    IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR STUDI KASUS: SDN 15 NTOBO KOTA BIMA

    Kurikulum di Indonesia mengalami banyak perkembangan. Saat ini kurikulum yang diimpelentasikan yaitu kurikulum merdeka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk 1) mengetahui implementasi kurikulum merdeka  2) mengetahui metode penerapan kurikulum merdeka 3) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatif dengan Pendekatan Studi Kasus. Alasan peneliti memilih studi kasus karena jenis pendekatan ini sangat cocok untuk mengambarkan keadaan dan situasi implementasi kurikulum di SDN 15 Ntobo Kota Bima yang merupakan tempat penelitian. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah, Waka Kurikulum, Guru kelas dan Beberapa guru yang bersedia untuk di wawancarai. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Observasi dan wawancara dengan Triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan Model Miles Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Implementasi Kurikulum merdeka di SDN 15 Ntobo Kota Bima Sudah berjalan dengan baik 2) Metode yang dilakukan dalam implementasi Kurikulum merdeka adalah baru kelas 1-4 yang menggunakan Kurikulum Merdeka  3) Faktor yang penting dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka adalah kesiapan guru dalam menerima kurikulum merdeka.     The younger generation of Buddhists faces vulnerabilities in terms of education, religious identity, and life skills. This study aims to describe how the Pusdiklat Bodhidharma Pusat Semarang (PBPS) manages value-based life skills to develop a talent pipeline for the next generation of Buddhists as strategic assets for the future. This qualitative research uses a case study of PBPS students. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions using triangulation of sources and techniques. The findings demonstrate 1) planning based on environmental analysis by integrating the potential of foster children and donors; 2) implementation of life skills, including personal skills (practicing noble morals, discipline, and simplicity); social skills (teamwork and conflict management); academic skills (wall magazines, devotional services, and Sunday school); vocational skills (event organizing, agriculture, wedang uwuh entrepreneurship, and crafts); and 3) control through value-based evaluation. The findings broaden the perspective of skills into the process of forming value-based human and social capital. Practical implications of formulating a SAFE (sequenced, active, focused, and explicit) program design, senior mentoring of juniors, digital self-regulation, and ethical entrepreneurship relevant to the concept of right livelihood (sammaajiva). &nbsp

    Artikel ini menganalisis fenomena Citayam Fashion Week (CFW) dan peran TikTok sebagai bentuk transformasi digital dan dinamika sosial anak muda urban di Indonesia. Berangkat dari ekspresi spontan anak-anak muda pinggiran kota Jakarta yang kemudian menjadi viral, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan The Society dari Littlejohn, yang mencakup tiga pilar: Social Foundation, Social Critique, dan Social Change. Dengan metode Analisis Wacana Kritis (Fairclough), studi ini menelusuri bagaimana interaksi simbolik di TikTok membentuk identitas, merepresentasikan kelas sosial, serta mendorong perubahan sosial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa TikTok tidak hanya menjadi media ekspresi, tetapi juga ruang negosiasi makna dan kekuasaan simbolik, tempat anak muda pinggiran merebut narasi budaya urban. Namun, viralitas ini juga menghadirkan tantangan seperti komodifikasi, stereotip, dan kooptasi oleh media arus utama. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi bukan sekadar kemajuan teknologi, melainkan arena baru dalam kontestasi identitas dan redistribusi kekuasaan budaya di era globalisasi digital

    This research deeply examines the copywriting strategies implemented in the Instagram content @rpnhospitality within the context of promoting and branding hospitality assets managed by PT RPN. The primary problem explored is how copywriting is effectively used to attract a diverse audience, build engagement, and ultimately achieve the established marketing objectives. The research methodology applied is the descriptive qualitative method, involving a series of in-depth interviews with the IT division and the multimedia team responsible for content creation, as well as the managers of PT RPN's hospitality assets, with the aim of gaining a comprehensive understanding of the planning, production, and evaluation processes of Instagram content. The research results consistently demonstrate that @rpnhospitality adopts the AIDAS (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action, Satisfaction/Share) approach comprehensively and integrally in their copywriting strategies. Each AIDAS element is carefully implemented to create content that not only attracts initial audience attention but is also effective in generating interest through the presentation of relevant information, fostering desire for the products or services offered, encouraging concrete actions such as reservations or visits, and most importantly, building customer satisfaction through an emphasis on quality and perceived benefits. The research confirms the crucial role of copywriting in dynamic digital marketing with a relevant emotional touch and recommends the continued development of more personalized, creative, and informative strategies, with a stronger focus on building emotional connections with audiences and creating message consistency across social media

    CULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN THE DIGITAL ERA: : (Challenges, Strategies, And Social Implications)

    This study discusses the transformation of cultural communication in the digital age, which is characterised by rapid developments in information technology, social media, and globalisation. Using qualitative methods and literature review, this study identifies fundamental changes in the form, process, and impact of cultural communication on society. The findings reveal that the digital age has erased geographical boundaries, accelerated cultural exchange, and expanded social networks. However, challenges such as miscommunication, cultural polarisation caused by social media algorithms, and the spread of misinformation and hate speech have also increased. Proposed strategies include enhancing digital and cultural literacy, multicultural education, cross-sector collaboration, and innovation in cultural preservation through digitalisation. The social implications identified include strengthened social solidarity, the formation of hybrid identities, cultural economic opportunities, and the risk of identity crises and social conflicts. This study recommends collective cross-sector efforts to build a healthy, adaptive, and inclusive cultural communication ecosystem in the digital age

    IMPLEMENTATION OF DHT11 SENSOR AND YL-69 SENSOR IN AUTOMATIC PLANT WATERING SYSTEM BASED ON INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT) USING BLYNK

    Naturally, plants need water and nutrients that are essential for their growth and development. Therefore, watering the plant must be done regularly every day to keep the plant healthy. If watering is not done in accordance with the required time, the plant will have difficulties in the process of photosynthesis and food production, which can be fatal, including the death of the plant or disruption of its growth process. Many people have difficulty watering plants at the right time due to busyness or ignorance. To solve this problem, an automatic watering system is needed that can be set according to the schedule and allows remote control using a microcontroller. In this study, several components were used, such as the RTC DS3231 to access the time accurately, the YL-69 sensor to detect soil moisture so that if the soil is already moist enough the system will not water. DHT11 to measure the temperature and humidity of the surrounding air, if the soil condition is dry but the temperature is too hot, watering will not be carried out because it can damage the plant. Relays are used to control water pumps. All of these components are integrated in an ESP32 NodeMCU. The system will run water pumps every 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. every day. The test results concluded that the system can work well where this system has the ability to increase efficiency and productivity in the process of watering plants

    Perencanaan Pembelajaran SD Negeri 4 Wonogiri

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh dengan guru di SD Negeri 4 Wonogiri. Studi penelitian tersebut menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap guru SD Negeri 4 Wonogiri yaitu Bapak Marsudiyono, S.Pd wali kelas 5B. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan RPP atau rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran atau modul ajar yang digunakan merupakan langkah yang sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa pembelajaran yang berlangsung secara terstruktur dan sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka yang berlaku saat ini. Guru juga menggunakan berbagai strategi untuk menjaga kelas agar tetap kondusif, seperti memberikan motivasi awal kepada siswa. Guru juga melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara rutin untuk mengukur keberhasilan siswa. Evaluasi juga digunakan untuk bahan refleksi bagi guru. Penggunaan media pembelajaran, alat peraga, dan pendekatan kontekstual seperti belajar diluar kelas merupakan langkah yang inovatif dalam medukung pemahaman siswa. Guru juga mengalami kendala dan tantangan dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran.Contohnya guru harus menyesuaikan metode pengajaran dengan kebutuhan siswa dan memanfaatkan teknologi secara maksimal dan memastikan bahwa materi pelajaran yang diberikan sudah sesuai dengan standar kurikulum. Kendala tersebut sangat menyoroti perlunya dukungan bagi pendidik, termasuk dalam pelatihan profesional untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan bermakna. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran yang efektif membutuhkan peran guru dalam merancang atau menyusun metode yang inovatif. Dapat memanfaatkan media pembelajaran secara optimal, dan dapat menerapkan pendekatan kontekstual yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa yang berbeda-beda. Meskipun sering mengalami kendala, prosesrefleksi dan evaluasi secara konsisten dapat membantu guru meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil temuan ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang penting untuk mendukung peningkatan perencanaan pembelajaran sebagai kunci keberhasilan pendidikan ditingkat sekolah dasar

    An Analytical Study on Lecture Method as Traditional Teaching Method of the Buddha

    Teaching method is very important element in education since it determines the quality and effectiveness of learning process. The appropriate teaching methods will enhance the effectiveness learning process and student comprehension. Many teaching methods have been introduced in modern education to address different learning needs and educational goals. Among those methods, lecture method is one of the oldest teaching methods and common for all level of education. As the religious leader and teacher, the Buddha had adopted this teaching method in delivering the teachings. This research aims to explore the lecture method as traditional teaching method of the Buddha. This research discovers the Buddha’s teaching approach in dealing with different audiences. With library approach, analyzing the data from primary sources and secondary sources, this research delves into an analytical study on the role of the Buddha as the teacher and systematic approach of lecture method he used in delivering the Dhamma. The Buddha is attributed as a teacher of humans and gods (satthā devamanussānaṃ) who teaches the Dhamma in various methods (bhagavatā anekapariyayena dhammo pakāsito). In the case of lecture method, he begins with presenting the concepts (sandassetvā), making the students understand (samādapetvā), persuading the students to study further (samuttejetvā:), and finishing the lecture in the way students happy (sampahaṅsetvā)

    Persepsi Guru Terhadap Integrasi Nilai-nilai Islam pada Mata Pelajaran Umum

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi guru terhadap integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam mata pelajaran umum, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong integrasi tersebut, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap proses pembelajaran. Menggunakan pendekatan interpretif dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi untuk memahami konteks pengajaran, serta wawancara mendalam guna menggali faktor-faktor pendorong dan mengevaluasi dampak integrasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pengalaman pribadi guru, baik sebagai siswa maupun mahasiswa, serta kebijakan kurikulum di Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT), menjadi pendorong utama integrasi nilai-nilai Islam. Implementasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam mata pelajaran umum dilakukan secara alami dengan menyisipkan nilai-nilai dan fakta Islami yang relevan, meskipun tantangan muncul dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara pencapaian tujuan akademis dan pengajaran nilai-nilai Islam. Para guru berperan penting sebagai teladan, tidak hanya sebagai penyampai ilmu tetapi juga sebagai pembentuk karakter siswa. Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam terbukti tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran akademis, tetapi juga berperan dalam membentuk karakter Islami siswa, yang ditandai dengan peningkatan moralitas, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab. Dampak positif integrasi ini terlihat dalam peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran, sekaligus membentuk mereka menjadi individu yang berakhlak baik dan berintegritas, sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Kesimpulannya, integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam mata pelajaran umum memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan pengembangan karakter siswa

    The influence of verbal ability and social intelligence on students’ self-efficacy

    This study aims to determine the influence of verbal ability and social intelligence on the self-efficacy of students at SMP Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consisted of 183 students selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that verbal ability had a significant influence on students' self-efficacy with a coefficient of determination R² = 0.402 and a t-value of 11.031. Social intelligence also had a significant effect on self-efficacy with R² = 0.693 and t = 20.206. Simultaneously, verbal ability and social intelligence had a meaningful effect on self-efficacy with R² = 0.711 and an F-value of 221.009. These findings indicate that social intelligence is the dominant factor in enhancing students' self-efficacy
