No full textБезпечне середовище життя і функціонування людини у суспільстві є невід’ємною умовою забезпечення її всебічного, максимально продуктивного та комфортного існування. Збереження життя і здоров’я людини, як правило, процес, обов’язок, відображено у моральних нормах, звичаях, традиціях, моделях поведінки, закріплено конституційно у законодавчих нормативних актах, посадових інструкціях, правилах техніки безпеки. Водночас, сучасний рівень інформаційного забезпечення дає змогу отримувати безперервний потік даних про те, що ці дві найбільш цінні категорії, навіть за сучасного рівня розвитку суспільств, цивілізації, держави, можуть бути втрачені з цілком суб’єктивних причин, через випадковості, недбальство, відсутність достатньої кількості знань, непрофесійність, нерозуміння рівня загроз. Усвідомлення того, чим є життя та здоров’я, розуміння безповоротності їх втрати, робить ці категорії першочерговими порівняно з іншими цінностями сучасності
The philosophy of freedom in the digital age: how technology changes our understanding of choice
Get PDFThe article offers a philosophical reflection on the phenomenon of freedom in digital reality, including an analysis of a number of fundamental aspects related to the nature of these phenomena and the potential risks associated with them. The study examines the impact of the transformation of the information and communication field on the structure and modification of the social living space, social and cultural aspects. The study highlights the ethical aspects of the integration of digital tools – algorithmic justice, data privacy, responsibility, etc. The methodology of interaction between a digital person and a digital society is substantiated and the conceptualization of the impact of technologies on the understanding of human choice is conceptualized. Attention is focused on the philosophy of the development of a creative society. Concern is expressed about the potential loss of identity by a person in the conditions of digital reality. It is substantiated that the adaptability of human consciousness expands the horizons of creative collaboration with the digital world, forming an unlimited potential for innovation. The study attempted to understand the essence of the relationship between the categories of “control” and “freedom” in the context of active integration of information and communication technologies. The definition of the phenomenon of freedom was determined, and its positive and negative forms were characterized. The author’s vision of the importance of preserving human freedom against the background of global digitalization was proposed. The important role of open interaction and dialogue between the public, the scientific community and government bodies was highlighted to guarantee the harmonious synergy of human rights and freedoms and the digital environment, compliance with digital rights to privacy, security, freedom of expression and access to a safe Internet. The results of the study are aimed at a philosophical understanding of digitalization, which requires a balanced approach aimed at creating a digital space that respects human rights and freedoms, rather than restricting them
Exiled by Gods and Men: Trauma, Violence and the Lexico-Semantic Patterns of Displacement in Madeline Miller’s Circe and Classical Sources
No full textThis study aims to determine and explicate displacement lexico-semantic
patterns in Madeline Miller’s Circe (2018) and classical sources, such as The
Odyssey by Homer, Theogony by Hesiod, Argonautica by Apollonius Rhodius,
and Metamorphoses by Ovid. We utilized semantic field theory and digital corpus stylistics. By applying Voyant Tools, we identified 847 lexical cases related
to displacement in Circe and 126 in the classical texts. The following semantic
fields were identified: social alienation, spatial displacement, psychological interiority, vulnerability and violence, and agency and power. In classical texts, spatial displacement (43%) and power (31%) were presented only through male
characters. The first-person narration in Circe significantly changed the aboveindicated figures. Psychological interiority (39%), social alienation (24%), and
vulnerability and violence (19%) were prominent for Madeline Miller. By combining feminist views and trauma theory, the study revealed original choices of
lexical units made by Miller to name sexual types of violence in an explicit way,
which contradicts classical masterpieces. Miller made a female the leading character in her novel and presented exile as a multi-layered trauma. This feminist
influence demonstrated how classical texts were transformed and interpreted at
the lexico-semantic level in modern works, including Circe

No full textПроблема. Підготовка пожежних-рятувальників є критично важливою для ефективного реагування
особового складу ОРС ЦЗ на пожежі, аварії та катастрофи, але традиційні методи обмежені вартістю, ризиками для здоров’я, логістикою та недостатньою реалістичністю, що ускладнює навчання в умовах сьогодення. В умовах технологічного процесу гейміфікація підготовки пожежних-рятувальників може осучаснити класні заняття в системі службової підготовки, та замінити деякі практичні відпрацювання.
Мета. Висвітлити можливості використання віртуальних тренувальних комплексів для осучаснення та
гейміфікації в підготовці особового складу пожежно-рятувальних підрозділів ДСНС України. Методи дослідження. Аналітичний огляд наукових публікацій, експериментальних даних та електронних
ресурсів щодо використання VR та AR-систем для підготовки пожежних-рятувальників. Основні результати дослідження. Описано вітчизняні (СИМ-1, СИМ-3, «Прасувальна дошка. Вогонь»,
«Електрична духовка») та можливості і переваги закордонних тренувальних комплексів (Fire&Flames, XpertVR, Rescue-Sim, PIXO VR, BullEx Attack, XVR, FLAIM Trainer, 4HelpVR) для включення їх у систему службової підготовки пожежно-рятувальних підрозділів ДСНС України. Запропоновано класифікацію сучасних віртуальних тренувальних комплексів та шляхи забезпечення ними підрозділів ДСНС України.
Висновки та конкретні пропозиції авторів Гейміфіковані віртуальні комплекси є ключовим інструментом
для модернізації класних занять в системі службової підготовки ДСНС України. Рекомендовано розробити національний стандарт стосовно тренувальних комплексів для підготовки особового складу пожежно-рятувальних підрозділів. Забезпечити завдяки міжнародній співпраці та грантовому фінансуванню (AFG, SAFER, Polska Pomoc, EU4Business) навчально-тренувальні полігони ДСНС України.Introduction. Firefighter-rescuer training is critically important for the effective response of Civil Protection Operational Rescue Service (ORS CZ) personnel to fires, accidents, and disasters. However, traditional training methods are limited by costs, health risks, logistical challenges, and insufficient realism, complicating effective preparation under contemporary conditions. With ongoing technological progress, the gamification of firefighter-rescuer training can modernize classroom sessions within the service training system and partially replace practical drills. Purpose. To highlight the opportunities for using virtual training systems to modernize and gamify the preparation of personnel in firefighting and rescue units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES of Ukraine). Methods. Analytical review of scientific publications, experimental data, and online resources on the use of VR and AR systems for firefighter-rescuer training. Results. The study describes domestic training systems (SYM-1, SYM-3, “Ironing Board. Fire”, “Electric Oven”) and highlights the opportunities and advantages of foreign training systems (Fire&Flames, XpertVR, Rescue-Sim, PIXO
VR, BullEx Attack, XVR, FLAIM Trainer, 4HelpVR) for integration into the service training system of SES of Ukraine firefighting and rescue units. A classification of modern virtual training systems is proposed, along with pathways for equipping SES of Ukraine units with these technologies. Conclusion. Gamified virtual systems are a key tool for modernizing classroom sessions within the SES of Ukraine service training system. It is recommended to develop a national standard for training systems used in firefighter-rescuer personnel preparation and to equip SES of Ukraine training grounds through international cooperation and grant funding
