To achieve the objectives of the research, a sample of 245 teachers was selected for sixth grade mathematics in the third Karkh education. Get PDFتكمن الأهمية في إعداد تمرينات لتطوير دقة الذراع العاملة، ومعرفة تأثيرها على الضربة المستقيمة الخلفية، ومن خلال عمل الباحثان لاحظا حدوث أخطاء كثيرة عند أداء المهارة المذكورة لهذه المرحلة العمرية لذا اصبح بالضرورة دراسة هذه المشكلة ، والعمل على إعداد تمرينات خاصة محاولةً من الباحثان لتطوير دقة الذراع العاملة، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي, وتم تحديد عينة البحث بلاعبي المركز الوطني لرعاية الموهبة الرياضية وعددهم (12 لاعباً) وتم إجراء الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية ومعالجة نتائج الاختبارات وتم التوصل إلى إن التمرينات الخاصة التي استخدمها الباحثان في المنهج التدريبي أثرت في تطوير دقة الذراع العاملة, وأوصى الباحثان باستخدام هذه التمارين في مناهج التدريب.The importance of study found in develop accuracy of hand & to find the effect on offensive skill, from the experience of the researcher, there is weakness in speed & accuracy. so they are using special exercises in training to developed accuracy, and using experimental research, and simple limited (12plyers) belong for the National Center for the Promotion of Sports Talent, so as the statistical methods that found on the (spss) , researcher reach to the exercises effect on develop of accuracy , and researcher reach to recommended to use this exercises in programs of training to this stage of players.

Get PDFالتعرف على مستوى السلوك التنافسي لدى مشتركي أقسام النشاط الرياضي والمدرسي لمديريات تربية بغداد في البطولة الرمضانية بكرة السلة لعام 2018، ولتحقيق ذلك أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (72) مشرفاً فنياً ومدرساً للتربية الرياضية، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وتم توزيع استبانة السلوك التنافسي على المشتركين، واستخدمت الحقيبة الإحصائية في تحليل النتائج. إذ أظهرت النتائج أن درجة السلوك التنافسي لدى عينة البحث عالية حيث وصلت النسبة المئوية للاستجابة إلى (6,73٪)، كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى السلوك التنافسي بين المشرفين الفنيين ومدرسي التربية الرياضية.Aimed to identify the level of competitive behavior among the participants of the sections of sports and school activity of Baghdad\u27s education in the championship Ramadan basketball in 2018, and to achieve the study was conducted on a sample of (72) technical supervisors and a teacher of sports education. the researchers used the descriptive method. the questionnaire was distributed to the participants and the statistical bag was used to analyze the results. the results showed that the degree of competitive behavior in the sample was significant with a percentage of response to (73.6%). there was also no significant difference in the level of competitive behavior between technical supervisors and physical education teachers

Get PDFتكونت عينة البحث من (71) تلميذ وزعت إلى مجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية بلغ عدد أفرادها (37) تلميذ والأخرى ضابطة بلغ عدد أفرادها (34) تلميذ ، تم تدريس المجموعة التجريبية على وفق استخدام التمثيلات الرياضية ، بينما تم تدريس المجموعة الضابطة على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية, وتم مكافأة افراد تلاميذ مجموعتي البحث في المتغيرات الآتية (اختبار المعرفة السابقة في الرياضيات، اختبار الذكاء).أعدت الباحثة اختبار تحصيلي تألف الاختبار من (30) فقرة شملت (6) أسئلة،(3) منها أسئلة موضوعية تضم (10) فقرات من نوع (الصح والخطأ) ، (9) فقرات من نوع (التكميل) ، (8) فقرة من نوع (الاختيار من متعدد رباعي البدائل) ، وثلاثة اسئلة مقالية ، وقد تم التحقق من صدق محتواه ، وحسب معامل ثباته.The research sample consists of (71) students distributed over two groups, One experimental (37) students and the other control (34) students, The experimental group has been taught according to use mathematical representations while the control group has been taught according to the traditional method, The two groups have been equalized in the following variables: (previous knowledge test in mathematics, , intelligence test), the researcher has prepared one test is achievement test, The former includes (30) items in (6) questions, Three of them are objective containing (10) true and false items, (9) item of fill in the blank items and (8) multiple – choice of four alternatives and three open – ended questions, Content validity of the test has been secured

Get PDFيستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على السعادة لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وتكونت عينة البحث من (100) معلمة وبواقع (5) معلمات من كل روضة وبذلك بلغت العينة (100) معلمة يتوزعن على ( 20) روضة من مديرية تربية الكرخ الثالثة للعام الدراسي 2018/2019، وتم الاعتماد على مقياس السعادة المعد من قبل ( عبد،2012) للبيئة العراقية ،المتضمن (34) فقرة ، ولتحليل النتائج تم الاعتماد على:( معامل ارتباط بيرسون لاستخراج الثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار ،والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة لاختبار دلالة الفروق بين متوسط استجابات أفراد العينة والمتوسط النظري لمقياس السعادة، وتوصلت الدراسة الى: حصلت معلمات الرياض على درجات عالية على مقياس السعادة، اذ جاءت النتائج ان المتوسط الحسابي اعلى من المتوسط الفرضي.The current research aims to identify the happiness of kindergarten teachers. The sample consisted of (100) teachers and (5) teachers from each kindergarten. Thus, the sample reached (100) teachers distributed over (20) kindergartens from the third Karkh Education Directorate for the academic year 2018/2019. And was based on the measure of happiness prepared by (Abdul, 2012) for the Iraqi environment. (34). To analyze the results, we used the Pearson correlation coefficient to derive stability through the retest method, and the meta-test for one sample to test the importance of differences between the average responses of sample members and the theoretical average for measuring happiness. The results of the study: Riyadh teachers got high grades on the happiness scale, as the results showed that the arithmetic mean is higher than the mean

Get PDFالمستخلص يعد العجز الكلوي المزمن هو الفقدان التدريجي لوظيفة الكلى ولذلك يحتاج المريض علاجا طويلا يكون بديلا عن الكلى. تم اقتباس نشاط انزيم الالنين امينوببتيديز من 70 عينة لمصل مرضى العجز الكلوي المزمن لكلا الجنسين تراوحت اعمارهم (25- 70) سنة. تم تقسيم العينات الى مجموعتين، المجموعة الاول تضمنت (35) عينة قبل الغسيل الكلوي، اما المجموعة الثانية فلقد كانت (35) عينة خضعت للغسيل الكلوي فضلا عن (30) عينة من الاشخاص الطبيعيين (الاصحاء) بوصفهم كمجموعة مقارنة. بينت النتائج ارتفاع معنوي (p> 0.001) بصورة عامة في نشاط انزيم الالنين امينوببتديز AAP في امصال مرضى العجز الكلوي المزمن U/L (116.0±3.4) في حين كان ((105.5±3.4) في الاصحاء هدف الدراسة الحالية هو تنقية جزيئية لالنزيم من امصال المرضى المصابين بالعجز الكلوي المزمن باستخدام تقنيتين، الاولى هي كروموتوكرافيا الترشيح الهلامي باستخدام السيفادكس G50 وقد بلغت عدد مرات التنقية (0.964) مرة ولنسبة انزيمية (3.45%). كما تم الحصول على متناظرين باستخدام تقنية كروموتوغرافيا التبادل الايوني، كانت درجة التنقية للمتناظرين 0.687(1.08%) و2.539(1.04%) مرة على التوالي. هذا وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود حزمة منفردة لكل متناظر.Chronic renal failure is the progressive loss of function of kidney and patient requires a long treatment in the form of renal replacement therapy. Alanine aminopeptidase activity has been assayed in (70) patient’s sera samples of both sexes, aged (25-70) years. The sample were divided in to two groups, the first group(G1) is of (35) samples before dialysis. The second group(G2) is of (35) samples after dialysis, as well as (30) sample of healthy as control group(C). The result showed a significant increase (p> 0.001) in general in the enzyme Alanine aminopeptidase in the serum of chronic renal failure patients (116.0±3.4) U/L while the efficacy rate is (105.5±3.4) U/L in healthy persons. Goal of the research was partial purified of enzyme from sera patients with chronic renal failure. by using two techniques: The first gel filtration chromatography packed with spadix G50 and giving 3.45% yield and 0.964-fold purification. Two isoenzymes were obtained by using ion exchange chromatography and the purity degree of isoenzymes were 0.687(1.08%) and 2.539(1.04%) fold respectively. Also, the results showed a single band for isoenzymes following steps.
