Analysis of the Legal Implications of TikTok\u27s Exoneration Clause on Platform Liability Under Indonesian Consumer Protection Law
The development of digital technology raises new legal issues, especially related to the provisions on the limitation of platform liability (exoneration) in consumer protection efforts. Consumers often encounter obstacles in seeking justice because platforms generally claim to only act as intermediaries, thus denying responsibility for problems arising between third parties. TikTok\u27s limitations on liability in its legal relationship with consumers need to be studied further because they are related to the protection of consumer rights in the digital era. This study analyzes the exoneration clause in TikTok\u27s terms and conditions from the perspective of Consumer Protection Law in Indonesia. The focus of the study is on the exoneration clause set by TikTok, which limits users\u27 rights to obtain compensation for certain losses. Based on the results of the analysis, this clause has the potential to conflict with Article 18 of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection because it eliminates the balance of rights and obligations between TikTok and users. The limitation of liability that only reaches the total payment in the last 12 months is considered unbalanced and has the potential to harm users. Through this study, it is recommended that the clause be changed so that it can be in line with the principles of justice and applicable regulations, then can provide protection for consumers and avoid legal risks in the future
Tinjauan Literatur Perkembangan Akuntansi Sektor Publik Dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah
Studi ini secara sistematik mengevaluasi kemajuan akuntansi di sektor publik dalam manajemen keuangan daerah di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada tantangan utama seperti kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi. Perubahan sistem akuntansi dari metode kas ke akrual dengan mengadopsi Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (SAP) menjadi langkah krusial dalam memperkuat pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika, tantangan, dan peluang yang terkait dengan penerapan akuntansi sektor publik di level pemerintahan daerah, serta untuk mengidentifikasi kekurangan dalam literatur mengenai integrasi keberlanjutan dan digitalisasi. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap penelitian di tingkat nasional dan internasional selama sepuluh tahun terakhir (2013-2023), disertai dengan analisis dokumen kebijakan dan laporan audit. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan SAP akrual telah meningkatkan kualitas informasi keuangan dan akuntabilitas publik, tetapi masih menghadapi tantangan seperti kurangnya sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur teknologi yang tidak memadai, serta penolakan dari birokrasi. Selain itu, penggunaan akuntansi publik sebagai alat manajemen dan strategi pembangunan daerah masih belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi peningkatan pengelolaan keuangan daerah dapat dicapai melalui peningkatan pelaporan yang berpusat pada kinerja dan keberlanjutan, pengintegrasian teknologi informasi, serta pengembangan kemampuan sumber daya manusia

Comparison of Mathematical Reasoning Ability and Learning Interest of Students through the ARIAS Learning Model and Discovery Learning at State Junior High School 12 Tasikmalaya
This study aims to determine which learning model ARIAS (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction) and Discovery Learning (DL) is more effective in improving students’ mathematical reasoning ability, as well as to examine students’ learning interest in each model applied. The research method used was an experimental method, with the population being all eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 12 Tasikmalaya. The sample was taken randomly, with class VIII C assigned as the first experimental group using the ARIAS learning model and class VIII A as the second experimental group using the DL model. Data collection in this study was conducted through reasoning ability tests, with the instruments used being test items and questionnaires. Based on data processing, analysis, and hypothesis testing, the conclusions are as follows: (1) students’ reasoning ability using the ARIAS learning model is better than those using the DL model, (2) students’ learning interest in the first experimental class with the ARIAS model falls into the medium category, (3) students’ learning interest in the second experimental class with the DL model also falls into the medium category
Analysis of Students\u27 Conceptual Difficulties in Solving Sequence and Series Problems Based on SOLO Taxonomy
Conceptual difficulties remain a major obstacle for students in understanding sequences and series. This study aims to analyze students’ conceptual difficulties in solving problems on sequences and series based on the Structure of Observed Learning Outcomes (SOLO) taxonomy. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with 30 tenth-grade students of SMK Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya as subjects. Data were collected through written tests and interviews, and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model. The findings indicate that students were distributed across four SOLO levels: prestructural (20%), unistructural (23.3%), multistructural (33.3%), and relational (23.3%). Conceptual errors varied by level: prestructural students failed to grasp basic concepts, unistructural students relied on a single formula, multistructural students used multiple formulas without integration, and relational students connected concepts correctly but still made technical errors. This study contributes by providing a detailed mapping of conceptual difficulties at each level of understanding, offering valuable insights for teachers in designing more targeted instructional strategies
Batas Dua Laut dalam Al-Qur’an: Studi Tafsir ‘Ilmi dan Ilmu Oseanografi
This research examines the phenomenon of the boundary of the two seas as described in the Al-Qur\u27an, especially in Surah Ar-Rahman verses 19-20 and Surah Al-Furqan verse 53, through a scientific interpretation and oceanography approach. The background to this study is the uniqueness of this natural phenomenon, where two bodies of water with different characteristics do not mix, showing a sign of the greatness of Allah and the scientific relevance of the Qur\u27an. The aim of this research is to understand this phenomenon in depth through a combination of interpretive analysis and oceanographic data. The research was conducted qualitatively using the literature study method, using Al-Qur\u27an literature, classical and modern tafsir, as well as contemporary oceanographic studies. The research results show that this phenomenon occurs due to differences in physical properties such as salinity, temperature, and density that create a natural barrier layer or "barzakh." A clear example is found in the Strait of Gibraltar, where the Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean meet but do not mix. This finding not only strengthens the scientific miracles of the Koran, but also confirms the harmonious relationship between religion and science. The results of this research show that the phenomenon of the boundary between the two seas provides lessons about the balance of nature and its relevance in social life, namely the importance of tolerance and diversity in society.Penelitian ini mengkaji fenomena batas dua laut sebagaimana diuraikan dalam Al-Qur\u27an, khususnya pada Surah Ar-Rahman ayat 19-20 dan Surah Al-Furqan ayat 53, melalui pendekatan tafsir ilmiah dan ilmu oseanografi. Latar belakang studi ini adalah keunikan fenomena alam tersebut, di mana dua badan air dengan karakteristik berbeda tidak bercampur, menunjukkan tanda kebesaran Allah dan relevansi ilmiah Al-Qur\u27an. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami fenomena tersebut secara mendalam melalui kombinasi analisis tafsir dan data oseanografi. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, menggunakan literatur Al-Qur\u27an, tafsir klasik dan modern, serta kajian oseanografi kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fenomena ini terjadi karena perbedaan sifat fisik seperti salinitas, suhu, dan densitas yang menciptakan lapisan pembatas alami atau "barzakh." Contoh nyata ditemukan di Selat Gibraltar, di mana Laut Mediterania dan Samudera Atlantik bertemu namun tidak bercampur. Temuan ini tidak hanya memperkuat mukjizat ilmiah Al-Qur\u27an, tetapi juga menegaskan keterkaitan harmonis antara agama dan sains. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, fenomena batas dua laut memberikan pelajaran tentang keseimbangan alam dan relevansinya dalam kehidupan sosial, yaitu pentingnya toleransi dan keberagaman dalam masyarakat

Artikel ini secara khusus mendalami topik penafsiran tentang qasam dalam Al-Qur\u27an, dengan menyoroti peran dan posisi pentingnya dalam teks suci tersebut. Qasam, atau sumpah dalam Al-Qur\u27an, kerap digunakan sebagai bentuk tauk?d (penguatan) terhadap pernyataan yang mengandung nama Allah, sehingga memiliki dimensi retorika dan spiritual yang signifikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analisis, di mana data yang dikumpulkan diuraikan secara terperinci, kemudian dianalisis untuk memperoleh kesimpulan yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Beberapa topik utama yang menjadi fokus pembahasan dalam kajian ini meliputi definisi dan bentuk-bentuk qasam (sighat qasam), manfaat (faedah) dan hal-hal yang dijadikan objek sumpah (muqsam b?h) dalam Al-Qur\u27an, variasi qasam yang ada, aspek-aspek terkait muqsam \u27alaih (hal yang menjadi tujuan sumpah), serta syarat-syarat qasam yang harus dipenuhi. Salah satu kesimpulan penting dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa qasam dalam Al-Qur\u27an berfungsi sebagai alat untuk memperkuat kebenaran pernyataan yang disampaikan. Qasam juga bertujuan meneguhkan keyakinan dalam hati pembaca atau pendengar, sehingga memperkuat iman terhadap pesan-pesan yang disampaikan melalui ayat-ayat tersebut
Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Canva dalam Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Bahasa Arab untuk Anak Usia Dini: Utilization of Canva Application in the Development of Arabic Interactive Learning Media for Early Childhood
The digital age has brought significant changes in the development of learning media, especially for early childhood. Canva, with its ease of design and interactive features, offers great potential in creating innovative learning media. This article aims to explore the utilization of Canva in the development of Arabic interactive learning media for early childhood. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Canva in creating learning materials that are interesting, relevant, and easily understood by early childhood. The results show that Canva is able to increase student engagement, motivate them to learn Arabic, and make it easier for teachers to design learning materials. This article also highlights the gaps in previous research, namely the lack of exploration of the use of Canva in the context of Arabic language learning and the need for media development that suits the characteristics of early childhood
Membaca Ulang Studi Hadis Di Barat: Analisis Shifting Paradigm Terhadap Evolusi Kritik Orientalis
This article aims to analyze the paradigm shift in Western hadith studies using Thomas Kuhn’s theoretical framework of shifting paradigm. The study focuses on tracing the epistemological evolution from the paradigm of orientalist skepticism toward a more critical-constructive approach that demonstrates openness to the authenticity of hadith. This research adopts a qualitative method through a library-based study. Data were collected from primary sources, including the works of Ignaz Goldziher, Joseph Schacht, G.H.A. Juynboll, and Harald Motzki. A historical-comparative analysis was employed to examine the methodological transitions across different periods. The findings reveal a significant shift in how Western scholars conceptualize hadith authenticity—from an a priori rejection to a more contextual and multidisciplinary academic engagement. Furthermore, within Western scholarship, hadith studies have expanded into a broader epistemological discourse. In this regard, hadith is no longer viewed solely as a site of methodological contention but also as a dialogical space between Western critical inquiry and the Islamic intellectual tradition, contributing to the development of a more inclusive and dynamic contemporary hadith scholarship
PENTINGNYA ZAKAT KONSUMSI DALAM MENANGGULANGI KEMISKINAN
Consumption Zakat is a form of charity aimed at alleviating poverty through fair wealth distribution. This paper explores the importance of consumption zakat in social and economic contexts. By analyzing Islamic economic theories and case studies of consumption zakat implementation in various countries, we can understand how consumption zakat can serve as an effective instrument in reducing social disparities and enhancing community welfare. The article also discusses challenges in the implementation of consumption zakat and provides recommendations to improve its efficiency and positive impact towards achieving sustainable development goals. Overall, this study contributes to the discourse on utilizing Islamic principles for socio-economic development and poverty alleviation.

Zakat Konsumsi adalah salah satu bentuk zakat yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi kemiskinan melalui distribusi kekayaan secara adil. Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi pentingnya zakat konsumsi dalam konteks sosial dan ekonomi. Dengan menganalisis teori-teori ekonomi Islam dan studi kasus implementasi zakat konsumsi di berbagai negara, kita dapat memahami bagaimana zakat konsumsi dapat menjadi instrumen efektif dalam mengurangi disparitas sosial dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Artikel ini juga membahas tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi zakat konsumsi serta rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan dampak positif dari zakat ini dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam wacana penerapan prinsip-prinsip Islam untuk pembangunan sosial-ekonomi dan pengentasan kemiskinan.
