    PROPOSAL WAKAI SECARA EX-OFFICIO DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA DALAM MEDIASI BERDASARKAN PERMA NOMOR 1 TAHUN 2016

    Court mediation procedures in Indonesia are regulated in the Regulation of the Supreme Court (PERMA) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2016 (Perma Nomor 01 Tahun 2016). If we compare it with other countries, such as Japan, even since the 1980s the concept of mediation has been popular among the people regarding how to resolve disputes by wakai. If viewed philosophically, the concept of mediation in Indonesia and wakai in Japan must have the same principle, because the value is the same, namely peace. This study aims to provide an overview of integrating the civil law judicial mediation process in Indonesia which is heavily influenced by the wakai system in Japan. The unification was carried out due to the reduced pile of cases in Japan caused by the implementation of the wakai system. However, the author also wants to show that the wakai proposal can also be implemented in the practice of Mediation based on Perma Number 1 of 2016. This research is a normative juridical research with library research method which includes research on legal principles and comparative law research. The approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this study indicate that Perma Number 1 of 2016 which is applied to the State of Indonesia with wakai used in Japan materially, has similarities. However, formally or in practice there are some differences, especially regarding the status of the mediator. Several things from the practice of implementing wakai proposals that are considered suitable and in accordance with the character of Indonesia and do not conflict with the provisions of Perma Number 1 of 2016 are related to the practice of ex-officio mediators in formulating wakai proposals in assisting parties in formulating peace agreements

    This study aims to describe the various difficulties faced by students during brave learning in abstract algebra courses. The research subjects were 4 semesters VI students of Tadris Mathematics at IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua who teach Abstract Algebra courses. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews of the think-aloud type which make it possible to vilify information through thinking subjects during the learning process. The results of the research show that the difficulties faced by each student vary. However, in general, the difficulties faced by students are understanding the material when using the WhatsApp, Google Classroom, and Zoom Cloud Meeting applications. Comprehension through the WhatsApp Group is less effective because the learning outcomes obtained by students are still low when compared to Google Classroom and Zoom Cloud Meetings

    One of the major issues in achieving a more effective learning process is the lack of productive instructional activities that require students’ engagement. Consequently, it is encouraged by academics to promote high levels of student engagement, especially in instructional design. This study investigates students’ and teachers’ perceptions of using Digital Storytelling (DST) within a Project-Based Learning (PBL) approach to encourage cognitive engagement in English language classrooms. DST employs the ADDIE Model as its conceptual framework. Data were collected using qualitative methods through online surveys and semi-structured interviews involving 10 English lecturers and 10 English Education students at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar in 2018. The findings indicate that DST positively impacts engagement by fostering creativity, enhancing motivation, and improving critical thinking skills. The integration of DST in language learning offers significant benefits, highlighting the need for innovation in educational practices

    The education sector in particular of technology learning brings benefits in a number of ways. An up-to-date learning has become the norm for teaching and learning in digital era. Both teachers and students are given a challenge to fully support the success of the integrated learning. When presenting educational resources to their students, teachers need to employ a greater degree of innovation meanwhile students are urged to engage in frequent study on their own as independent and effective learners. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to ascertain the EFL learner’s perception on the use of Mentimeter platform and to figure out the advantages of using Mentimeter Platform in enhancing speaking skills performance. The qualitative descriptive approach has been chosen as the method of this study. The data were obtained from interview and questionnaire. The findings showed that there were some perceptions about using Mentimeter Platform in enhancing the EFL learners’ speaking skills. Mostly students in definitely thought that the implementation of Mentimeter platform could enhance their speaking competence and surprisingly it also greatly benefited to their advance speaking and translating abilities. &nbsp

    This article discusses the Implementation of Learning Efforts to Improve the Role of Tutors in English Course Programs at Enter English Center Institutions. Efforts made by a tutor to carry out his role as a facilitator, director, mediator, and evaluator. The tutor is the most important element in learning, so the role of the tutor in general is as a motivator, the tutor can fulfill his role in such a way that the tutor can increase learning motivation. The purpose of this study is to examine how the role of tutors in the implementation of student learning at the Enter English Center Institution. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects in this study consisted of one infoman tutor from the Enter English Center Institute. The results of the interview found that one of the learning activities was designed in the form of 40 days of proficient conversion by creating a comfortable learning atmosphere by playing instrument music while learning took place and for media used in learning, namely material given online before offline learning took place at the Enter English Center Institute, for technology media was not fully utilized because it utilized speaking techniques but other tutors Utilize Kahoot website technology to conduct quizzes.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami implementasi pembelajaran konstruktivistik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Fokus utama pembahasan melibatkan konsep konstruktivisme, tujuan pendidikan agama Islam, dan penerapannya dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan konstruktivistik dalam pembelajaran PAI dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa, memfasilitasi pembangunan pemahaman baru, dan mendorong keterlibatan aktif peserta didik dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Pendekatan konstruktivistik di tingkat sekolah dasar menekankan peran siswa dalam pembelajaran, di mana mereka tidak hanya sebagai penerima pasif informasi, tetapi juga sebagai konstruktor aktif pengetahuan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan konstruktivisme pada mata pelajaran PAI dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, memotivasi mereka untuk berpikir kritis, dan mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam terhadap ajaran agama Islam. Meskipun penelitian ini menemukan faktor pendukung seperti kesesuaian materi dan dukungan guru, terdapat pula hambatan, seperti keterbatasan alokasi waktu yang dapat menghambat proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan PAI dengan pendekatan konstruktivistik memerlukan upaya terpadu, termasuk pelatihan guru dan perbaikan infrastruktur pendidikan. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dalam konteks pendidikan agama Islam di tingkat dasar

    Social and religious problems in the midst of globalization are a major challenge for the life of modern society, including Indonesian muslims. The purpose of this study is to identify and explore the values of religiosity in the orientation of the taklim assembly in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs no.29 of 2019 concerning the Majelis Taklim. Qualitative studies in the form of literature studies use a normative-philosophical approach. The theory of the dimension of religiosity formulated by C.Y. Glock and R. Stark became the theory of analysis of the focus of study discussion. Research data is obtained through documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques through data reduction, presentation, and verification.This study concludes that there is a dimension of increasing various aspects of religiosity in the political policy of the Ministry of Religious Affairs related to the orientation of majelis taklim in Indonesia, including the increasing of religious social attitudes in the formation of pluralist, humanist, and nationalist personalities, and the improvement of intellectual, faith, ritual, and spiritual in the formation of scientific and religious personalities. The theoretical implications of this study show that increasing religious religiosity holistically can be internalized through the political policies of non-formal religious educational institutions in Indonesia. The limitations of this study have not examined practical problems related to the orientation of increasing the variety of dimensions of religiosity in the activities of majelis taklim in Indonesia

    Islamic traditions in Indonesia are very important to preserve and one of them is the charity activity for orphans carried out in Mampai Village with local customs and culture which have their own meaning and content in them. Donation activities for orphans in Mampai Village are continuously carried out and have become a tradition every year. The method used in implementing community service is Participatory Action Research (PAR). Carrying out compensation activities for orphans in commemoration of the 10th of Muharram in Mampai Village, Kapuas Murung District, Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan Province is a tradition that originates from the teachings of the Prophet in Islam and this tradition has been going on for a long time until now. This activity aims to strengthen Islamic religious values, namely caring for others, connecting ties and helping each other. This series of activities has several stages, namely: (1) Gathering with village officials and the formation of an orphan compensation committee, (2) Data collection on orphans, (3) Fundraising, (4) Religious lectures and implementation of compensation for orphans, (5) Dissolution of the committee. The proceeds from the fund collection were distributed to all 34 orphans in Mampai Village. The factors that encourage the implementation of this activity are cooperation, sincerity and high concern for orphans

    Forecasting is the systematic process of predicting what might happen in the future, based on information from the past and present, to reduce errors in estimating what will happen. Forecasting does not have to give a definite answer, but tries to approximate future reality. This research aims to forecast pineapple fruit production in Riau Province from 2023 to 2027 using Holt's Double Exponential Smoothing method. This study uses data from 2013 to 2022 obtained from the official website of the Riau Province Statistics Agency. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods. Forecasting results are measured by MAD, MSE, and MAPE metrics. The analysis results show that the forecasting accuracy rate reaches around 68.68% with the smallest forecasting error percentage of around 36.17% which is categorized as quite good forecasting. These results can help stakeholders in agriculture to manage pineapple fruit production more efficiently and accurately
