PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL DENGAN STRUKTUR AKTIVA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on capital structure with asset structure as a moderating variable. This study uses the independent variable, namely capital structure. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely in the form of financial statements of transportation service companies registered with ISSI of 18 companies during 2016-2021. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is panel data analysis, model testing, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing, moderating regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability has an effect on capital structure, liquidity has no effect on capital structure, firm size has no effect on capital structure, profitability liquidity and firm size simultaneously have an effect on capital structure, asset structure cannot moderate the relationship between profitability and capital structure, asset structure cannot moderate the relationship between liquidity and capital structure, asset structure cannot moderate the relationship between firm size and capital structure

No full textAbstract: Film is a literary work (prose) that contains the life story of a person or various characters packaged in imaginative works, so that it attracts the interest of many readers, where in the film itself there are various elements that can be used as life lessons in real life. This research includes descriptive qualitative research with the type of literature research (library). The data was taken from several journals, books, e-books, newspapers and others. This data set was processed using triangulation, where the data was sorted and adjusted to suit this research. The film Capernaum by Nadine Labaki is one of the films on the realization of children\u27s rights which is part of a literary work, where the film contains extrinsic elements that show the life of the author (Nadine Labaki) which includes: the author\u27s background, society\u27s background, and values. contained in the film. background regarding the film\u27s author, Nadine Labaki, a film director who lives in a heterogeneous Lebanese society, asked him to voice the human rights of children, by casting non-professional actors to make the film feel more alive and real. The civil war resulting from friction between groups who wanted to maintain their existence caused long chaos in Lebanon which sacrificed the human rights of children who lived in suffering, injustice and oppression.

USING GOOGLE JAMBOARD TO TEACH WRITING SKILL

This paper does not use a research methodology because the content of this paper is an explanation of the Google Jamboard, identification of the tools and their use in the Jamboard, and also strategies for displaying the Jamboard when carrying out the learning process both virtual meeting and face to face in the classroom. Google Jamboard is one of digital board where the writer can write, drew and created their ideas with use some tools in Jamboard application. Through Google Jamboard, teacher will find it easier to collect, correct, and save student’s writing project because in one link all students can write or edit the Jamboard file. So, this is very effective to use as a digital learning media, especially learning English in the form of writing skills lessons
The Factors Influence Students’ Fears In Practicing English Conversation In Front Of Class
No full textSpeaking skill is one of the most important skills in learning a language. This skill requires language learners to produce utterances or utterances through speech media. When someone studies a language, it is very necessary to be able to practice the pronunciation of that language so that they are able to produce a good language. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that influence students\u27 fear in practicing English conversation in front of the class when carrying out English learning. The method used in this research is qualitative by using a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were 36 students who were learning English. Data was obtained through observation and interviews to find out in-depth perceptions and opinions about the factors that make students feel afraid when carrying out conversational practice in front of the class. After the data is collected, the data is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data display and conlusion. The research results show that there are two factors; internal and external influences that affect students\u27 fear when practicing conversation in front of the class. Internal factors include not feeling confident, not daring, afraid of being wrong, embarrassed, not fluent in conveying an utterance, while external factors include an unsupportive classroom environment including distraction from friends, not having enough understanding of words or vocabulary in English, getting negative responses, for example being laughed at or ridiculed, and not having friends or partners to practice English conversation with

No full textIn the Philippines, Flores de Mayo is a well-known religious and cultural celebration that typically takes place in the month of May. The culmination of the month-long celebration is the Santacruzan procession, also referred to as the "Queen of May" pageant. The goal of this research is to give readers a thorough understanding of Flores de Mayo in Brgy. Donsol, Sorsogon, and Dancalan.
In order to collect information from the local population and important informants, the study used qualitative research techniques like interviews and observations. Members of the community with knowledge and expertise with Flores de Mayo made up the study\u27s participants.
The study\u27s findings demonstrated the significance of Flores de Mayo in Brgy culture and tradition. Dancalan. Many religious and cultural customs are observed during the event, including the recitation of prayers, the giving of flowers, and the participation of young girls in the Santacruzan procession.
The survey also discovered that over time, Flores de Mayo celebrations have changed as new customs and practices have been added. For instance, the festival now includes a street dancing competition, which is a well-liked occasion in the neighbourhood.

Linguistic Swearing of Mobile Legend Players: A Pragmatic Study
No full textSwearing has traditionally been considered an inappropriate use of language, but numerous people continue to swear in formal and informal circumstances, like a mobile legend player. The presence of swear words in different societies and languages shows that this intriguing and multifarious language phenomenon has been prevalent in real-life discourse (Dynel, 2012). The study investigated the uses and meanings of mobile legend players\u27 swearing behavior in Ghost Wreckers content videos. The transcription was run through Antconc, which also served as the main instrument of the study as it is mainly used in Corpus Linguistics. In the data analysis, numerous swear words were discovered in the game, which appeared to be influenced by the opponents and by the nature of the game. Ultimately, this investigation illustrates that swearing is not always unpleasant but also linguistically meaningful. Likewise, mobile legend players swearing behavior tend to perform various pragmatic functions to express emotions descriptively, abusively, cathartically, emphatically, and idiomatically. Pemanfaatan Harta Wakaf Perspektif Fiqih Sunnah Sayyid Sabiq Study Kasus Yayasan Tabung Wakaf Umat Pekanbaru
Get PDFABSTRACT. Allah established the existence of waqf and recommended it and made it an act of worship that can be practiced to draw closer to Him. In the book of fiqh sunnah, Sheikh Sayyid Sabiq argues that something that has been donated by someone, then the object may not be sold, donated, inherited, and other treatments that eliminate the waqf. When the person who is waqf dies, the law of ownership of the waqf object changes its status to Allah SWT. And if the waqf property is damaged or has lost its function, a replacement for the waqf will apply. In this study, the authors found that there was an excess of waqf proceeds allocated for the maintenance of managed waqf assets, YTWU also adheres to fiqh istibdal waqf, which means that the replacement of waqf assets is allowed if necessary and only for the benefit of the benefit.
ABSTRAK. Allah menetapkan adanya wakaf dan menganjurkannya serta menjadikannya sebagai amal ibadah yang dapat diamalkan untuk mendekatkan diri kepadanya-Nya. Di dalam kitab fiqih sunnah Syeikh Sayyid Sabiq berpendapat bahwa sesuatu yang telah diwakafkan seseorang, maka benda tersebut tidak boleh dijual, dihibahkan, diwariskan, dan perlakuan lain yang menghilangkan kewakafannya. Bila orang yang berwakaf meninggal, maka hukum kepemilikan benda wakaf berpindah status menjadi milik Allah SWT. Dan jika harta yang diwakafkan rusak atau telah hilang fungsinya maka akan belaku penggantian wakaf. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menemukan adanya kelebihan hasil wakaf yang dialokasikan untuk maintenance harta benda wakaf yang dikelola, YTWU juga menganut fiqh istibdal wakaf, yang artinya penggantian harta wakaf diperbolehkan jika diperlukan dan hanya untuk kepentingan kemaslahatan saja

Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahuai; 1) Menmenjelaskan perencanaan Wakil Kesiswaan terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa MAN 2 Bener Meriah; 2) Menjelaskan Pengorganisasian wakil kepala sekolah dalam pembentukan karakter siswa MAN 2 Bener Meriah; 3) Untuk mengindentifikasi Pelaksanaan manajemen wakil Kesiswaan terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa MAN 2 Bener Meriah; 4) Mendiskripsikan hasil evaluasi dan monitoring wakil kesiswaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang merupakan dalam memperoleh data melalui tiga tahapan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis dan diklasifikasikan dengan kegiatan yang meliputi penyajian data, pemilihan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Adapun sasaran atau tempat penelitian adalah MAN 2 Bener Meriah dan sebagai informan yang akan dijadikan adalah wakil kesiswaan, guru mapel, Guru BK, Guru piket, wali kelas dan siswa dan siswi lembaga pendidikan MAN 2 Bener Meriah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan wakil kesiswaan dalam membentuk karakter siswa MAN 2 Bener Meriah dalam bentuk program kebijakan, visi misi dan tujuan sekolah jelas, penyusunan anggaran sekolah cermat sesuai dengan tingkatan kepentingan kebutuhan sekolah. Manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat efektif, sarana dan prasarana tersedia. Pembentukan karakter religius, minat baca, dan disiplin, tanggung jawab dan peduli berjalan lancar sesuai dengan perencanaan. 2) Pengorganisasian wakil kesiswaan dalam membentuk karakter siswa, berjalan dengan baik. Semua guru, BK, wali kelas bertanggung jawab, menurut tugas dan fungsi masing-masing.
