Get PDFSkripsi merupakan salah satu bentuk produk penelitian yang berupa karya tulis ilmiah sebagai syarat dalam menyelesaikan pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi terutama bagi setiap mahasiswa pada tingkat Strata (S1). Khususnya UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi dalam penyusunan Skripsinya dengan dibimbing oleh Dosen yang disebut dengan Dosen pembimbing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan mendeskripsikan skripsi mahasiswa di Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi literatur dengan mejuk kepada tiga puluh tujuh skripsi. Skripsi – skripsi yang digunakan sebagai sumber diambil secara acak dari pepustakaan UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Hasil dari analisis terhadap skripsi ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Skripsi cenderung menggunakan metode kuantitatif dari pada kualitatif, deskriptif atau R&D. 2. Get PDFCorruption is a serious threat to development, social stability and public trust in government. The involvement of members of the military in corruption cases is a serious concern, given the strategic role played by the military in maintaining national security. This article describes the urgency of judicial connectivity between the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) in handling corruption cases involving members of the military. The research uses normative legal analysis methods by collecting data through literature studies, recognizing the legal responsibilities of military members in cases of corruption under existing regulations. This article also analyzes legal challenges that arise, such as hierarchies and loyalties within military institutions, which can affect the judicial process. The establishment of a judiciary connection between the KPK and the TNI is considered important to maintain the integrity of military institutions, ensure transparency in the handling of corruption cases, and strengthen the eradication of corruption. overall. The advice given is to strengthen cooperation between the KPK and the TNI and to increase the capacity of connectivity court judges to respond to legal challenges that arise in the handling of corruption cases for members of the military.
DINAMIKA IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH: ANALISIS HOLISTIK TERHADAP PROSES, PROBLEMATIK, DAN SOLUSINYA
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, mengidentifikasi problematika yang timbul selama pelaksanaannya, dan menyajikan solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur yang membahas implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan masalah yang dihadapi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar memiliki tujuan mengembangkan kreativitas, kemandirian, kecerdasan sosial, dan keterampilan siswa, serta meningkatkan nilai-nilai patriotisme dan kebangsaan. Namun, implementasinya dihadapi oleh sejumlah tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya, kesulitan penyesuaian dengan lingkungan lokal, peran dan keterampilan guru, dan evaluasi yang kompleks. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut mencakup penekanan pada inovasi pembelajaran, peningkatan keterampilan teknologi bagi guru, pelatihan mandiri dengan sumber belajar online, pengembangan komunitas belajar, dan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Diperlukan juga dukungan dan kerjasama antar stakeholder pendidikan, peningkatan fasilitas dan sarana prasarana, serta peningkatan pengawasan dan monitoring. Kesimpulannya, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah memerlukan solusi holistik dengan fokus pada inovasi, pengembangan keterampilan, dukungan stakeholder, dan peningkatan fasilitas agar mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diinginkan. https://eproc.adhi.co.id/beb_adit/gacor/
ANALISIS PENGARUH KEUANGAN SYARIAH, KUALITAS SDM DAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI TERHADAP TINGKAT KEMISKINAN
Get PDFKemiskinan sebagai permasalahan pembangunan tetap berupaya harus di turunkan sebab akan berdampak terhadap keadaan sosial. Islam melihat terhadap kemiskinan akan berdampak buruk terhadap jiwa serta iman maka di pandang akan menimbulkan kekufuran. Penemuan ini tertuju agar memahami dampak keuangan syariah, kualitas SDM yang diproksikan dengan IPM, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Pulau Sumatera. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari OJK dan BPS dengan menggunakan data time series dari tahun 2016-2022 dan data cross section dari 10 provinsi di pulau Sumatera. Pengolahan datanya menggunakan regresi data panel dengan bantuan software eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keuangan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%, kualitas sumber daya manusia serta pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif serta signifikan dalam tingginya kemiskinan dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%
Nalar Sufisme dalam Pengarustamaan Moderasi Beragama di Indonesia
Get PDFThe mainstreaming of religious moderation in Indonesian is not welcomed positively by all elements of society. This is because there are some views that consider the mainstreaming of religious moderation as a form of liberalization or secularization of religion in state life. Through a normative-philosophical approach, this qualitative study aims to identify and explore the content of Sufism values on the four indicators of religious moderation formulated by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Data collection of this study through documentation. Data analysis includes the stages of reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of this study show the dimensions of Sufism values in indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia, including the value of mahabbah in indicators of tolerance and anti-radicalism, namely in the formation of Islamic religion full of compassion, love, and peace. Then, the value of itsar on the indicator of national commitment, namely in the formation of Islamic religion that maintains mutual benefit for the integration of social life. Furthermore, the value of futuwwah on indicators accommodating to local culture, namely in the formation of Islamic religion that is fair and non-discriminatory against cultural plurality. The theoretical implications of this study emphasize that there is a meeting point related to the manifestation of the value of Sufism teachings with indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia. The limitation of this study is that it has not examined the program of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in socializing the integration of Sufism values with various indicators of religious moderation that it formulated
The Environmental Practices of Dayak Local Tradition in Kapuas Hulu District
Get PDFThis paper will describe the customary life practices of the Dayak indigenous community located in Kapuas Hulu Regency, West Kalimantan. This paper focuses on traditions carried out by the Dayak Tribe such as the Bapegela' ritual, and Mali Umay which has a relationship between ancestors and customary forests, as well as traditional activities carried out by the local community. This research uses qualitative research with a media and library research approach. The first research result is about the Bapegela ritual performed by the Kantuk Dayak tribe in asking Jubata for help in weighing a problem. The second is through the Mali Umay ritual which aims to preserve fields and plants in the customary forest in order to have a relationship with the ancestors of the Dayak Iban tribe. These indigenous practices create a relationship between Jubata in the preservation of their customary forests

Get PDFThe research focuses on the over-credit phenomenon which is often carried out due to customers' inability to carry out obligations or other reasons for Sharia KPR agreements in Indonesia. This phenomenon is important to study in order to determine legal certainty regarding the agreement between the giver and recipient of overcredit which ultimately does not cause losses for either party. This research focuses on two topics that will be studied, namely, first, related to the characteristics of Sharia KPR over-credit agreements in Indonesia, second, related to the validity of Sharia KPR over-credit agreements from the perspective of the Mabda' Ar-Radha'iyyah Principle. This research uses a normative research type with a statutory and regulatory approach and a conceptual approach. This research produces an analysis that, first, there are 2 (two) types of over-credit agreements in Indonesia, namely under-the-hood and legal procedural. Especially in this type of over-credit under the hand, it is an agreement with a new party without prioritizing good faith, especially towards the bank. Second, the validity of a sharia contract is assessed from the consent of the parties. One important element in consent is shown by the presence of complete information, which is an element of openness in the contract. In the context of over-credit carried out privately, this element is not achieved until the contract becomes invalid (fasakh) and the validity of the actions of the giver and recipient of over-credit becomes null and void and has no legal force

Get PDFThe Rapid technological developments have an impact on human activities directly and indirectly. Having a market place makes it easier for a seller to sell their products. Dropship can be interpreted as a business activity that uses small capital. This business does not stock goods like sellers in general. So if a buyer comes to the dropshipper (the person who does the dropshipping), he will contact the party he is working with for the goods. Furthermore, the goods purchased by consumers will be sent directly from the party collaborating with the dropshipper to the consumer. Dropshipping activities can be interpreted almost the same as brokering. In this article we will discuss the scope of dropshipping, the use of wakalah contracts, the use of samsarah contracts, and their correlation with the concept of maqashid Sharia. The research approach used is a qualitative approach in the form of a literature study which leads to providing a description of the research object and its relation to everything being researched in the form of dropshipping in Maqashid Syariah. In this research, a qualitative descriptive design type was used and focused more on library research. The results of this research are that based on Islamic law, dropship activities are related to wakalah contracts and samsarah contracts. Based on analysis using Sharia maqashid, Dropshipping can be carried out as long as it meets the pillars and requirements of Islamic behavior and there is benefit for humans, as well as benefits for both parties
Analisis Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Ditinjau dari Intellegence Quotient
Get PDFThis study aims to describe the relationship between mathematics learning outcomes in terms of intelligence quotient (IQ). The subjects of this study were selected based on test results and predetermined categories. The data collection technique used consisted of two tests, namely a math test to find out learning outcomes and an IQ test to measure students' IQ levels. The results showed that the level of the students' IQ affected the learning outcomes obtained. In addition, the results of the interviews show that there are several factors that become obstacles and are often faced by students in learning, including internal and external factors. Internal factors are feeling lazy, not liking math lessons, lack of understanding of the material, and lack of time to practice working on practice questions. The external factors in this study were the unconducive classroom atmosphere which made it difficult for students to focus, the teacher's delivery was difficult to understand, and the lack of motivation and encouragement from the family, such as the presence of parents in student learning
Potensi Dana Zakat dalam Meningkatkan Penawaran Produk Mustahik
Get PDFZakat bukan hanya dapat disalurkan secara karitatif namun juga memiliki potensi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat. Salah satu pemberdayaan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan meningkatkan produktivitas mustahik melalui pemberian subsidi input Lantas, bagaimana subsidi input zakat berpotensi menurunkan biaya produksi dan meningkatkan penawaran produk mustahik? Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan potensi zakat dalam mengurangi biaya produksi yang mempengaruhi penawaran barang. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi kepustakaan. Secara konseptual terdapat empat model pemberdayaan zakat, yaitu konsumtif tradisional, konsumtif kreatif, produktif konvensional, dan produktif kreatif. Kajian secara teoritis mengkaji dampak prospektif zakat terhadap output bisnis. Untuk memastikan bahwa mustahiq menerima subsidi biaya produksi dari zakat, mereka dapat menawarkan produk yang paling kompetitif. Sehingga kedepannya usahanya dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dan tidak bergantung pada kompensasi dana zakat yang diterima
