Analysis of Errors in English Narrative Writing of STIE Port Numbay Students
Background: The making of errors in second language acquisition, especially in writing, is natural, but the errors should not be ignored and need to be treated properly.
Purpose: The purposes of this descriptive research are to identify the types of errors occured in the narrative writing of first-year students at STIE Port Numbay in Jayapura, explain the causes of the errors and the strategies applied to correct them and to prevent them from happening in the future.
Design and methods: This research is a descriptive qualitative one that uses the content analysis method. The data were taken from 20 narrative writings about daily activities made by 20 first-year students of STIE Port Numbay in Jayapura who major in Development Economics and took the English 1 course in the Odd Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year.
Results: The findings revealed that there are 9 types of error occured i.e. omission, addition, misselection, misordering, blending, misformations, misspellings, sentence errors and semantic errors in lexis. The errors are caused by interference of the first language or interlingual, inadequate mastery of the target language rules or intralingual and limited vocabulary. The strategies for the error correction are direct feedback and exposing the target language use by its native speakers so that the learners can compare it with their own L2 use. To prevent the same errors, the instructor can improve the learners' mastery of the target language rules by using creative and varied teaching methods and materials as well as encouraging the learners to develop the habit of reading English texts in order to improve their vocabulary and to obtain input about the use of English in writing.

Digitalisasi Pencatatan Dokumen Kegiatan dan Pelaporan untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Pelayanan Posyandu Desa Cipenjo
Posyandu merupakan upaya kesehatan berbasis masyarakat (UKBM) yang penyelenggaraannya dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, untuk dan oleh masyarakat dengan bantuan pemerintah. Tujuan utamanya adalah mencehah angkat kematian ibu, dan bayi saat kehamilan, persalunan dan pasca persalinan. Selain itu membantu meberikan pelatihan dasar kesehatan bagi masyarakat, khususnya baigi ibu dan balita Per posyandu yang ada, jumlah kader yang tersedia hanya sekitar 3 atau 4 saja. Oleh karena itu, perlu ada partisipasi dari masyarakat untuk pelatihan kader posyandu mengingat jumlahnya yang terbatas. Secara perundang-undangan, posyandu itu milik semua masyarakat dan dikelola oleh masyarakat. Banyak aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh para kader dari posyandu sehingga membutuhkan upaya dan fokus yang tidak sedikit. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya bantuan teknologi informasi dalam berbagai aktifitask posyandu untuk membantu kerja para hader posyandu. Harapan dalam pembuatan sisfo ini adalah agar dapat memberikan bantuan kinerja bagi petugas posyandu dalam administrasi posyandu. Sistem informasi ini juga diharapkan mampu memudahkan proses input, output data Posyandu Desa seperti data dasar posyandu, kegiatan layanan posyandu, data penggunaan posyandu dan petugas posyandu
Analysis Of Beginning Reading Ability And Difficulties Faced 4th Grade Elementary Students At MI Tarbiyatul Falah
Background: In the form of learning activities in schools, reading is one of the most essential skills that students need to master. The ability to read for students is seen as a determinant of their success in carrying out their learning activities while at school.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out how far the beginning reading ability of 4th grade elementary school students at MI Tarbiyatul Falah and the difficulties they face.
Design and methods: This study applies a descriptive qualitative method, which is a method that is carried out by visiting data sources directly, then analyzing the data obtained as it is. Researchers collected further data using interview techniques, observation and tests on these students and class teachers to find the causal factors.
Results: the researcher draws the conclusion that in students' initial reading skills, each aspect relates to and influences other aspects of reading, and this difficulty is motivated by factors that become obstacles in applying initial reading skill

Sirnasari Desa Pagelaran berbasis buku cerita dan alat peraga. Penggunaan smartphone berbasis android dapat mendukung pemelajar bahasa inggris dalam mempercepat pencapaian kemampuan berbahasa Inggris.Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah rangka untuk peningkatan minat belajar serta peningkatan keterampilan Bahasa Inggris (soft skill). Beberapa metode yang digunakan mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) adalah metode tanya jawab dan diskusi untuk mengidentifikasi pengetahuan dan teknologi pendukungnya. Metode ceramah digunakan pada saat proses belajar dan pemahaman teoritis bahasa inggris. Hasil yang dicapai adalah : 1. The Role of Content Writing in Education: Theoretical Analysis through a Library Research Approach
Background: Advances in digital technology have brought significant changes to the world of education, especially in the way learning material is delivered. One emerging approach is to use content writing as a means to support a more interactive and effective learning process. However, there is a digital literacy gap in various educational institutions, especially in terms of mastering content writing techniques that suit the needs of students and the educational context.
Research purposes: This research aims to explore concepts and roles of content writing in education, identifies the characteristics of effective content writing for learning, and provides a theoretical foundation for integrating content writing as a supporting tool in the learning process.
Research Design: This research uses the method library research by collecting and analyzing various literature sources such as academic books, journal articles, and related case studies content writing and its implementation in education. Analysis was carried out to explore the concepts, principles, and application of relevant content writing strategies in formal and informal educational environments.
Research result: The research results show that content writing Strategically designed ones have the potential to increase learning effectiveness through the delivery of information that is cohesive, interactive and interesting. Important characteristics include the use of simple but communicative language, a structure that facilitates understanding, and the integration of visual elements to support student attraction and engagement. This research also highlights the need for training for educators to master content writing skills as part of digital literacy. It is hoped that these findings can become the basis for developing learning-based strategies content writing which is more adaptive and innovative
Types of Swearing Words Used by The Characters In Birds of Prey
Background: Swearing words are not only used in real human life or on social media but are also often found in movies and the use of swearing words in movies must have a specific purpose one of which is to attract the attention of the audience.
Purpose: This research aimed at revealing the types of swearing for the characters in the Birds of Prey movie.
Design and methods: This research used a qualitative method. The researcher used Andersson and Trudgill’s theory to analyze the data.
Results: The result of the research showed that there are four types of swearing; expletive swearing, abusive swearing, humorous swearing, and auxiliary swearing
Peningkatan Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Kegiatan Posyandu Tulip RW 028 Sukamaju Depok Dengan Digitalisasi Pelayanan Posyandu (SIPOS)
Posyandu Tulip yang terletak di Jalan Bojong Lio RT 03 RW028 Sukamaju - Cilodong Kota Depok, merupakan sebuah unit pelayanan kesehatan yang bertugas memberikan layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, terutama ibu dan anak, serta lansia. Saat ini, semua kegiatan di Posyandu Tulip masih menggunakan sistem manual. Sistem manual ini mencakup pencatatan seperti pendaftaran bayi dan balita, daftar hadir bayi dan balita, pencatatan data imunisasi, serta pencatatan hasil pengukuran pada bayi dan balita. Peningkatan peran dan fungsi Posyandu bukan hanya menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah, tetapi juga melibatkan semua komponen masyarakat, termasuk para kader. Proses pencatatan pendaftaran dilakukan secara manual, arsip laporan yang disimpan secara manual, menyebabkan kesulitan dalam mencari data dan rentan terhadap kerusakan karena ditulis secara manual, kader menghadapi tantangan dalam menyusun laporan Sistem Informasi Posyandu (SIPOS). Para kader posyandu berhasil memahami dan mengaplikasikan arahan dalam penggunaan sistem informasi yang dibuat, dengan indikator keberhasilan 80% kader posyandu memahami penggunaan Sistem Informasi Posyandu (SIPOS), serta terjadi peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas pengembangan data pengunjung oleh para kader dalam laporan dan tindakan kesehatan, dan memberikan bekal agar kader sukses menggunakan sistem digitalisasi baru dan terus meningkatkan penggunaannya, melalui metode workshop yang melibatkan pemateri, pelatihan, dan diskusi dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat
Analysis of Sumur Deringo Stories in Sumuranja Selatan Village for Elementary School Children
Background: Folklore is cultural literature that is passed down by word of mouth to be passed down from generation to generation to the next generation. However, there are many generations today who are not aware of the existence of folklore or storytelling, even though there is a lot of learning involved.
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out the story of Sum Ringo in the village of South Sumuranja as well as to analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic elements contained in the story of Sum Ringo for elementary school children.
Design and methods: The method used in this research is ethnographic method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this ethnographic method are through interviews, observation and documentation.
Results: The results of the study show that the story of Sum Ringo is a story formed from an activity carried out by the community. The story has indeed been trusted by the surrounding community which has been passed down by word of mouth from generation to generation to the next generation. Likewise, some elementary school children already know the story. The story contains lessons for children. From the results of the analysis, the story contains intrinsic elements consisting of themes, plot, characters and characterizations, setting, point of view and message, as well as other elements. external which consists of the cultural background and moral values contained in the story
Reading poetry based on video modeling techniques of poetry performance records
Background: Reading poetry is an effort to convey the poet's message to his listeners.
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the process of learning to read poetry and improve results.
Design and methods: This experiment analyzes the improvement of the learning process, including the stages of attention, retention, reproduction, and motivation, as well as the improvement of student learning outcomes when reading poetry in terms of intonation, pronunciation, volume, gestures, and expressions. This research was conducted on Literary Club extracurricular students at SDIT ALIF. The method used in this study is a quantitative experimental method using the video modeling technique of recording a poetry performance by Helvy Tiana Rosa. Data analysis techniques in this study were in the form of videos during which students read poetry, observation sheets, field notes, and student test results in the form of performance tests. In this design, two groups are randomly selected and then given a pretest to find out the difference in the initial state between the experimental group and the control group. Each group that was randomly selected was the same for both the control group and the experimental group, namely 10 people
Results: experimental class pretest data with an average of 14.10 while the control class obtained an average of 19.60. From the results of the posttest, it was obtained that the average posttest score of the experimental class was 17.50 and that of the control class was 26.30. Analysis of intrinsic elements of poetry for class IV students of SDIT Insan Karima Cigombong
Background: Poetry is results work literature, which arises from expression feelings and thought, and arises in situation certain. Thing this seen in statement that nothing, rhythm, and pressure play role important in poetry, language imaginative and choice say (vocabulary) arranged by bait, which is total CLASSIFIED in each table, and so on. Poetry is of course not a simple work of art, but a very complex organism. Poetry is created with different linguistic and aesthetic elements. Poetry is also an important record and interpretation of human experience and is written in the most memorable form. There are two main elements in building a poem, namely intrinsic and extrinsic elements.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine students' ability to compose poetry based on the intrinsic elements of class VI SDIT Insan Karima.
Design and methods: The research was conducted using a qualitative approach. The method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were documents made by students, totaling 17 poems. The data collection tool used by the researcher was a document written by a class IV student at SDIT Insan Karima and filling in the rubric carried out by the researcher was based on the theory of Saefu Zaman
Results: The results of this study are that out of 17 student works, almost 100% of the poems made are in accordance with the intrinsic elements requested, but the need for further guidance to students in managing vocabulary that will be poured into these poems
