The Estimated Photographing Locations of Koyo Okada’s Works about Mt. Fuji in the Collection of the Kichijoji Art Museum
Get PDF武蔵野市立吉祥寺美術館蔵の岡田紅陽による富士山写真作品について，スカイラインマッチング法を用いて撮影位置推定を行った．撮影時期と撮影地が未詳の2作品について，富士山を含む山並みの形状を地形シミュレーターで再現し，推定された撮影位置で検証撮影を行うことで，撮影地を確定できた．検証撮影時の条件や作品を分析することで，撮影時期についても推定を行った．武蔵野市在住だった晩年の岡田紅陽の撮影活動の一端が明らかになった．この時期の富士山についての写真は，高度成長期の視程状況を示すものとしても貴重である．The photographing locations of Koyo Okada’s works about Mt. Fuji in the Kichijoji Art Museum Collection are estimated by skyline matching method. The photographing locations of his works are determined by reproducing the skyline of the mountain range including Mt. Fuji using a topography simulator. By analyzing these photographs, the photographing seasons are also estimated. As the results, the artistic activity of Koyo Okada's later years in the Musashino City is clarified. His photographs of Mt. Fuji in the 1960s are also valuable to indicate the visibility from Tokyo sub-urban area during the severe air pollution period.departmental bulletin pape
The Moderating Effect of Compulsory Citizenship Behavior Pressure on the Attitudinal Factors and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Relationship
Get PDFSeveral researchers in the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) field claim that some of the behaviors that have thus far been classified as OCB emanate not by pure contributive motives to the organization but by implicit pressure from a supervisor or the organization. This study assumes that this compulsory citizenship behavior (CCB) pressure not only has a major effect on OCB, but also a moderating effect on OCB and its antecedent relationships. The results of the analysis of the data of 312 working persons reveal that the impacts of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on OCB are moderated by CCB pressure, as these effects weaken when CCB pressure is strong rather than weak.
