Metode Hitungan Waris Islam Pada Kasus Munasakhat Korban Pandemi Covid-19 dan Bencana Alam
Get PDFThere are so many demises together occurs when epidemic of Corona Virus 19 appears or before disasters as like quake, tsunami, flood, landslide, maountain eruption, fire, plane accident and sink of ship, etc. when someone dies, then his/her wealth will move to others or his/her relatives. Transfer of ownership rights due to cases of death is regulated in the inheritance fiqh. Inheritance’s law is identical with death. In death together case, the counting of heir must be described in detail. The research design is library research in qualitative way. The death cases are described, and then analyzed in qualitative way and finished by the counting of every death case. The result of this research shows that every deatch case happends, it is a must to do the determining of inheritance. The postponement of determining of inheritance causes new cases, for examples the changing of religion, death, and born a new heirs. Afterwards, the finishing of death together cases mentioned as munasakhat. Death together in one family can make inherit something to others if the time of death was known. But, if it is unknown, then they can not inherit someone to others although they are one family.

Kejadian kematian beruntun banyak terjadi ketika munculnya wabah pandemic covid-19 atau sebab terjadinya bencana alam, seperti gempa, tsunami, banjir, tanah longsor, gunung meletus, kebakaran, pesawat jatuh, kapal tenggelam dan lainnya. Ketika seseorang meninggal dunia, maka harta miliknya akan beralih kepada keluarga dan kerabatnya. Peralihan hak kepemilikan karena kasus kematian diatur dalam fiqh waris. Hukum kewarisan identik dengan masalah kematian. Pada kasus kematian beruntun, penghitungan warisan harus diuraikan secara detail. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research dan bersifat kualitatif. Sejumlah kasus kematian dideskripsikan, selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif dan diuraikan cara penyelesaian hitungan waris masing-masing kasus. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini bahwa setiap ada peristiwa kematian, maka harus dilakukan penentuan bagian atau pembagian warisan. Penundaan pembagian warisan secara berlarut-larut dapat mengakibatkan munculnya kasus baru seperti perubahan agama, meninggal dan lahirnya anggota waris yang baru. Kemudian, penyelesaian pada kasus kematian beruntun disebut dengan istilah munasakhat. Meninggal secara beruntun dalam sebuah keluarga bisa saling mewarisi apabila waktu meninggalnya diketahui. Namun, jika tidak diketahui waktunya maka tidak ada saling mewarisi di antara mereka meskipun satu keluarga.

Get PDFThis paper focuses on the concept of the sakinah family of couples who do not have children. Domestic life is not from conflicts that arise to differences of opinion between husband and wife, but the most important thing is how to keep the family intact. The different problems that occur are also different ways to solve them, some end in divorce, some lead to harmony. A marriage that is not blessed with offspring does not mean unhappy they are also happy in their own way. As for the formulation of the problem that the author sets, how is the concept of a family without children in building a family, and what are the challenges for couples who do not have children in building a sakinah family? The author uses the type of field research ( field research). The descriptive approach to empirical analysis. The result of this paper is that in building a sakinah family, couples who do not have children have a variety of ways to do it but still have one goal, namely to build a sakinah family. According to them, the concept of a sakinah family is a family based on religion, loving each other, loving each other, trusting each, consulting each if there are problems, and solving them as well as possible so that marriage remains intact. In dealing with problems, there are various ways of solving them but still ending with happiness, because many are not happy because of problems in the household

Kemudian untuk mengetahui kebijakan apa saja yang dilakukan pondok pesantren tahfizul qur-an syahronil bariyyah zulkarnain dalam menarik perhatian masyarakat dan bentuk hubungan masyarakat pondok pesantren tahfizul qur-an syahronil bariyyah zulkarnain dengan masyarakat. Metode yang dilakukan peneliti dalam pengumpulan data dalam penulisan jurnal ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an Syahronil Bariyyah Zulkarnain. Dengan hasil yang didapatkan bahwa hubungan pondok pesantren tersebut dengan masyarakat sangat bagus yaitu memiliki harapan yang sama yaitu menjadikan peserta didik yang cinta Qur’ani, tahfidzul Qur’an yang handal dan berbakti kepada orang tua serta cinta terhadap ajaran agama islam. Sedangkan kebijakan yang dilakukan pondok pesantren dalam menarik perhatian masyarakat diantaranya membuat browsur semenarik mungkin, mengadakan sosialiasi, menghampiri perkumpulan-perkumpulan orang tua atau masyarakat serta mengajak keluarga dekat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari Go food terhadap meningkat atau tidaknya penjualan gerai makanan di kecamatan Medan area dan juga penerapan Go food dalam membantu persaingan dalam bisnis kuliner pada gerai kuliner di kecamatan Medan Area setelah bergabung dengan Go Food. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya aplikasi Go Food yang digunakan oleh pengusaha bisnis kuliner tidak dapat membantudalam meningkatkan omset penjualan bagi beberapa pelmilik bisnis kuliner. Beberapa pemilik bisnis kulinr menyatakan bahwa dengan bergabung dengan layanan Go Food tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadapat hasil penjualan, dikarenakan beberapa alasan seperti ongkos kirim yang mahal, keterlambatan driver menjemput makanan sehingga terlambat sampai ke konsumen dan faktor eksternal seperti adanya pendemi Virus corona. Ada juga 2 pemilik bisnis kuliner yang menyatakan sampai sekarang masih menerima dampak positif bergabung dengan layanan Go Food.

CUSTOMARY DIVORCE PRACTICES IN THE PANYABUNGAN SOCIETY: A REVIEW OF ISLAMIC LAW
Get PDFIn the Panyabungan community, customary law plays a strong role in regulating various aspects of life, including matters of divorce. However, these customary practices often do not align with the provisions of Islamic law, which has strict principles regarding divorce. This study aims to understand how customary divorce is practiced, the reasons for divorce recognized by customary law, and to compare these with the regulations of divorce in Islamic law. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through field observations, interviews with customary leaders and the community, as well as literature reviews related to Islamic law and customary practices. The results of the study indicate that although there are similarities in some basic principles, such as the mutual consent of both parties, there are significant differences in the procedures and reasons for divorce between customary law and Islamic law

Metode pendekatan yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menggambarkan kejadian atau fakta, keadaan, fenomena, variabel dan keadaan yang terjadi saat penelitian berlangsung dengan menyuguhkan apa yang sebenarnya terjadi tentang praktik tambang ilegal ditinjau dari maqashid syariah khususnya Kelurahan Tapus. Praktik tambang ilegal dilihat dari maqashid syariah yaitu Hifdzu din (Menjaga Agama), Hifdzu nafs (Menjaga Jiwa), Hifdzu nasl (Menjaga Keturunan), Hifdzu aql (Menjaga Akal), Hifdzul mal (Menjaga Harta) dari sini kita ketahui antara Maqashid syari’ah dengan lingkungan hidup sangat berkaitan dan mempunyai keselarasan, tetapi dalam hal ini dampak yang ditimbulkan dari tambang emas sangat besar kepada masyarakat dan merubah pola pikir ke arah yang lebih baik, untuk agama dan orang banyak

Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Binjai Branch Office on customer satisfaction using the mobile banking service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mobile banking services on customer satisfaction, the magnitude of the influence of mobile banking services on customer satisfaction, and the relationship between mobile banking services on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Binjai Branch Office. The type of research carried out is quantitative research that emphasizes numerical data (numbers) which is processed by inferential statistical methods (performing analysis of relationships between variables by testing hypotheses). The source of the data for this research was obtained from the answers to the questionnaire given by the research respondents, namely customers who use mobile banking services at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Binjai Branch Office. Processing and in this study using computer programs SPSS and Microsoft Office Excel. The results of the study explain that there is a significant influence between mobile banking services on customer satisfaction, this is obtained from statistical results showing a significance value of 0.000 and tcount 9.571. Based on this, it can be stated that (0.000 < 0.05) and tcount > ttable (9.571 > 1.99085) then there is an effect of variable X on Y. Mobile banking services offered by PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Binjai Branch Office affects customer satisfaction by 53.4%. There is a positive or in line relationship between mobile banking services and customer satisfaction of PT. Get PDFThis study aims to find out how the Effect of Productive Zakat Fund Distribution and Human Resource Development on the Welfare of MSME Mustahik During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The research methodology used is Quantitative Research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, the population in this study amounted to 78 people, the data obtained from the number of mustahik who received productive zakat funds at LAZISMU Medan City, the sample in this study amounted to 78 beneficiaries, using saturated sampling, this study used analytical techniques multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Variable Distribution of Productive Zakat Funds had a strong effect on Mustahik\u27s Welfare. This can be seen from the t arithmetic value of 4.454 > t table of 1.992 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. So that it proves that H1 is accepted. The Human Resource Development Variable has an effect on Mustahik\u27s Welfare. This can be seen from the t-count value of 3.578> t-table of 1.992 with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05. So that it proves that H2 is accepted. Variables of Distribution of Productive Zakat Funds and Human Resources Development have a simultaneous effect on Mustahik\u27s Welfare. This can be seen from the calculated F value of 6.686> F table of 3.12 with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Thus proving that H3 is accepted. The coefficient of determination test shows that the distribution of productive zakat funds and human resource development (independent variable) has an effect on Mustahik\u27s Welfare (dependent variable) of 65.1%

No full textThis study aims to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the West Sumatra Provincial Financial Management Office.
The research population is all employees who work in the financial management department of the West Sumatra region. The sampling method is simple random sampling. The number that can be used as an analytical tool is 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is multilevel linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that (1) the organizational culture variable has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Financial Management Office of West Sumatra Province. (2) the leadership variable has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Financial Management Office of West Sumatra Province. (3) the organizational commitment variable has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Financial Management Office of West Sumatra Province. (4) organizational commitment as an intervening variable has a significant effect on the organizational culture of the Regional Financial Management Office of West Sumatra Province. (5) organizational commitment as an intervening variable affects the leadership of the Regional Financial Management Office of West Sumatra Province. (6) organizational commitment as an intervening variable does not play a role in mediating organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial Management Office of West Sumatra Province. (7) organizational commitment as an intervening variable plays a role in mediating leadership has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial Management Office of West Sumatra Province.
