    MUI fatwa in legitimating government regulations about covid-19 in Indonesia

    This research aims to analyze the MUI Fatwa in legitimizing Government Regulations in breaking the Covid-19 chain. By using a qualitative approach and using library research, research can examine data related to the object of study being compiled. By using existing research data and literacy studies, the author can conclude that the MUI Fatwa's decision to allow the use of vaccinations and worship procedures during the pandemic is appropriate, as a step to break the chain of spread of Covid-19. This decision was made in order to support government programs through regulations issued to create herd immunity for the community and make the pandemic status endemic

    Afif Junaidhi, Nim 191230000357, Analysis of the improvement of flexible pavement to rigid pavement on the buaran - bendanpete sta 0+00 - 1+700 jepara central java road 2023., Yayan Adi Saputro, S.T., M.T., Nor Hidayati, S.T., M.T., Civil Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology1, Nahdlatul Ulama University1 Jepara1. With roads, everyone can increase their mobility while fulfilling important activities. As time goes by and the length of service lasts, road conditions eventually decline, both in terms of service level and structural condition. The method used for analysis of rigid pavement on roads is the 2017 Pavement Design Manual1 Method and the method used for planning road surface drainage dimensions refers to SNI 03-3424-1994 concerning Procedures for Road Surface Drainage Planning. The results of rigid pavement planning research calculations using the 2017 Pavement Design Manual method resulted in a concrete plate thickness of 275 mm, a thin concrete layer1 (LMC) of 100 mm, a class A aggregate drainage layer of 150 mm. Connections in rigid pavement are divided into two, namely longitudinal connections with tie bars using Ø 161- 6001 threads, and transverse connections with dowels using plain reinforcement D 32 - 300. The material used is planned to use concrete. Seiring berjalannya waktu dan lama pelayanan, kondisi jalan pada akhirnya menurun, baik dari segi tingkat pelayanan maupun kondisi struktur. Melihat permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dilakukan peningkatan ruas jalan dari buaran sampai bendanpete. Metode yang digunakan1 untuk Analisa perkerasan kaku pada ruas jalan1 adalah Metode Manual Desain Perkerasan1 2017 dan metode yang digunakan pada perencanaan dimensi drainase permukaan jalan ini mengacu pada SNI 03-3424-1994 tentang Tata CaraPerencanaan Drainase1Permukaan Jalan. Hasil perhitungan penelitian perencanaan perkerasan kaku dengan metode Manual Desain Perkerasan 2017 menghasilkan1 tebal plat beton 275 mm, lapis beton kurus (LMC) 100 mm lapis drainase agregat kelas A 150 mm. Sambungan pada perkerasan kaku terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu sambungan memanjang dengan batang pengikat (tie bars) digunakan ulir Ø 16 – 600, dan sambungan melintang dengan ruji (dowel) digunakan tulangan polos D 32 - 300, Direncanakan material yang digunakan menggunakan beton.     Strategi komunikasi pemasaran adalah rencana yang dirancang untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan pemasaran kepada pasar sasaran dengan tujuan mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen, meningkatkan kesadaran merek, dan mempromosikan produk atau layanan. Ini melibatkan pemilihan saluran komunikasi yang tepat, seperti iklan, promosi penjualan, pemasaran konten, dan media sosial, serta penggunaan pesan yang efektif dan konsisten untuk mencapai tujuan pemasaran perusahaan. Strategi komunikasi pemasaran penting bagi perusahaan karena membantu meningkatkan kesadaran merek, memperluas pangsa pasar, mengarahkan perilaku konsumen, membangun citra merek positif, menghadapi persaingan, mendukung penjualan, dan memelihara hubungan pelanggan, yang semuanya krusial untuk kesuksesan bisnis dalam lingkungan yang kompetitif. Jurnal ni bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh PT Bank Mandiri Taspen untuk mempromosikan produk Kredit Mantap Pensiun kepada pensiunan. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan brand awareness produk tersebut , PT Bank Mandiri Taspen menggunakan media promosi produk dengan tagline "Tiada Kata Pensiun Untuk Berkarya". Penelitian kualititatif deskriptif ini dilakukan dengan melalui wawancara dan observasi secara langsung terhadap pihak-pihak yang terlibat pada pemasaran produk. Analisis data yang diperoleh didasarkan pada teori komunikasi pemasaran, strategi komunikasi pemasaran, dan bauran pemasaran. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tahapan perencanaan, implementasi, dan pengendalian produk Kredit Mantap Pensiun yang menerapkan bauran pemasaran. Kesimpulannya, PT Bank Mandiri Taspen menerapkan Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran pada produk Kredit Mantap Pensiun untuk membangun kepercayaan, kepuasan, dan keyakinan pelanggan terhadap produk tersebut, Hasil penelitian bermanfaat bagi pembaca karena dapat menyediakan wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang topik yang diteliti. Informasi yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dapat membantu pembaca membuat keputusan yang lebih baik, mengembangkan strategi, atau memperbaiki praktik mereka dalam konteks yang relevan dengan topik penelitian tersebut.     In the current era of modern society dominated by Gen Z, along with the development of digital trends, people's lifestyles are slowly changing, tending to prefer things that are fast, easy and practical that can be done via smartphone. The problem formulation in this research is whether a digital-based lifestyle influences purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace? Does consumer behavior influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace? And do digital-based lifestyles and consumer behavior together influence purchasing decisions on the Sahopee marketplace from an Islamic economic perspective? The aim of this research is to find out whether a digital-based lifestyle influences purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace and to find out whether consumer behavior influences purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The research was conducted in the city of Bandar Lampung, the population in this study was Gen Z in Bandar Lampung, the sample used in this study was 96 people taken using purposive sampling techniques, a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and the data analysis technique used was hypothesis testing. The type of data in this research is primary data, data was collected via Google form and analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis technique using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that lifestyle (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that every time there is an improvement in lifestyle, it will increase consumer purchasing decisions. This happens because of changes in increasingly modern times so that people compete to follow lifestyle trends. Then, consumer behavior (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the higher the consumer behavior in generation Z, the higher the level of purchasing decisions. Generation z tends to be highly influenced by social factors and trends. Shopee, as an e-commerce platform that is popular among them, often displays the latest trends, viral products, and limited special offers. And provides easy and practical accessibility for generation z in Bandar Lampung. By using a smartphone and an internet connection, they can search, compare and buy the products they want.     Teachers as mentors and facilitators of students have limited teaching hours so they cannot act as widely as possible, especially in teaching writing skills. On the other hand, students or college graduates must have good writing skills. However, most students feel less motivated to be ready to learn independently in order to improve their writing skills. The lack of student learning motivation to improve these skills is the focus of the problem in this community service agenda. This community service aims to increase student learning motivation through the socialization of journal writing to improve students' learning readiness and writing skills. The objects used were STIESIA Surabaya Semester 6 Class SMX students because most students still did not understand the concept of journal writing. The socialization event was carried out in two sessions, formally and informally, with the aim of arousing learning motivation according to students' desires and learning patterns. Session 1 was carried out formally with material provided around journal writing. Meanwhile, Session 2 was carried out informally using the one-on-one consultation method so that students could better understand their shortcomings in writing journals. The results obtained based on the guidance sheets and journal drafts collected by students showed that the socialization of journal writing could increase students' learning motivation to be more ready to learn and more skilled in writin

    The aim of this research is to help business people better understand the benefits of the phenomenon of marketing content, copywriting and information credibility which is considered one of the main effects that will ultimately lead to increased sales as well as efforts to optimize marketing strategies that have experienced developments, from traditional marketing methods. to modern marketing methods. The focus is to understand the impact and popularity of the TikTok platform which has 1.1 billion followers and how the platform has become relatively more popular compared to competitors on the same platform since it was first founded in 2019. TikTok has become one of the social media platforms that is currently trending with interesting content in the application. Scarlett Whitening is one of the most viewed brands on the app. This research aims to better understand the influence of marketing content, copywriting and the credibility of information through the TikTok application on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening. To understand the effect, we apply the information adoption model because it has been widely used in previous research. Variable amount of information added to the information use model. We collected data from 403 respondents via a Google Form survey which had several criteria. PLS-SEM uses selected Smart PLS to analyze the data. We found that the application of information has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The model was able to accurately predict Scarlett Whitening's purchase intentions by 21.1%

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the use of the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), for investment decisions in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), the period June 2015 - November 2018. This research is a descriptive quantitative study. The object of this study is all stocks recorded on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), for the period June 2015 - November 2018. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, selected 19 stocks that were consistently recorded during the study period. The aftereffects of this investigation demonstrate that efficient stocks with individual returns higher than the expected rate of return [(Ri)> E (Ri)], are 9 stocks, namely ADRO, ASII, INCO, INDF, SMGR, TLKM, UNTR, UNVR and WSKT. . While stocks with individual returns lower than the expected rate of return [(Ri) <E (Ri)], or inefficient stocks are 10 stocks, namely; AKRA, BSDE, ICBP, KLBF, LPKR, LPPF, PGAS, PTPP, SMRA and WIKA. The best investment decision for investors is to buy stocks efficiently. &nbsp

    Intrapreneurship Behavior: The Role of Spiritual Leadership, Religiosity, and Organizational Support

    Objective: This study tries to investigate the model of intrapreneurship behavior of lecturers. Research Design & Methods: Spiritual leadership, and religiosity are identified as independent variables that influenced intrapreneurship behavior, and organizational support is offered in the model as a mediating variable. The sampling design used simple random sampling technique, from 103 private university lecturer respondents in Yogyakarta, and the PLS-SEM analysis tool. Findings: The results showed that three hypotheses were accepted and the others were not. The impact of religiosity on organizational support, and the impact of organizational support on intrapreneurship behavior is proven to be insignificant. The impact of religiosity and spiritual leadership on intrapreneurship behavior, and the impact of spiritual leadership on organizational support proved to be positive and significant. Testing the mediating variable showed that organizational support was not proven to be a variable mediating the relationship between religiosity and spiritual leadership on intrapreneurship behavior. Implications & Recommendations: This research has implications both practicions and policy maker to build intrapreneurship behavior among lecturers, in particular, according to this finding, a good environment (spiritual leadership and religiosity) will support the lecturer to building intrapreneurship behavior. Contribution & Value Added: These finding contribute to the current understanding about the antecedents of intrapreneurship behavior. This research developed the role of spiritual leadership, religiosity, and organizational support to building intrapreneurship behavior. And as the finding, this study offered the challenge to analyse a good spiritual leadership practices that can build positive perceptions for lecturers and influence intrapreneurship behavior
