significantly influence the development of incorrect conceptual understanding. Therefore, the use of a five-tier diagnostic instrument is recommended as an early identification tool to design more effective and targeted learning improvement strategies

    The phenomenon of low parental involvement in children’s education is still evident at HKBP Sidorame Private Senior High School Medan, such as limited participation in school activities and communication with teachers, which affects both academic support and character development of students. This study aims to examine the role of parental involvement in the educational process using a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving parents, teachers, and students through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that parental involvement plays an important role in students’ learning success, through home guidance, communication with the school, and participation in school activities, yet the level of involvement varies due to factors such as occupation, time availability, and awareness of education.
