    PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN SDM TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA KESEHATAN MELALUI KOMPETENSI SOFT SKILL DAN PROFESIONALISME KERJA PADA PUSKESMAS CAILE BULUKUMBA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kompetensi soft skill dan profesionalisme kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Caile, Bulukumba dengan melibatkan 122 responden yang mewakili seluruh tenaga kesehatan di fasilitas tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan analisis menggunakan Analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi soft skill, profesionalisme kerja, dan kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Kompetensi soft skill dan profesionalisme kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Lebih lanjut, pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui peningkatan kompetensi soft skill dan profesionalisme kerja. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya program pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang terstruktur dengan baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Caile. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar manajemen puskesmas meningkatkan program pengembangan sumber daya manusia, termasuk pelatihan soft skill dan penguatan profesionalisme, untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal di kalangan tenaga kesehatan

    Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki peran krusial dalam pembentukan karakter dan kemampuan anak, yang akan mempengaruhi masa depan bangsa. Dalam rangka mendukung tujuan Indonesia Emas 2045, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di tingkat PAUD/TK menjadi sangat penting. Artikel ini mengkaji strategi dan implementasi assessment pembelajaran di TK Ukan Hasupa, Kalimantan Timur, yang mengadaptasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka di TK Ukan Hasupa diterapkan dengan fokus pada pembelajaran berbasis bermain, penguatan karakter Pancasila, dan penilaian holistik untuk memantau perkembangan anak. Namun, tantangan seperti kesiapan pendidik, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan peran orang tua masih menjadi hambatan dalam implementasi yang optimal. Meski demikian, pendekatan yang fleksibel dan berpusat pada anak menunjukkan potensi untuk menciptakan generasi yang berkualitas sesuai dengan visi Indonesia Emas

    Meningkatkan Aspek Perkembangan Motorik dan Sosial Emosional Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun melalui Permainan Tradisional Bakiak

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas permainan tradisional bakiak dalam meningkatkan perkembangan motorik dan sosial emosional anak usia 5–6 tahun melalui studi literatur. Permainan bakiak yang melibatkan aktivitas fisik dan kerja sama tim diyakini mampu merangsang perkembangan motorik kasar serta keterampilan sosial anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan meninjau berbagai hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa permainan bakiak secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan koordinasi tubuh, keseimbangan, dan kekuatan otot anak, yang merupakan indikator perkembangan motorik kasar. Selain itu, permainan ini juga mendorong perkembangan sosial emosional anak, seperti kemampuan bekerjasama, berkomunikasi, mengelola emosi, serta menumbuhkan empati, tanggung jawab, dan rasa percaya diri. Permainan bakiak terbukti mampu menumbuhkan sikap toleransi, solidaritas, dan kepemimpinan dalam lingkungan sosial yang positif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa permainan tradisional, seperti bakiak, sangat relevan digunakan sebagai sarana edukatif dalam program pembelajaran anak usia dini, terutama dalam mengoptimalkan perkembangan motorik dan sosial emosional di tengah dominasi permainan digital

    Analisis Helikopter Parenting terhadap Perkembangan Anak

    Helikopter Parenting adalah orang tua yang terlalu mengontrol segala kehidupan anak. Orang tua yang menerapkan helikopter parenting telah menskenario bagaimana kehidupan anaknya. Bahkan orang tua selalu ikut campur untuk menyelesaikan masalah anaknya, karena mereka ingin yang terbaik bagi anaknya. Penelitian yang telah kami buat bertujuan agar dapat mengetahui pengaruh apa yang terjadi pada anak jika orang tua menerapkan helikopter parenting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Teknik analisis data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dengan tiga anak yang karakteristik berbeda berdasarkan usia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa helikopter parenting ini lebih berpacu pada cita-cita anak dan jadwal sehari-hari yang ditentukan untuk anak lebih bisa mengatur kesehariannya sendiri. Hasilnya dalam penelitian ini, salah satu responden yang berinisial DY yang telah mendapat helikcopter parenting. DY merasakan adanya tekanan yang ia dapatkan dari pengasuhan helikopter yang telah diterima. Bahkan dalam mengambil keputusan, DY merasa apa yang di putuskan oleh ibunya kurang disukai. Akan tetapi DY tetap menerima hal tersebut dan mengikuti semuanya

    Teaching Materials Design for Cultural Diversity in Samarinda

    Abstract This study aims to design teaching materials that represent the cultural diversity in Samarinda using a design research method. This research focuses on expert evaluation to measure the product's feasibility. The results from the expert evaluation indicate that the developed teaching materials have a high level of cultural relevance and accuracy. However, some improvements were recommended, such as using the more inclusive term "ethnic groups" and adding more culturally representative images. In terms of language clarity, the materials received a perfect score, deemed easy to understand and aligned with linguistic standards. The educational effectiveness was rated favorably, with suggestions to incorporate interactive elements like project-based activities to enhance student engagement, in line with the Merdeka Curriculum. The sequential structure of the content was also highly praised for supporting a structured learning process. Overall, the experts concluded that the teaching materials are highly suitable and viable as a learning resource to promote the understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity among students

    Pengaruh kecemasan matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP wilayah pulau-pulau kecil perbatasan terhadap kemampuan literasi matematika

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi apakah kecemasan matematika siswa SMP di daerah pulau-pulau kecil perbatasan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan literasi matematika menurut versi PISA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto tipe regresi linier sederhana dimana kecemasan matematika bertindak sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kemampuan literasi matematika sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri Tiakur Kab. Maluku Barat Daya dengan sampel adalah siswa kelas VIIID berjumlah 26 siswa yang dipilih secara acak dengan melakukan pengundian. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket kecemasan matematika dan soal literasi matematika PISA level 1-3. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik inferensial berupa uji prasyarat normalitas dan linieritas serta uji hipotesis berupa analisis model regresi linier sederhana, uji signifikansi persamaan regresi, dan analisis kekuatan pengaruh dengan R2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh negatif kecemasan matematika terhadap kemampuan literasi matematika siswa dengan model regresi linier sederhananya adalah Y=-0.962+0.722X dan R2=0.204 yang berarti 20,4% kemampuan literasi matematika siswa dipengaruhi oleh kecemasan matematika siswa itu sendiri sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kecemasan matematika mempengaruhi literasi matematika siswa di pulau-pulau kecil, membutuhkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang mendukung dan pelatihan guru

    Lack of management of PKBM institutions makes some people less enthusiastic in participating in the implementation of the program. PKBM as an institution, forum, and place for community learning needs services. Entrepreneurship encourages community enthusiasm in learning. The objectives developed are to study and describe the management of life skills education programs in student independence at PKBM Handayani Bojonegoro. This study uses a qualitative approach with a survey. Data collection techniques, using in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation. The subjects of the study were managers, tutors, and students. Using qualitative analysis techniques with data reduction steps, data display, data verification for drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the development of the PKBM program followed the following steps: identifying learning needs, determining learning priorities, involving community leaders in preparing program planning, considering local potential and local wisdom; and entrepreneurship-based empowerment programs at PKBM, preparing programs that produce superior products for program sustainability, managers working professionally to make PKBM independent in each program, and opening networks with business partners for marketing superior products

    The Pre-service Teachers' Experiences in Developing Digital Competences in Digital Literacies course

    The purpose of this study was to explore pre-service teachers’ experiences in developing digital competences in Digital Literacies course. The study used DigComp 2.0 framework by Vuorikari et al. (2016). The design of the study was qualitative case study. The data sources were focus group interviews and observations with the participants of pre-service teachers of the English Language Education Department class of 2020 in Mulawarman University. The sample of the study was 29 pre-service teachers from class A and class C. The findings of the study showed that pre-service teachers have acquired knowledge and abilities in digital competence areas such as information and data literacy, communication and collaboration, digital content creation, safety, and problem-solving. However, pre-service teachers did not progress in ‘’Copyright and licenses’’ & ‘’Programming’’ sub-competences. Thus, the study suggested future studies to give further instruction for every sub-competence in each competence area and to use DigCompEdu framework

    Pre-Service Teachers’ Performance in Applying the ARCS Model on Technology in Education Course

    This study aimed to find: (1) to elaborate pre-service teachers’ performance in applying the ARCS model on technology in education course; (2) to elaborate pre-service teachers’ difficulties and solution in integrating ARCS to technology in education. The Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction (ARCS) model is an instructional design framework developed by Keller (2010), the model focuses on strategies to motivate and engage learners in the educational process. This study used a case study with qualitative approach. In this study, the participants were three student-teachers of English Education Department at who met the criteria. The data of this research were collected through interviews and analyzed by using Thematic Analysis adopted from Braun & Clarke (2006).  The researcher found that the pre-service teachers in the Technology in Education course relatively had good knowledge of ARCS components. It was concluded that most of the pre-service teachers were able to integrate the core components of ARCS. Some of The EFL pre-service teachers taught their content lesson effectively by using ARCS instructional models with specific technology strategies. The result also showed that various difficulties were faced by the pre-service teachers in integrating ARCS to Technology in Education course. The difficulties were from designing the content, translating the material to media, choosing the suitable template, making the material relevance, and set learning objective. To overcome the difficulties, the pre-service teachers looked for the example, making the outline, and also making careful planning in translating the material

    A STUDY OF STUDENTS' SPEAKING DIFFICULTIES AT ENGLISH CLUB SMA NEGERI 7 SAMARINDA

    This study aimed to investigate students’ speaking difficulties and the reasons behind the difficulties. This qualitative case study gathered data through speaking task assessment, questionnaire, and semi-structured interview which analyzed thematically from English Club in SMA Negeri 7 Samarinda in the academic year of 2024 who were selected based on the 3 lowest score of the questionnaire. Additionally, students’ speaking difficulties in speaking were categorized into shyness and inhibition, low participation of individuals, finding things to say, and L1 use, meanwhile the reasons behind students’ speaking difficulties were categorized as psychological factors, linguistic factors, and lack of practice factors based on some theories. The result showed that English Club students experienced some difficulties in speaking, such as overuse of L1, confused in finding things to say, shyness and inhibition, and low participation of individuals. This study also found out that the possible reasons behind the difficulties were from linguistic factors: lack of vocabularies, lack of pronunciation, and lack of grammar. Moreover, psychological factors which related to fear of making mistakes, self- confidence, and language anxiety also contributed to the difficulties with the lack opportunities to practice inside and outside the class. Hence, English Club students were still lack of linguistical features in speaking which also affect their psychological and became hesitate to speak in English Club meetings
