PENGARUH PEMBERIAN BIOCHAR TONGKOL JAGUNG DAN PUPUK KANDANG SAPI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN KACANG HIJAU (Vigna radiata L.) DI LAHAN KERING DESA USAR MAPIN KECAMATAN ALAS BARAT
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian biochar tongkol jagung dan pupuk kandang sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang hijau (Vigna radiata L.) Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu, faktor pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah Biochar tongkol jagung (B) dan faktor kedua kandang sapi (S). Masing-masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Faktor pupuk kandang kotoran sapi terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu B0=0 kg Biochar tongkol jagung, B1=6 kg/petak biochar tongkol jagung dan B2= 12 kg/petak biochar tongkol jagung. Faktor pupuk kandang sapi terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu: S0=0 kg/pupuk kandang sapi S1=6 kg/petak puppuk kandang sapi dan S2=12 kg/petak pupuk kandang sapi. Data analisis menggunakan Analisis Varians (Anova) pada taraf 5%. STRATEGI BADAN PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA DAERAH DALAM MENGUARANGI RISIKO BENCANA BANJIR DI KABUPATEN SUMBAWA
Get PDFBencana banjir merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang memiliki tingkat kejadian dan dampak yang cukup tinggi di Kabupaten Sumbawa, baik terhadap kerugian material, lingkungan, maupun keselamatan masyarakat. Kondisi geografis, perubahan tata guna lahan, serta curah hujan yang tinggi menjadi faktor utama meningkatnya risiko bencana banjir di wilayah tersebut. Oleh karena itu, peran Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) menjadi sangat strategis dalam upaya pengurangan risiko bencana banjir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi BPBD Kabupaten Sumbawa dalam mengurangi risiko bencana banjir serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pejabat BPBD, pemerintah daerah terkait, serta masyarakat yang berada di wilayah rawan banjir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi BPBD Kabupaten Sumbawa dalam pengurangan risiko bencana banjir meliputi upaya mitigasi struktural dan nonstruktural, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, penguatan koordinasi lintas sektor, serta peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kesiapsiagaan bencana. Meskipun demikian, implementasi strategi tersebut masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan anggaran, sarana prasarana, serta tingkat kesadaran masyarakat yang belum merata. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi penguatan kebijakan dan praktik pengurangan risiko bencana banjir di tingkat daerah

Get PDFThis study aims to know the Human Resource Management Adaptation Strategy in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era at PT Astra Motor Sumbawa and the effectiveness of the strategy. The type of this study was qualitative descriptive study. The types of data used were qualitative and quantitative data, then source of data in this study were primary and secondary data. The numbers of informants in this study were 4 informants consisted of 1 key informant and 3 main informants. The tools used to collect data were interviews and documentation. The technique of analysis data were qualitative analysis and effectiveness analysis. The results of this study showed that the management of PT. Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar has implemented several adaptive strategies to maintain the company's existence and increase its sales volume in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. However, the implementation of this strategy has not shown effective results as measured by sales volume. The sales ratio at PT. Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar in 2020-2024 was in the fairly effective category, indicating that the company's management has not been able to implement an adaptive marketing strategy in accordance with changing market conditions and consumer behavior. Therefore, optimal efforts are needed from company management to explore all the potential that is owned so that it is hoped that it can provide a positive and significant contribution to increasing the company's sales volume
PENGEMBANGAN VIDIO ANIMASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SD PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPAS
Get PDFThis study aims to: (1) Test the feasibility of animated video media in improving student learning outcomes. (2) Test the practicality of animated video media in improving student learning outcomes. (3) Test the effectiveness of animated video media in improving student learning outcomes. This animated video was compiled using the ADDIE model research and development method.. The level of feasibility of the animated video was obtained from the media expert validator and the material expert validator who were analyzed and obtained the standard gain value and criteria for determining effectiveness as an increase in student learning outcomes. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Animated Video Media has been produced that is suitable for use, reviewed from the assessment of suitability by the material validator, namely 90% with the category (very suitable) and the media validator obtained a score of 84.7% (very suitable) to improve the science learning outcomes of grade IV elementary school students; (2) The practicality of animated video media with the category (very practical) with a score of 93.5; (3) the increase in the effectiveness of students' science learning through Animated Video Media is 70 with the moderate category

Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi di beberapa desa yang telah menerapkan prinsipprinsip tata kelola yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala desa yang komunikatif, terbuka dalam perencanaan anggaran, serta melibatkan masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan cenderung berhasil menciptakan pemerintahan desa yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel. Sebagai lembaga ekonomi desa, BUMDes memiliki kedudukan pentingdalam mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat, sehingga tata kelolanya dituntut transparan,akuntabel, dan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Namun, padapraktiknya ditemukan indikasi adanya penyelewengan dana simpan pinjam yang dapatmenimbulkan kerugian bagi keuangan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridisnormatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan studi kasus di Desa Leseng,Kecamatan Moyo Hulu. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwa fungsi pengawasan pemerintahdesa, baik melalui kepala desa maupun Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), belumdilaksanakan secara maksimal, terutama dalam aspek kontrol internal, keterbukaan laporankeuangan, serta tindak lanjut atas dugaan penyimpangan. PERAN SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA DALAM PEMBINAAN ANAK PENGGUNA MINUMAN BERALKOHOL DI KECAMATAN SUMBAWA
Get PDFFenomena meningkatnya kasus penyalahgunaan minuman beralkohol di kalangan anak-anakyang berdampak pada timbulnya masalah sosial, terganggunya ketertiban umum, sertaterhambatnya proses pendidikan dan perkembangan moral anak. Sebagai aparat penegakPeraturan Daerah, Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) memiliki kewenangan dantanggung jawab dalam melakukan pembinaan, pengawasan, serta penindakan terhadap anakanakyang terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan minuman beralkohol. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis-sosiologis. Datapenelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan anggota Satpol PP, observasi lapangan, sertadokumentasi terhadap kasus-kasus pelanggaran Peraturan Daerah di Kecamatan Sumbawa.Data dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk menggambarkan peran Satpol PP dalam praktikpembinaan terhadap anak pengguna minuman beralkohol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa peran Satpol PP dalam pembinaan anak pengguna minuman beralkohol diwujudkanmelalui tindakan persuasif, preventif, dan represif. Tindakan persuasif dilakukan denganmemberikan penyuluhan, pendekatan secara kekeluargaan, serta koordinasi dengan orangtua. Tindakan preventif diwujudkan melalui patroli rutin dan kerja sama dengan sekolah sertamasyarakat. Sedangkan tindakan represif dilakukan dalam bentuk razia, penertiban, sertapemberian sanksi sesuai ketentuan Peraturan Daerah. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya SatpolPP menghadapi sejumlah hambatan, baik secara yuridis maupun teknis. Hambatan yuridisberupa keterbatasan aturan khusus mengenai anak, sedangkan hambatan teknis meliputikurangnya personel, sarana prasarana, dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat

Get PDFThe function and efforts of hospitals in providing healthcare services are supported by auxiliary facilities, one of which is the Pharmacy Installation, which is related to the management of medicines. Hospitals are also responsible for ensuring the safety of medication use for patients. Drug damage not only has negative effects on patients but also harms healthcare facilities as it can hinder optimal medication turnover. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of drug and medical consumable management and to examine its relationship with the increase in the number of patients at H.L. Manambai Abdul Kadir Hospital in 2025. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type, and data processing was conducted using the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21. The results of the study indicate that the use of medicines and medical consumables simultaneously has an effect on the increase in the number of patients. However, medical consumables alone do not have a significant impact on the increase in patient numbers. The R-square value is 33.4%, which means that 33.4% of the variation in the increase in patient numbers can be explained by the use of medicines and medical consumables. Efficiency, availability, and quality of medicines must be top priorities in healthcare services
UPAYA MENINGKATKAN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN SKINCARE SKINTIFIC DI KABUPATEN SUMBAWA MELALUI STRATEGI CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Get PDFThis study aims to examine efforts to increase customer loyalty of skintific skincare in Sumbawa District through customer experience strategies. The type of this study was associative study which aims to determine the effect of customer experience strategy (X) on the loyalty of Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District (Y). The type of data used in this study was quantitative obtained directly from primary sources using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 50 Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District, totalling 50 people. The selection of respondents was determined using non probability sampling techniques with a accidental sampling (convenience sampling) method. The data analysis techniques used was simple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), and coefficient of determination testing (R2). The results of the study showed that customer experience strategy had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Skintific skincare in Sumbawa District. These results suggest that the better of customer experience strategy implemented, the more loyalty of Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District will increase. Conversely, the worse of customer experience strategy implemented, the more the loyalty of Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District will decrease. The customer experience strategy contributes to effected the loyalty of Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District was 46.5%, while the remaining of 53.5% was effected by other factors not examined in this study, such as product quality, service quality, and promotions

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the impact of the use of information technology in the field of e-commerce on the income of micro-businesses in Sumbawa District. The type of this study was comparative research which aims to examine the differences in income levels of micro-business actors in Sumbawa District before (X1) and after (X2) the use of information technology in the field of e-commerce. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from secondary sources through documents or financial report archives found at Butik Yana Sumbawa Besar. The data analysis technique used were two-average difference test consisting of table paired samples statistics, paired samples correlation and paired samples t-test. The results of this study showed that there was a positive and significant difference in the income levels of SMEs in Sumbawa District before and after the implementation of information technology in the field of e-commerce. These results indicate that the use of information technology in the field of e-commerce had a significant impact on the income levels of SMEs in Sumbawa District. It has been proven that the income level of micro business actors in Sumbawa District is higher after utilizing information technology in the field of e-commerce compared to the income level before utilizing information technology in the field of e-commerce
