No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Upaya sekolah dalam membina karakter berkebhinekaan global melalui program profil pelajar pancasila di SMPN 6 Mataram, (2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam membina karakter berkebhinekaan global melalui program profil pelajar pancasila di SMPN 6 Mataram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. SMP Negeri 6 Mataram mengimplementasikan berbagai kegiatan, diantaranya Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), Ekstrakurikuler Gendang Beleq, dan program pertukaran pelajar. Kegiatan tersebut membantu siswa untuk memahami dan menghargai keragaman budaya serta, membina toleransi. SMP Negeri 6 Mataram mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam berbagai kegiatan, seperti ekstrakurikuler, pembelajaran berbasis projek, pertukaran pelajar, literasi budaya, dan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut tidak hanya meningkatkan apsesiasi terhadap keberagaman budaya, tetapi juga mampu membangun sikap toleransi, kerjasama serta, keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas pada siswa

Problem Formulation What are the legal consequences for creditors of the cancellation of property rights certificates that are encumbered with Mortgage Rights and how to provide legal protection to creditors for cancellation of property rights certificates that are the object of Mortgage Security. Theory of legal protection According to Satijipto Raharjo, theory of legal consequences according to Soeroso.RThe method used in this study is a type of normative juridical research, namely literature law research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. The research approach used is a legislative, analytical, conceptual and case approach. The technique of collecting legal materials is carried out by identifying and inventorying positive legal rules, literature, books, journals and other sources of legal materials. For legal material analysis techniques, it is carried out by grammatical and systematic legal interpretation as well as legal construction methods, analogies, and legal refinement.Research results: Protection for creditors against cancellation of mortgage certificates that have been encumbered with mortgage rights in the form of preventive and repressive protection. Preventive protection in the Mortgage Rights Law does not yet accommodate the regulation that canceling a certificate based on a Court Decision does not result in the cancellation of the Mortgage Rights that burden it, so that the bank as the creditor is not harmed. Repressive legal protection if the debtor defaults or defaults on the promise of his debts and receivables, the bank can also file a civil lawsuit against the debtor's debt to the creditor or take the path of peace through non-litigation. The legal consequence for creditors is that the removal of the title certificate which is the object of collateral for mortgage rights also removes the right of precedence in payment of the debtor's debt in the event of default
STRATEGI KEBIJAKAN PENINGKATAN LITERASI MASYARAKAT KOTA BOGOR MELALUI LITERASI SQUAD
No full textTingkat minat baca masyarakat, menurut berbagai survei, masih rendah. Hal ini sangat bertentangan dengan tren meningkatnya penggunaan internet dan media sosial. Mengingat situasi ini, pemerintah Kota Bogor mengambil langkah untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung perpustakaan, bertujuan untuk memperbaiki Indeks Pembangunan Literasi Masyarakat (IPLM) di daerah tersebut. Nilai IPLM Kota Bogor pada tahun 2023 tercatat 52, yang tergolong sedang, dan mengalami penurunan signifikan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yang mencapai 95,34 (sangat tinggi). Isu utama yang muncul adalah menurunnya tingkat literasi masyarakat di Kota Bogor dikarenakan kurangnya ketercukupan koleksi perpustakaan, kurangnya tingkat kunjungan masyarakat, dan kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam sosialisasi perpustakaan. Dalam upaya melakukan penilaian untuk menganalisis prioritas alternatif kebijakan, maka diterapkan metode penilaian skoring 1-5, yang dilakukan oleh para ahli di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kota Bogor, termasuk pejabat Eselon II dan Eselon III. Penilaian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi prioritas berdasarkan kriteria USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth). Berdasarkan hasil analisis skoring pada tabel diatas. Skor tertinggi dari kriteria analisis kebijakan adalah Program literasi Squad. Fokusnya adalah mencapai target capaian yang telah ditetapkan, baik dalam jangka menengah maupun jangka panjang. Penulisan ini mengusulkan rekomendasi kebijakan yang komprehensif, memanfaatkan inventarisasi data dan bahan rujukan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan IPLM, mendorong pembelajaran dan literasi berkelanjutan di Masyarakat

No full textThis research aims to analyze: (1) Implementation of the independent learning curriculum towards counseling guidance services for self-development at SMAIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. (2) Obstacles and efforts taken to overcome various problems in implementing the independent learning curriculum regarding guidance and counseling services for self-development at SMAIT Ukhuwah. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation.The results of the analysis show that the form of implementing the independent learning curriculum is (1) the guidance and counseling teacher is assigned to be a P5 facilitator (project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students) and actively participates in assisting students' self-development activities in schools starting from grade 10 to grade 12 in preparation for further study. (2) The SNBP (Achievement Based National Selection) graduation results for the independent curriculum class have decreased compared to the 13curriculum class due to the SNBP system not fully accommodating schools that implement the Independent curriculum

Full text linkTraffic congestion in urban areas is a complex issue that requires an effective communication approach for its mitigation. This study aims to analyze communication management strategies in addressing traffic congestion in urban areas and to identify the roles of various stakeholders in the traffic policy communication process. Using a qualitative approach and literature review method, this research examines various sources of literature that cover communication management theories, transportation policies, as well as the roles of government, society, and the private sector in tackling congestion. The findings of the study indicate that communication strategies based on collaboration, transparency, and the use of information technology are key factors in the successful management of traffic congestion. Furthermore, the involvement of various parties, including the government, society, and the private sector, in the traffic policy communication process significantly impacts the implementation of these policies. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers in designing more effective communication strategies to reduce traffic congestion in urban area

Full text linkThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect human resources management practices and competence on lecturer performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This research is categorized as an explanatory research with quantitative methods which is defined as a method based on the positivism philosophy. The sample of data in this study was calculated by using the Slovin formula, with 219 out of 485 lecturer of Civil Servants at Malang State Polytechnic (Polinema). Simple random sampling was used as a sampling technique. Then, data were anaysed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the Linkert scale as a measuring tool and SmartPLS 3.0 as a test tool. The results showed: (i) Human resources management has a significant effect on lecturer performance; (ii) Competence have a significant effect on lecturer performance; (iii) Human resources management has a significant effect on organizational commitment (iv) Competence have a significant effect on organizational commitment; (v) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on lecturer performance; (vi) Human resources management has a significant effect on lecturer performance through organizational commitment; (vii) Competence have a significant effect on lecturer performance through organizational commitment

Full text linkSeiring dengan perkembangan zaman, media semakin luas cakupannya seperti dalam industri game. DreadOut merupakan sebuah game horror garapan Digital Happiness yang memiliki latar Budaya Indonesia yang dikenal dengan visual khasnya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana elemen-elemen Manga Matrix yang tercermin dalam karakter pada game menciptakan kesan estetika dan naratif yang kuat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis Manga Matrix untuk mengidentifikasi elemen pada karakter yang terdiri dari form matrix, costume matrix dan personality matrix. Karakter yang dikaji merupakan tiga karakter makhluk halus yaitu pocong warrior, genderuwo dan babi ngepet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DreadOut mengadopsi beberapa elemen dari Manga Matrix seperti penggunakaan bentuk tubuh, kostum yang digunakan dan kepribadian dari karakter. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini berupa adanya adaptasi Manga Matrix dalam desain karakter DreadOut memberikan daya tarik visual yang unik, sekaligus memperkuat identitas game dalam industri horror. Temuan ini juga memberikan wawasan bagi desainer game dalam menciptakan karakter dengan estetika yang menarik dan relevan dengan budaya serta pasar targetnya
HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI IBU, DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DAN STATUS EKONOMI TERHADAP RENCANA PEMILIHAN PENOLONG PERSALINAN OLEH IBU BERSALIN DI PUSKESMAS KARANGPAWITAN TAHUN 2024
Full text linkBerdasarkan laporan tahunan Puskesmas Karangpawitan, cakupan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan pada tahun 2021 mencapai 82%, pada tahun 2022, di mana cakupan meningkat menjadi 84,5%, akan tetapi pada tahun 2023 mengalami penurunan kembali yaitu menjadi 81,7% artinya masih ada sekitar 18,3% persalinan yang dilakukan tanpa bantuan tenaga kesehatan. Pemilihan tenaga penolong persalinan oleh dukun bayi seringkali menimbulkan dampak yang akan menyebabkan angka kesakitan dan kematian ibu dan bayi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi ibu, dukungan keluarga dan status ekonomi terhadap rencana pemilihan penolong persalinan oleh ibu bersalin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskrptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh ibu bersalin sebanyak 56 orang, besar sampel sama dengan populasi yaitu sebanyak 76 dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Analisa data yaitu analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square test untuk melihat hubungan terhadap 2 variabel yang diduga berhubungan atau berkolerasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih terdapat 42,1% responden memilih penolong persalinan oleh non nakes, 47,4% masih memiliki persepsi negatif, 50% kurang mendapat dukungan keluraga dan 56,6% berstatus ekonomi bawah. Hasil bivariat diperoleh persepsi, p-value 0,003, dukungan keluarga p-value 0,000, status ekonomi p-value 0,021. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara persepsi, dukungan keluarga dan status ekonomi dengan pemilihan penolong persalinan. Masyarakat diharapkan lebih aktif mendukung ibu hamil, terutama melalui pemberian informasi yang benar tentang risiko persalinan tanpa bantuan profesional. Selain itu, keluarga, khususnya suami, perlu dilibatkan dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait persalinan
