    This study aims to analyze the social marketing communication strategy implemented by the National Library of Indonesia in publicizing the digitalization of the Khastara collection as part of its efforts to establish its identity as a brand heritage. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies of Khastara publication activities across various communication channels. The results show that an educational, persuasive, and participatory communication approach is key to building public awareness of the historical and cultural values contained in the Khastara collection. This strategy is packaged through social media, official websites, and digital literacy campaigns targeting the younger generation and the academic community. The heritage brand identity is formed through visual and verbal narratives that emphasize the uniqueness and authentic value of the Khastara collection as a national heritage. Thus, a structured and integrated social marketing communication strategy plays a significant role in strengthening the National Library's position as an institution preserving the nation's collective memory through the digitization of its collections. This study recommends the development of more adaptive and sustainable cultural messages to expand the reach and impact of Khastara's digital publications

    ANALISIS KOMUNIKASI MELALUI TEORI RELATIONSHIP: (Studi Kasus Toxic Relationship pada Pasangan Suami Istri Yang Bercerai)

    This research is motivated by the researchers' concern about the phenomenon of high divorce rates and declining marriage rates currently, where the aim of this study is to analyze how this phenomenon occurs by examining the communication that takes place in the marriages of today's society, where toxic relationships exist. This research analyzes using Relationship Theory, which investigates two phases: (1) Relationship Formation Phase and (2) Relationship Maintenance Phase. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, using in-depth interviews to address questions from the theory applied, and the researcher also conducts observations both directly and digitally. The results of this research show that based on Relationship Theory, which describes how a relationship is formed based on the way partners interact, both phases have been experienced, but the maintenance phase could not be successfully navigated due to the presence of a toxic relationship in that phase, leading to divorce.     On The Job Training (OJT) which is carried out at the airport is a work training program designed to provide practical experience to cadets in applying the theories they have learned during their education at the Medan Aviation Polytechnic. Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport Palembang has various electrical load needs that vary in each of its buildings, including terminals and several office units. The main source of electricity for this airport comes from PLN, solar panels (solar cells), and diesel generators as emergency power sources. After carrying out On The Job Training (OJT) activities at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport Palembang, I draw the following conclusions about the implementation of OJT: Keep equipment in optimal condition with maintenance and repairs carried out daily, weekly, monthly, and annually in the electrical unit according to the predetermined schedule. During the implementation of On The Job Training, cadets can find out about activities and problems that occur at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport Palembang. Gaining experience, learning, kinship and responsibility during OJT activities leaves a good impression on cadets Cadets can apply the theory they get during their education and then compare it with conditions in the field. In doing work or repairs, they do not do it alone because technicians are a team that helps each other

    This study analyzes the communication strategies of the Ciomas Rahayu Village Public Relations in utilizing Instagram as a public communication medium. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and documentation. The findings indicate that Instagram effectively enhances public interaction with the village government. The implemented strategies include consistent posting, two-way communication through comments and messages, and collaboration with local organizations. The application of the 4C theory (Context, Communication, Collaboration, Connection) highlights that active collaboration and connection are key to the successful use of social media

    The role of public relations in government institutions is crucial as a facilitator of communication between the agency and the public, both internal and external. In the digital era and the context of public information openness, public relations are required to convey information transparently, accountably, and in a manner that is easily accessible to the public. This study highlights the importance of digital communication strategies in supporting public information openness through the utilization of social media, particularly Instagram and official websites, as demonstrated by the Democratic Party Faction (@fpd_dpr). These platforms were chosen due to their high usage rates in Indonesia and their ability to disseminate information quickly and broadly. However, the effectiveness of this communication still faces several challenges, including limitations in access and digital literacy among the public, a lack of meaningful two-way interaction, difficulties in maintaining transparency, and information overload without appropriate delivery strategies. A comprehensive digital communication strategy plan and implementation are needed for public relations to perform its functions optimally, build public trust, and support government transparency

    IMPLEMENTASI DIGITALISASI LAYANAN BIDANG PELAYANAN ANGKUTAN MELALUI APLIKASI SIMAE DI DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KOTA BOGOR

    This study examines the implementation of the SIMAe application (Electronic Transportation Management Information System) as a form of digital public service transformation at the Department of Transportation of Bogor City, particularly in the transportation services division. The primary aim is to understand the benefits, challenges, and impacts of using SIMAe on service efficiency. A qualitative approach was employed, using observation, interviews, and document analysis conducted during the author’s internship at the research location. The findings show that SIMAe significantly improves licensing efficiency, reducing service processing time from several days to just minutes, and enhances transparency through real-time tracking of licensing status. Additionally, the system significantly reduces the use of physical documents, lowers operational costs, and supports sustainability principles. However, major challenges include inadequate digital infrastructure and low digital literacy among staff and the public. The continued reliance on manual systems also hinders the full optimization of SIMAe. Nevertheless, with continuous improvement and proper training, SIMAe has great potential to become a successful model for digital public service delivery that is efficient, transparent, and environmentally friendly in Indonesi

    This study discusses the role of Buddhism in strengthening national insight and national unity in Indonesia, focusing on the contribution of Buddhist values ​​such as wisdom, compassion, and tolerance in the context of a pluralistic society. This study finds how Buddhist teachings, including the principles of peace and non-violence, can support the values ​​of Pancasila and build a harmonious social life. This study was conducted by analyzing the literature. The results show that Buddhists in Indonesia have the ability to increase social cohesion by participating in social and political activities that promote diversity and humanity. Buddhist teachings can help guide just and peaceful leadership behavior by implementing principles such as Dasa Raja Dhamma and Dhammavijaya. This study shows that Buddhist teachings can serve as a moral foundation to strengthen the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) by building character and actively participating in society

    This study aims to analyze the Influence of Entrepreneurship Leadership and Growth Mindset on Community Empowerment with Organizational Trust as an Intervening Variable: A Case Study of Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School, Ciwidey Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the community in the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School environment, Ciwidey Bandung, who are members of an empowerment group managed by the Islamic boarding school, with a total of 300 farmer groups. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence Entrepreneurship Leadership towards Community Empowerment through Organizational Trust is proven because the path coefficient is 0.099 supported by a t count of 2.061 > 1.96 with a ρ-value of 0.040 < 0.05. In addition, there is an influence Growth Mindset towards Community Empowerment through Organizational Trust is proven because the path coefficient of 0.198 is supported by a t count of 2.729 > 1.96 with a ρ-value of 0.007 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study shows that the trust of the community in the Islamic boarding school environment towards the Leaders of the Boarding School and the organization of the Islamic boarding school, is able to mediate the influence of Entrepreneurship Leadership on Community Empowerment. This means that the entrepreneurial leadership style of the Boarding School Leaders will have a stronger influence on the empowerment program, if assisted by the high trust of the community in the Boarding School Leaders and the organization of the Islamic boarding school. The implications of this study can encourage the community in the Islamic boarding school environment to maintain their positive mindset , both towards the Islamic boarding school organization and the Boarding School Leaders, thereby increasing the trust and confidence of the community in the Boarding School Leaders and the Islamic boarding school and having an impact on the success of the empowerment program
