és a piac állandó egymásra hatásának és találkozásának a mozzanata. Az elmúlt évek gyakorlata azt bizonyítja, hogy az értékelemzési projektekben szinte minden esetben innovációs eredmények is születtek. Ezért kutatómunkánk egyik iránya, hogy hogyan lehet az innovációs folyamatot hatékonyabbá tenni a Value Methdology alkalmazásával. Úgy ítéljük meg, hogy az innovációs folyamat hatékonyságának növelése elősegíti a gazdaság növekedését. Ehhez szükségesnek tartjuk a gazdasági–politikai vezetés folyamatos támogatását.
In the past few decades innovation has become the most important factor of social-economic development. Innovation is not an unidirectional process; rather, it is the result
of the constant interaction and encounters between inventions and the market. On the other hand, the experiences of the past few years shows that innovative results have been achieved in nearly every Value Analysis project. Therefore, one major direction of our research is to investigate how the innovation process could be made more effective by using Value Methodology. We belive that increasing the efficiency of the innovation process

freedom, accepting lifelong learning as a human right, and reinterpreting the institutional vision, mission, and values. The aim is to be compatible with the emerging world paradigms of globalization, social responsibility and sustainable development. This is particularly true in the countries of the European continent, in both the horizontal and vertical dimensions of education. Access to quality, inclusive and lifelong learning is a fundamental right for all European citizens. Education is the basis for personal fulfilment, employability and active and responsible citizenship. Education is a prerequisite for the viability of European societies and economies. Both education and civil society are key areas for the long-term development of the European Union. Our article briefly describes their role and status in the EU and attempts to outline their relationships and how NGOs can be involved in educational processes
Design of PEIS: A Low-Cost Pipe Inspector Robot
Get PDFThis paper outlines the design of a novel mechatronic system for semi-automatic in-spection and white-water in-pipe obstruction removals without the need for destructive methods or specialized manpower. The device is characterized by a lightweight structure and high trans-portability. It is composed by a front, a rear and a central module that realize the worm-like lo-comotion of the robot with a specifically designed driving mechanism for the straight motion of the robot along the pipeline. The proposed mechatronic system is easily adaptable to pipes of various sizes. Each module is equipped with a motor that actuates three slider-crank-based mechanisms. The central module incorporates a length-varying mechanism that allows forward and backward locomotion. The device is equipped with specific low-cost sensors that allow an operator to monitor the device and locate an obstruction in real time. The movement of the device can be automatic or controlled manually by using a specific user-friendly control board and a laptop. Preliminary laboratory tests are reported to demonstrate the engineering feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed design, which is currently under patenting

Gyorsulva gyorsuló világegyetem?
Get PDFVilágegyetemünk talán legegyszerűbb modelljének felhasználásával a cikk egyszerű összefüggéseket vezet le az objektumok észlelési távolsága és látszólagos gyorsulása között, figyelembe véve a fény terjedési sebessége okozta észlelési késleltetést. A kapott összefüggések szerint a lineáris, valójában gyorsulásmentes rendszert törvényszerűen gyorsulva gyorsulónak kell érzékelnünk. Ezek után értehető a cikk végén megfogalmazott kérdés, miszerint mindez megkérdőjelezi-e a gyorsulva gyorsuló világegyetemünkről alkotott világképünket? Különösen izgalmas e kérdés annak tükrében, hogy az összefüggések, levezetések megértéséhez semmiféle speciális, szakirányú tudás (avagy további irodalom ismerete) nem szükséges, mindössze középiskolai szintű fizika tudásra alapoz. Using perhaps the simplest model of our Universe, the paper derives simple relationships between the detection distance and apparent acceleration of objects, taking into account the detection delay due to the propagation speed of light. The resulting relations imply that a linear, effectively accelerationless system should be perceived as accelerating by law. This leads us to the question at the end of the article: does this call into question our view of our accelerating universe? This question is especially intriguing in the light of the fact that no specialised knowledge (or further literature) is required to understand the connections and derivations, based on only high-school level physics

Azonban itt van, hogy köztünk maradjon. Beépült az életünkbe és mindenki által használt pénznem lehet, melyet csak az idő múlása fog megerősíteni vagy megcáfolni. Mindazonáltal elfogadottságának és annak köszönhetően, hogy milyen széles körben beszélnek róla napjainkban, a kriptovaluták fényes jövő elé nézhetnek
