    This research analyzes the involvement of law enforcement in the forced pick-up carried out by Nikita Mirzani’s daughter named Laura Meizani (Loly) .This case is very trending on social media for a couple of days, so the author is interested in making it as the object of the latest research regarding the forced pick-up that Nikita Mirzani carried out on her child. This research uses a normative law research method with a statutory approach related to this issue. The research results explained that: 1. The forced pick-up carried out by Nikita Mirzani involving law enforcement was in accordance with applicable legal provisions. 2. Even though the authorities state that they have complied with procedures, it is best to pay more attention when picking up minors, especially those who are public figures or celebrities, to maintain the child's safety and comfort

    The Tahfidz Al-Qur'an programme is one of the answers to various problems about the lack of cultivation of children's religious character in the face of an increasingly developing digital world and followed by the existence of outside cultures that enter the scope of children's lives. By looking at the number of crime rates, acts of discrimination, and attitudes of disrespect or intolerance with others, so that in the scope of especially elementary schools it is very necessary to make efforts to strengthen the character of students, especially the value of religiosity. In this study, researchers collected information, studied, and analysed in a qualitative descriptive form. Data sources in this study were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis was conducted based on the facts that occurred during the research which were described in a structured manner. The results of this study indicate that strengthening the religious character of students can be implemented using the tahfdz Al- qur'an programme and has a positive impact on the development of student competence both in the aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills

    Lansia merupakan salah satu kelompok atau populasi manusia yang beresiko mengalami penurunan fungsi tubuh yang menyebabkan lansia rentan akan penyakit degeneratif. Komposisi diet yang tepat diperlukan untuk menjaga kebutuhan nutrisi dalam tubuh untuk mencegah terjadinya penyakit degeneratif. Kegiatan edukasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan terkait pola diet yang sehat pada lansia dalam upaya menurunkan risiko penyakit degeneratif dan meningkatkan derajat kesehatan serta kualitas hidup lansia. Metode: one group pre and post-test design dengan dihadiri sebanyak 23 peserta yang merupakan kelompok lansia di POSYANDU Lansia Balai RW 05 Gadukan Utara 5A No.32 Surabaya. Kegiatan berupa Pre-test, pengecekan kesehatan, pemberian materi diet sehat, diskusi dalam bentuk FGD serta Post-test. Hasil jawaban pre dan post-test peserta dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon dengan angka signifikan <0,05. Didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai Z tabel (1,96) < dibandingkan dengan nilai Z hitung (3,738). Hal ini berarti Ha diterima atau terdapat perbedaan pada hasil Pre-test dan Post-test setelah diberikan edukasi berupa materi diet sehat pada lansia sehingga dinyatakan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan terkait pola diet sehat pada lansia

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan self-help anak autis khususnya keterampilan mencuci rambut dengan menggunakan metode ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) di Wisma Patmos Bawah. Penelitian tersebut menggunakan pengamatan langsung terhadap perilaku anak dan memberikan pelatihan terstruktur yang intensif dan konsisten untuk mengembangkan kebiasaan yang diinginkan. Observasi digunakan untuk memantau respon dan perkembangan anak selama intervensi, yang kemudian digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengadaptasi pelatihan agar lebih efektif. Observasi terfokus memastikan bahwa setiap perubahan atau kemajuan perilaku dicatat dan dianalisis untuk mengoptimalkan intervensi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan yang berulang dan konsisten, kemampuan self-help anak autis dapat meningkat secara signifikan.     Desain dan Produksi Media Pembelajaran PAI Berbasis Multimedia Interaktif

    This research is a literature study that aims to explore the design and production of interactive multimedia-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning media. The main focus of this study is the review of relevant theoretical sources, including academic journals, books, articles, as well as other electronic sources that discuss the design and production aspects of interactive multimedia-based learning media. The approach in this study includes an analysis of effective multimedia design principles, current learning theories, and production methods that are relevant in the context of PAI learning media development. By exploring information from various sources, this study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the concepts of design and production of interactive multimedia-based PAI learning media. The results of this study are expected to provide a strong basis for the development of learning media that are not only pedagogically effective, but also attractive to learners, as well as relevant and appropriate to the demands of the context of Islamic religious education in today's digital era.Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi desain dan produksi media pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis multimedia interaktif. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah tinjauan dari sumber teoritis yang relevan, termasuk jurnal akademis, buku, artikel, serta sumber-sumber elektronik lainnya yang membahas aspek desain dan produksi media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif. Pendekatan dalam studi ini mencakup analisis terhadap prinsip-prinsip desain multimedia yang efektif, teori-teori pembelajaran terkini, serta metode produksi yang relevan dalam konteks pengembangan media pembelajaran PAI. Dengan menggali informasi dari berbagai sumber, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahamn yang komprehensif tentang konsep-konsep desain dan produksi media pembelajaran PAI berbasis multimedia interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran yang tidak hanya efektif secara pedagogis, tetapi juga menarik bagi para peserta didik, serta relevan dan sesuai dengan tuntutan konteks pendidikan agama Islam di era digital saat ini

    Fulfilling the rights of victims of criminal sexual violence is very important, starting from procedural rights, medical rights, psychological rights, and physical protection, but it is often forgotten by law enforcement officials. This research will analyze the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) integration model at the investigation stage in fulfilling the rights of victims of criminal sexual violence. This research uses normative juridical, legislative research approaches, primary legal materials on the Witness and Victim Protection Law, the Sexual Violence Crime Law. Secondary legal materials, journals, books and other references that have relevance to this research. The analysis technique used is descriptive analytical, the interpretation used is systematic and grammatical. The results of the research state that the LPSK integration model at the investigation stage has been regulated in Article 43 of the Sexual Violence Law, within 1 x 24 (one time twenty four) hours from the granting of temporary protection, the investigator is obliged to submit a request for protection to the LPSK. However, problems arise if the investigator does not apply for protection or ignores these legal obligations. This creates a legal vacuum. Future suggestions for the government and law enforcement agencies need to align perceptions regarding the protection of victims of sexual violence and the involvement of LPSK in the criminal justice system. In this way, it is hoped that the rights of victims can be fulfilled

    Character education goes hand in hand with Islamic education, because it has the same goal to form good morals, morals and ethics in students. The character values used as a starting point by the government of the Republic of Indonesia, which amount to 18 values, also have a connection with moral education in Islam. Sheikh Muhammad bin Khatib Langien wrote the book Risalah Dawa' al-Qulub Min al-'Uyub as a guide for Muslims to be a guide in building and forming noble morals in every human being. So, this research will examine the character education values in the treatise. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The approach used is a literature study and uses an analytical descriptive approach. The primary data source in this research is the book of Risalah Dawa' al-Qulub Min al-'Uyub by Sheikh Muhammad bin Khatib Langien, and the secondary data sources are articles, books, and other sources related to the research title. The data collection technique uses the documentation method, with contents analysis as the data analysis technique. The results showed that in the book of Risalah Dawa' al-Qulub Min al-'Uyub by Sheikh Muhammad bin Khatib Lagien there are 21 important character values that students must have. These character values will lead them to success, success, and happiness in this world and the hereafter. These character values are as follows: sincerity, choosing discipline, loving knowledge, seriousness of learning, discipline, love of cleanliness, care for the environment, humble, communicative, compassion, good prejudice, taqwa, diligent worship, self-introspection, zuhud, patience, gratitude, tawakkal, rida, respect for teachers, and social care

    Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) not only constitute an obligation for Muslims but also play a crucial role as an alternative source of state financing, capable of stimulating economic activities and enhancing individual purchasing power. The distribution of ZIS acts as a balancing instrument in the financial economic sector of society, referred to as al-maliyah al-ijtima'iyah, which supports communal welfare. This study aims to examine the influence of ZIS literacy and trust levels on the use of digital payment methods for the distribution of ZIS. A quantitative approach is employed, with respondents comprising mustahik from Lazismu Makassar, as well as muzakki and munfiq who utilize digital payments. Data is gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using tests for convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, and structural model evaluation. The findings indicate that ZIS literacy has a positive and significant effect on the decision of muzakki and munfiq to channel ZIS through digital payments, with an original sample value of 0.325 and a P-value of 0.000. Trust is also found to have a positive and significant impact on the use of digital payment for ZIS distribution, with an original sample value of 0.647 and a P-value of 0.000. Both trust and ZIS literacy play essential roles in enhancing the use of digital payments, facilitating the distribution process, and strengthening the effectiveness of ZIS collection. The study concludes that improving ZIS literacy and trust in zakat management institutions can encourage more muzakki and munfiq to adopt digital payment methods, thereby supporting efficient ZIS management and maximizing the positive impact on community welfare

    Mengurus Jenazah dalam hal memandikan dan mengkafani ialah anjuran agama Islam, oleh karena itu setiap manusia dituntut mengamalkanya sesuai Syariat Islam. Dalam mengamalkanya diperlukan pengetahuan tentang tata caranya. Kampung Yammua Arso VI adalah salah satu kampong di Kabupaten Kerom yang masyarakatnya masih banyak yang belum mengetahui tata cara pengurusan Jenazah, karena dalam memandikan dan mengkafani Jenazah mempunyai tata cara tersendiri. Selanjunya banyak ditemukan masyarkat yang kebingungan untuk mencari seseorang sebagai pembimbing untuk mengarahkan keluarga tersebut dalam hal memandikan dan mengkafani apabila ada keluarga atau tetangga yang meninggal. Sehingga pelatihan pengurusan jenazah ini nantinya bertujuan sebagai kontribusi agar semakin banyak sumber daya manusia dalam kepengurusan khususnya memandikan dan mengkafani jenazah di Kabupaten Kerom. oleh karena itu kegiatan pelatihan ini akan difokuskan kepada para jama’ah - Mushola An-Nur Kampung Yammua Arso VI dengan menggunakan metode Ceramah hingga Pratik secara mandiri. Hasil yang didapat dalam kegiatan ini adalah jama’ah Mushola An- Nur mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai konsep dan tata cara Memandikan dan mengkafani Jenazah. Selanjunya dari hasil praktik yang dilakukan, peserta dapat mengapikasikan teori yang sudah disampaikan oleh Pemateri. Sehingga dengan pemahaman teori dan praktik para peserta dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini, nantinya akan berkontribusi dalam membantu masyarakat lainya terkait Pengurusan Jenazah

    Although the dissemination of religious moderation in Indonesia has not always been responded positively by the public, its universal mission for the civilisation of religious life is always important to study.This qualitative study aims to identify the values of inclusive Islamic education in the indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia. The data collection technique of this study uses documentation. Data analysis included reduction, presentation and verification stages. The results of this study found the content of inclusive Islamic education values on indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia. First, the value of tasammuh and ta’awuneducation in the emphasis of indicators of the formation of tolerant and humane diversity. Then, the value of tawassuteducation in emphasising indicators of the formation of diversity that maintains state integration. Furthermore, the value of taarufeducation in emphasising indicators of the formation of diversity that appreciates synergistic religious practices with local culture as long as it does not conflict with religious teachings. This study confirms the synergy of inclusive Islamic education values with the promotion of religious moderation in Indonesia. The limitation of this study is that it has not examined the socialisationprogramme of inclusive Islamic education values in the indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia
