Pengaruh Lama Pembekuan terhadap Sifat Fisik Daging Kuda Lokal
Penelitian mengenai daging kuda lokal masih terbatas khususnya terhadap kualitas fisik daging kuda setelah pembekuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh lama pembekuan terhadap kualitas fisik daging kuda, yakni pada parameter daya ikat air, susut masak, daya putus daging, dan pH. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan lama pembekuan daging kuda dalam penelitian ini yaitu 7 hari, 14 hari, 21 hari, dan 28 hari. Data diolah dengan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) one way, apabila hasil yang diperoleh signifikan, maka dilakukan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan nyata antara daya putus daging pada daging yang dibekukan hingga hari ke-21 dibandingkan dengan daging yang dibekukan 28 hari. Persentase daya ikat air tidak berbeda nyata antar perlakuan. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pH pada lama pembekuan 21 hari dan lama pembekuan 28 hari. Persentase susut masak kuda menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antar perlakuan pembekuan daging. Lama pembekuan daging kuda yang ideal untuk mempertahankan keempukan atau daya putus daging yang terbaik dan kestabilan sifat fisik lain seperti daya ikat air, susut masak, dan pH adalah selama 21 hari. Pembekuan yang lebih lama yakni 28 hari cenderung menghasilkan daging yang lebih alot dengan pH yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian lanjutan mengenai pengaruh suhu pembekuan dan metode thawing atau pencairan kembali daging kuda yang telah dibekukan dapat dilakukan guna mendukung penelitian yang sudah dilakukan
Quality Of Public Services In Pattongko Village
This study aims to determine the quality of public services in Pattongko Village, Central Sinjai District, SinjaiRegency. The approach in this study uses a type of research in the form of literature study or literature study. The data analysis technique used in the research uses the content analysis method which can be used to obtain valid information and can re-examine it according to its context.
The results of this study indicate that the quality of public services in Pattongko Village is quite good which is characterized by several factors. Where the employees have expertise or skills in each different field. For example, in the Family Card (KK) making section, the employees are able to serve the community well. The service facilities are also good, where the Pattongko Village Office, Sinjai Tengah kec.sinjai in making Family Cards is now via online, namely via Whatsup (WA). In this service access also provides adequate physical access so as to facilitate the service process of employees to residents
Analisis Penyederhanaan Birokrasi Pemerintah Daerah Lingkup Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah
Penyederhanaan Birokrasi dalam bentuk penyetaraan Jabatan merupakan amanah dari Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 2020 sebagai perubahan atas Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2017 tentang Manajemen Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 17 tahun 2021 tentang Penyetaraan Jabatan Administrasi ke dalam Jabatan Fungsional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan kajian Pustaka. Hasil penelitian yaitu jika dinilai dari berbagai sudut pandang, Penyederhanaan birokrasi di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah telah menunjukan upaya nyata dalam mengurangi lapisan Struktural yang selama ini dianggap memperlambat pengambilan keputusan dan pelayanan publik. Tujuan dari penyederhanaan birokrasi ini adalah untuk menciptakan birokrasi yang lebih efisien dan responsif dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi Lembaga negara sebagai pelayan publik.

Effectiveness of the Village Government Organization of Cibarusah City, Cibarusah District, Bekasi Regency
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Cibarusah City Village government organisation reviewed using the theory of effectiveness consisting of aspects of adaptability, productivity, and job satisfaction. Using a qualitative research type with a case study approach and descriptive in nature, data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, then data analysis was carried out in stages starting from reduction and presentation to verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the Cibarusah City Village government organisation, seen from the aspects of adaptability, productivity, and job satisfaction, is quite good. It's just that there are still aspects of productivity and job satisfaction that are not perfect. Such as in the productivity aspect, it has not been able to reach a qualified level in terms of its service. As well as in the aspect of job satisfaction that has not reached the level of job satisfaction in the employee incentive indicator. This study can be used as a reference to determine the effectiveness of government organisations implemented by agencies, especially village governments. The discipline of science in this study is the discipline of government with a sub-discussion of village government organisations. The novelty of this study is that it reviews the effectiveness of government organisations implemented by the Cibarusah City Village Government, Cibarusah District, and Bekasi Regency
Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Kecamatan Kota Masohi Kabupaten Maluku Tengah
This study aims to analyze the quality of public services at the Masohi City Sub-District Office, Central Maluku Regency, from the perspective of service users. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores the experiences, perceptions, and expectations of the community regarding public service delivery. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the service process and its influencing factors. The study focuses on five dimensions of service quality: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The findings indicate that the tangible dimension, including physical facilities and infrastructure, provides a basic foundation for service quality, though some improvements are needed to enhance user comfort. Reliability reflects the ability of staff to deliver consistent and accurate services, while responsiveness and empathy demonstrate the staff’s readiness and attentiveness to community needs. The assurance dimension shows that the competence, professionalism, and trustworthiness of staff foster confidence among service users. Despite several strengths, there are areas for improvement, particularly in optimizing physical facilities, administrative procedures, and communication to ensure faster, more efficient, and more satisfactory services. This study concludes that public service quality at the Masohi City Sub-District Office is generally satisfactory but requires continuous improvement. Enhancing staff performance, facilities, and user interaction can increase community satisfaction and strengthen the professional image of the Sub-District Office as a reliable and responsive public service provider
Efektivitas Program Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Dinas Koperasi dan UKM di Kabupaten Kolaka
The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Empowerment Program implemented by the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of Kolaka Regency. This research employs a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The study was conducted at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of Kolaka Regency. The informants in this research consisted of the Head of the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of Kolaka Regency, the Head of the Micro Business Empowerment Division, office staff, as well as MSME actors who have participated in training, mentoring, and coaching activities within the MSME empowerment program. The types and sources of data used include primary data and secondary data. The results of the study indicate that the MSME empowerment program in Kolaka Regency has not been fully effective. In terms of target accuracy, most program recipients are small business actors who require support; however, some recipients were found to not fully align with the targeted criteria. Regarding the socialization aspect, information dissemination has not been optimal because it has not reached all MSME actors. In the aspect of program goal achievement, training activities have increased entrepreneurs’ knowledge, but they have not significantly impacted income improvement and business independence due to the lack of follow-up mentoring. Meanwhile, the program monitoring aspect has not been carried out systematically because of the absence of a structured evaluation mechanism. Supporting factors of the program include local government support, inter-agency collaboration, and the participation of MSME actors. Inhibiting factors include budget limitations, insufficient comprehensive socialization, and a weak monitoring and evaluation system after the program implementation. Overall, the MSME empowerment program in Kolaka Regency is considered ineffective and requires improvements in socialization, follow-up mentoring, as well as the program’s monitoring and evaluation system
Pelaksanaan Fungsi Manajemen dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kantor Camat Malangke Barat Kabupaten Luwu Utara
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen dalam peningkatan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara. serta faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen di Kantor Camat Malangke Barat Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Sedangkan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sample yaitu mengambil sampel secara subjektif yang dianggap representatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran penting manajemen dalam mekanisme suatu organisasi sangat tergantung pada penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang digunakan organisasi tersebut. Pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen dapat dioptimalkan melalui indikator-indikator sebagai berikut: Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan dan Pengawasan. Kemudian dari proses-proses pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen dalam peningkatan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kantor Camat Malangke Barat Kabupaten Luwu Utara, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen, yaitu: sistem dan prosedur kerja, komunikasi, sarana dan prasarana serta anggaran
Pengaruh Penggunaan Fermentasi Tepung Limbah Sawit terhadap Performa Broiler
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan fermentasi limbah sawit terhadap performa broiler. Penelitian ini menggunakan 48 ekor DOC (day old chick) broiler strain Cobb yang dipelihara selama 35 hari menggunakan 12 petak kandang yang disusun berdasarkan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Setiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 4 ekor broiler dengan perlakuan pakan suplementasi tepung limbah sawit 0%, 10%, 20%, dan 30% pada ransum. Parameter yang diamati meliputi konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi ransum. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan jika ada pengaruh perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dengan suplementasi tepung limbah sawit ke dalam ransum broiler memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata (P<0,05) terhadap konsumsi ransum, namun tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan fermentasi tepung limbah sawit terhadap performa broiler dapat digunakan dalam ransum broiler sampai dengan taraf 10%
IMPLEMENTATION OF VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT IN INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT IN BELERANG VILLAGE
This study aims to determine the implementation of village fund management in infrastructure development in Belerang Village, Sinjai Borong District, Sinjai Regency. In this study the authors used qualitative research methods with literature review data collection techniques. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of village fund management by the Batu Belerang Village Government can be said to be appropriate, in the implementation of village fund program activities carried out by involving the community in the process of activities The village government invites the community in the process of village fund activities, for example, such as when building concrete roads on village roads, making rice field drains, and also making farm roads. The cooperation carried out by the Batu Belerang Village government and the Batu Belerang Village community is very good, this can occur because of the awareness of the community about the importance of the village fund program for themselves, assisted again by counseling activities to the community about the village fund program so that the Batu Belerang Village community feels that the Village Fund is the responsibility of the village government and the Batu Belerang Village community
THE ROLE OF BUMDES IN INCREASING VILLAGE ORIGINAL INCOME IN KANRUNG VILLAGE
The goal of BUMDes is to increase the village's original income to plan and manage the village economy. this research is to analyze the role of BUMDes in increasing PADes in Kanrung Village. In addition, the purpose of establishing BUMDes is to serve rural communities in developing productive economic businesses, as well as providing various business media to reduce and increase people's welfare. indicators include business results, Asset Results, Self-Help, and other Village original income. To find out the role of BUMDes in increasing village original income research includes reviewing the literature by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the cases or problems found. There are several supporting and inhibiting factors that need attention. Supporting factors include government support, community participation, availability of local resources, and adequate skills and knowledge. While the inhibiting factors include limited capital, lack of skills and knowledge, competition with other businesses, and lack of public awareness and interest
