    Pengaruh Harga Jual Telur terhadap Pendapatan Peternak Ayam Petelur di Kecamatan Wonomulyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh harga telur terhadap pendapatan peternak ayam petelur di Kecamatan Wonomulyo, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara non-probability sampling, dimana seluruh populasi sebanyak 13 peternak dijadikan responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel harga telur terhadap pendapatan peternak. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa harga telur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan peternak dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,816, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 66,6%. Nilai signifikansi sebesar P = 0,001 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 mengindikasikan bahwa hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut sangat kuat, hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi harga jual telur, semakin besar pula dampaknya terhadap pendapatan yang diterima peternak ayam petelur. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya kestabilan harga telur dalam mendukung keberlangsungan usaha peternakan serta peningkatan kesejahteraan peternak di daerah penelitian

    Improving the quality of human resources in the civil service is an important part of bureaucratic reform that emphasizes the application of a merit system in filling positions. Competency Assessment is a strategic instrument for assessing the potential, performance, and suitability of employees to the needs of the organization in an objective and measurable manner. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Competency Assessment in the South Sulawesi Provincial Government as part of a merit-based talent management system. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation studies at the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD), Human Resource Development Agency (BPSDM), and Organization Bureau. Data analysis was conducted thematically based on the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2019) model. The results show that Competency Assessment has been integrated into a digital talent pool system based on the Nine-Box Talent Matrix to map the potential and performance of ASN. However, the implementation of the assessment is still limited to a small number of employees and has not become the main basis for filling strategic positions. In addition, follow-up on assessment results through coaching feedback activities has not been consistent due to budget and resource constraints. This study recommends a gradual expansion of the scope of assessment, optimization of the use of assessment data in career development, and strengthening of inter-agency coordination in ASN talent management to create a professional, adaptive, and performance-oriented bureaucracy.

    Coordination antar Stakeholder dalam Pengembangan Pariwisata di Kabupaten Sinjai

    Pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Sinjai menunjukkan potensi ekonomi yang signifikan melalui peningkatan PAD dan berkembangnya destinasi berbasis alam dan komunitas. Namun, efektivitas pengelolaannya masih menghadapi tantangan koordinasi antar-stakeholder, terutama antara pemerintah daerah, pelaku usaha, komunitas lokal, dan lembaga pendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk koordinasi, faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitasnya, serta merumuskan model koordinasi yang sesuai dalam pengembangan pariwisata daerah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan telaah dokumen kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koordinasi masih bersifat administratif dan sporadis, ditandai rapat tanpa tindak lanjut, komunikasi yang belum inklusif, serta sinergi program yang terbatas antar-OPD dan komunitas. Kapasitas kelembagaan, kepercayaan sosial, dan kepemimpinan kolaboratif menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan koordinasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pembentukan forum kolaboratif permanen lintas sektor dan penguatan kapasitas desa wisata untuk menciptakan tata kelola pariwisata yang berkelanjutan dan partisipatif di Kabupaten Sinjai

    Identification of Single-Nucleotide Polymorphism, Linkage Disequilibrium, and Restriction Enzyme Analysis of the Growth Hormone Gene in Kampung Super Chicken

    This study aimed to investigate single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and haplotype diversity within the growth hormone (GH) gene of Kampung Super chickens, a hybrid breed derived from KUB males and commercial layer hens. In this study, thirty-eight blood samples of Kampung Super chicken were collected and analyzed. A total of 11 SNPs were identified within intronic regions of the GH gene. Despite their non-coding location, these variants may influence gene regulation through mechanisms such as alternative splicing, mRNA transport, or chromatin accessibility. Linkage disequilibrium (LD) analysis revealed several strong associations among SNP pairs, indicating the presence of conserved haplotype blocks potentially under stabilizing selection. In silico restriction enzyme analysis showed that five SNPs displayed three genotypic classes, and four of them could be effectively genotyped using PCR-RFLP, while one SNP (g.3018G/A) lacked suitable restriction sites. The SNP g.3094C/T exhibited high diagnostic potential using multiple enzymes (StuI, MspI, XmaI), while g.3129A/T was distinguishable using TaqI, although the adjacent SNP overlap limited interpretability. Two SNPs (g.3261C/T and g.3268G/A) were digestible by enzymes with multiple cut sites, complicating gel-based resolution. These findings provide a foundation for future functional and association studies and support the use of GH gene polymorphisms in marker-assisted selection strategies for growth-related traits in Kampung Super chicken

    Growth Performance of Sensi Native Chickens Under an Intensive Rearing System

    This study aims to analyze the growth pattern of body weight of superior Sensi native chickens in an intensive maintenance system and to evaluate the effectiveness of the system in supporting production performance. This study was conducted for 75 days, covering three maintenance phases: starter (1–21 days), grower (22–42 days), and finisher (43–75 days), with a sample of 20 chickens from a population of 275 DOCs observed individually. The method used was a field experiment in a closed cage with ad libitum feeding. Data collected included initial body weight, weekly weight, daily weight gain (DWG), feed conversion (FCR), and mortality. The results showed a sigmoid growth pattern, where body weight increased consistently from 28.25 g in DOC to 1080 g on the 75th day. The highest DWG was recorded at 75 days of age at 14.02 g/head/day. The FCR value of 2.31 indicates good feed efficiency for native chickens, with a very low mortality rate of 0.88%. The conclusion of this study is that Sensi native chickens have high potential to be cultivated in an intensive system, both in terms of growth, feed efficiency, and resistance to mortality. These results can be a reference for breeders, researchers, and policy makers in developing superior native chicken cultivation strategies based on scientific data and production efficiency

    The Oversight Function of the Regional House of Representatives on Regional Development: An Empirical Study in Makassar City

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of the supervisory function of the Makassar City Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) in regional development and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing its effectiveness. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach with a census method involving all 50 members of the Makassar City DPRD as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The findings indicate that the supervisory function of the DPRD is conducted through the use of institutional rights such as interpellation, inquiry, and the right to express opinions. The effectiveness of supervision is supported by cooperation between the executive and legislative branches, which strengthens the checks and balances mechanism. However, limitations remain in internal control mechanisms and systematic preventive supervision. The study highlights that strengthening institutional capacity and transparency is crucial to improving legislative oversight in regional development governance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan DPRD Kota Makassar terhadap pembangunan daerah serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode sensus terhadap seluruh anggota DPRD Kota Makassar yang berjumlah 50 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan DPRD dilaksanakan melalui penggunaan hak-hak kelembagaan seperti hak interpelasi, hak angket, dan hak menyatakan pendapat. Efektivitas pengawasan didukung oleh kerja sama antara eksekutif dan legislatif dalam menjaga prinsip checks and balances. Namun demikian, pengawasan masih menghadapi kendala berupa lemahnya mekanisme pengawasan internal dan kecenderungan pengawasan yang bersifat reaktif.     This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital leadership in developing digital competencies for public service at the Investment and One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Ambon City. The research employed a qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that DPMPTSP employees possess basic understanding and adequate digital competencies, particularly in the use of electronic licensing systems, data management, and digital communication, although limitations exist in advanced features and system integration. The implementation of digital leadership by the Head of DPMPTSP and related officials encourages training, technology-based learning, and data utilization for decision-making, positively affecting employee motivation and adaptation to digital transformation. The impact of digital leadership is evident in the improvement of speed, transparency, and quality of licensing and investment services, supported by application integration, online complaints, and accessible information technology for the public. Challenges such as limited infrastructure, resistance to change, and human resource capacity are addressed through employee development, cross-sector collaboration, and the establishment of a sustainable digital ecosystem. In conclusion, digital leadership serves as a key factor in creating public services that are effective, efficient, and responsive to societal needs in the digital era

    Evaluating the Implementation of E-government in Public Service Delivery: A Case Study of the Pahandut District Office, Palangka Raya City

    This study aims to evaluate the implementation of e-government in public service delivery at the Pahandut District Office, Palangka Raya City. The analysis focuses on describing the level of implementation based on technological infrastructure readiness, human resource capacity, supporting policies, and community acceptance; identifying enabling and inhibiting factors; and assessing the extent to which e-government contributes to efficiency, effectiveness, and public satisfaction. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation involving district officials and service users. The findings indicate that the implementation of e-government in Pahandut District has performed reasonably well, supported by adequate technological infrastructure, improved bureaucratic competence, and a generally positive public response toward digital services. Nevertheless, several challenges persist, including unstable internet connectivity, limited supporting facilities, and the incomplete integration of inter-agency systems. Overall, e-government has contributed positively to enhancing the efficiency and transparency of public services. This study underscores the importance of strengthening human resource capacity, maintaining digital infrastructure, and improving inter-agency coordination to ensure more optimal and inclusive e-government implementation at the local leve

    Analysis of the Effectiveness of Educational Personnel Performance at the Basic Instructional Skills Improvement Service Center

    This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the performance of educational staff at the Center for Basic Instructional Skills Development (PEKERTI), Universitas Negeri Makassar, and to identify the factors that influence it. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document reviews, then analyzed descriptively through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the performance effectiveness of educational staff at the PEKERTI Unit is considered fairly effective, although it has not yet reached an optimal level. performance effectiveness is influenced by three groups of factors: individual factors, psychological factors, and organizational factors. The main constraint in individual factors is the limited digital technical skills. From the psychological aspect, work motivation is relatively high but not yet supported by a well-structured reward system. Meanwhile, from the organizational perspective, cross-department coordination and digital system support still need to be strengthened. Overall, improving the performance effectiveness of educational staff at the PEKERTI Unit requires synergy among the enhancement of individual competencies, the strengthening of motivation, and institutional support that is adaptive to technological development

    Penerapan Good Governance Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Organisasi Pemerintahan Di Kantor Desa Lamatti Riattang Kecamatan Bulupoddo

    This study aimed to determine the implementation of good governance to improve the performance of government organizations in the Lamatti Riattang Village Office, Bulupoddo District. The research method used was qualitative descriptive research - data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results indicated that the implementation of good governance in improving the performance of government organizations was good. Responsibility had been running well. Implementing government transparency in managing a village government budget refers to existing regulations. All village officials were given their respective authorities and they carried them out with the SOP. There was no suggestion box, so the public could directly contact the WhatsApp number for complaint service if there was a complaint. The effectiveness was seen from the existence of a document stating the accountability of the village head in evaluating activities. All program implementations were carried out well because of community support. Every activity always involves the community. If the village government carried out a development, the community was enthusiastic to help. The success of the development of the village government program had been going well. This can be seen in the maintenance of concrete rebars. Administrative guidance for dasawisma carried out by PKK Lamatti Riattang. Procurement of arts and sports festivals at the hamlet level to commemorate the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day. Development of waste bank management aimed to educate the community about the economic value of waste and make Lamatti Riattang village a waste-free village. This research can guide the Village Government in improving the performance of government organizations at the Lamatti Riattang Village Office, Bulupoddo District.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan good governance dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi pemerintahan sudah baik. Pertanggungjawaban sudah berjalan dengan baik. Penerapan transparansi pemerintah dalam mengelola suatu anggaran pemerintah desa mengacu pada ketentuan yang berlaku. Seluruh perangkat desa telah diberikan kewenangannya masing-masing dan telah menjalankannya dengan SOP. Tidak tersedia kotak saran, sehingga masyarakat dapat langsung menghubungi nomor WhatsApp untuk layanan pengaduan apabila ada pengaduan. Efektivitas terlihat dari adanya dokumen yang menyatakan pertanggungjawaban kepala desa dalam mengevaluasi kegiatan. Seluruh pelaksanaan program terlaksana dengan baik karena adanya dukungan masyarakat. Setiap kegiatan selalu melibatkan masyarakat. Apabila pemerintah desa melaksanakan suatu pembangunan, masyarakat antusias untuk membantu. Keberhasilan pembangunan program pemerintah desa sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat pada pemeliharaan tulangan beton. Pembinaan administrasi dasawisma yang dilaksanakan oleh PKK Lamatti Riattang. Pengadaan festival seni dan olahraga tingkat dusun dalam rangka memperingati hari kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia. Pengembangan pengelolaan bank sampah bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat tentang nilai ekonomis sampah dan menjadikan Desa Lamatti Riattang sebagai desa bebas sampah. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi Pemerintah Desa dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi pemerintahan di Kantor Desa Lamatti Riattang, Kecamatan Bulupoddo
