Analysis Of Taxpayer Satisfaction Affected By Service Quality
Get PDFThis research is a quantitative research that aims to test empirically the reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical form and online services on taxpayer satisfaction. The data used is primary data. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to taxpayers at KPP Pratama Jepara. The number of taxpayer respondents used as a sample is 100 people. So that the total questionnaires distributed were 100 questionnaires. Data processing is done using SPSS version 20.0 for Windows. The results of the study show that reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical appearance do not affect taxpayer satisfaction, while online services have an effect on taxpayer satisfaction

Namun, kurangnya pemahaman mengenai branding produk dan pemasaran secara digital oleh pelaku UMKM menghambat berkembangnya usaha yang dijalankan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini difokuskan pada peningkatan penjualan produk UMKM Kripik Tempe Saginah yang berada di Desa Suwawal. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu tahap observasi, tahap identifikasi masalah, dan tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan. Pertama adalah melakukan observasi pada Mitra UMKM Kripik Tempe Saginah. selanjutnya, pada tahap identifikasi masalah, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan mengenai pengemasan produk serta pemasarannya. Untuk itu, pada tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan, dilaksanakan seminar dan workshop mengenai digital marketing dan branding produk. Tidak lanjut dari kegiatan tersebut dilakukan pendampingan digital marketing dan branding terhadap UMKM Kripik Tempe Saginah oleh tim KKN UNISNU Desa Suwawal. Perencanaan Tebal Perkerasan Kaku Ruas Jalan Raya Jepara Bangsri pada Km 11 sampai Km 12 Menggunakan Pedoman Bina Marga 2017
Get PDFThe damage that occurs due to increased intensity of vehicle loads that come and transport goods on Jalan Raya Jepara - Bangsri so that the pavement layer received increases along with the increase in traffic volume on the road. For this reason, it is necessary to plan a new pavement using rigid pavement to overcome the damage. The method used is the 2017 Pavement Design Manual. Average daily traffic data, annual average daily traffic data, and CBR value data for soil testing using the DCP tool. Calculations using the 2017 Pavement Design Manual methodology, on a 275 mm thick concrete slab, 100 mm thick concrete layer, and 150 mm Class A aggregate drainage layer. The connection is divided into two parts, namely the longitudinal connection by binding using threads 16 - 750, and the cross connection with dowels using ordinary reinforcement D 36 - 300, the budget plan is Rp. 5,917,030,000.00.Kerusakan yang terjadi karena tingginya intensitas beban kendaraan yang melaju dan angkutan barang di Jalan Raya Jepara – Bangsri sehingga beban yang diterima oleh lapisan perkerasan lentur semakin meningkat seiring bertambahnya volume lalu lintas di jalan tersebut. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan perencanaan perkerasan baru dengan menggunakan perkerasan kaku (rigid pavement) untuk mengatasi kerusakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Manual Desain Perkerasan 2017. Data lalu lintas harian rata-rata, data lalu lintas harian rata-rata tahunan, dan data nilai CBR untuk pengujian tanah menggunakan alat DCP. Perhitungan menggunakan metodologi Manual Desain Perkerasan 2017 menghasilkan pelat beton setebal 275 mm, lapisan beton setipis 100 mm, dan lapisan drainase agregat Kelas A 150 mm. Sambungan dibagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu sambungan memanjang dengan tie bars menggunakan ulir Ø 16 - 750, dan sambungan melintang dengan dowel menggunakan tulangan biasa D 36 - 300, rencana anggaran biaya Rp5.917.030.000,00
Analisa Optimasi Biaya Dan Waktu Metode TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) (Study Kasus: Preservasi Jalan Ruas Sp. Gunung Kemala – Sanggi)
Get PDFThe success of a project can be measured from two things, namely the benefits obtained and the timeliness of completion. In the implementation of the Gunung Kemala-Sanggi road preservation project, there are indications of delays where in contract 01 there is a remaining unfinished work resulting in contract 02, so it needs to be accelerated. This is intended so that this project can be completed more quickly according to the planned target. The acceleration method used is Time Cost Trade Off, with the alternative of adding 1 hour of overtime. This research methodology has several stages including primary data collection such as road preservation data and location data, as well as secondary data such as literature review, budget plan data (rab), project time schedule data, monthly report data. From the alternative results of adding overtime hours to the Kemala-Sanggi Mountain Road preservation project, it was found that the acceleration duration was 89 days from the previous duration of 112 days, 23 days faster so that the implementation of the work can be in accordance with the initial scheduling plan obtained from the project S curve. The reduction in the final total cost of the project due to acceleration is Rp. 687,273,911 so that the total cost of the project becomes Rp. 21,567.130,687. from the previous total value of Rp 22,186,544,124. It is hoped that further research can develop research on time cost trade off analysis, for example by developing an analysis by calculating labor overtime wages, operating costs of equipment when used for overtime or adding the number of tools.Keberhasilan suatu proyek dapat diukur dari dua hal, yaitu keuntungan yang didapat serta ketepatan waktu penyelesaian. Dalam pelaksanaan pada proyek preservasi jalan ruas gunung kemala-sanggi ada indikasi mengalami keterlambatan dimana pada kontrak 01 ada sisa pekerjaan yang belum selesai mengakibatkan adanya kontrak 02, sehingga perlu dilakukan percepatan. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar proyek ini dapat terselesaikan lebih cepat sesuai dengan target rencana. Metode percepatan yang digunakan yaitu Time Cost Trade Off, dengan alternatif penambahan jam kerja lembur selama 1 jam. Metodologi penelitian ini memliki beberapa tahapan diantaranya pengumpulan data primer seperti data preservasi jalan dan data lokasi, serta data sekunder seperti tinjauan pustaka, data rencana anggaran biaya (rab), data time schedule proyek, data laporan bulanan. Dari hasil alternatif penambahan jam kerja lembur pada proyek preservasi jalan ruas gunung kemala-sanggi didapatkan durasi percepatan 89 hari dari durasi sebelumya 112 hari lebih cepat 23 hari sehingga pelaksanaan pekerjaan dapat sesuai dengan rencana awal penjadwalan yang didapatkan dari kurva S proyek. Pengurangan biaya total akhir proyek akibat percepatan sebesar Rp 687.273.911 sehingga biaya total proyek menjadi Rp 21.567.130.687. dari nilai total sebelumnya Rp 22.186.544.124. Diharapkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian tentang analisa time cost trade off, misalnya dengan mengembangkan analisa dengan menghitung upah lembur tenaga kerja, biaya operasional alat saat digunakan untuk lembur atau menambahkan jumlah alat
APLIKASI PERSEDIAAN GARAM BERBASIS ANDROID DI KEDUNG JEPARA

Central Java is one of the provinces on the island of Java which has contributed to the fulfillment of national salt. There are several salt producing districts, one of which is Jepara district which is concentrated in Kedung District. Salt farmers in Kedung sub-district are experiencing problems in the process of managing salt supplies, namely in collecting salt supply data manually. In this way it will definitely take a lot of time and effort. To solve the problem of salt supply in Kedung Jepara District, researchers created an android-based salt supply application. The system development method used is the Guidelines for Rapid Application Engineering (GRAPPLE) with UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling notation and PHP and Java as programming languages. The results of this application can help manage salt supplies or stocks up to information on the geographic location of salt supply providers in Kedung Jepara District and detailed profiles of salt supply industry players

Based on the results of observations and interviews at MI Miftahul Huda Dongos, the implementation of online learning is considered less effective, because it causes boredom and boredom, especially in natural science (IPA) subjects. Too much material also causes students to be lazy to study the material, so students are less motivated and enthusiastic to learn science. Based on the above problems, the researcher aims to design a science educational game, namely a learning game while playing and made with the Construct 2 application using the GRAPPLE method. Educational games are designed with the aim of increasing motivation and enthusiasm for students to learn science subjects. This game is called Earthquake (Science Educational Game). This application has been tested by material experts with 100% results, 100% media experts and 93.14% respondents, which means this application is very feasible to use. The influence of Youtube beauty vloggers on Indonesian Muslim consumers purchase intention of halal cosmetic products
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze and explain the influence of YouTube beauty vloggers on Indonesian Muslim Consumer’s Purchase Intention of Halal Cosmetic Products. This study uses a data collection method with a questionnaire, with a quantitative approach. The population that is the object of research is muslim women in Tanjungpinang. The study sample numbered 100 respondents using purposive sampling techniques with convenience sampling approach. The criteria of respondents are muslim women aged 17-35 years who are domiciled in Tanjungpinang and use halal cosmetics. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 26. The results of this study show that YouTube beauty vloggers are very influential on purchase intentions with a coefficient of determination of 63.6%. With the YouTube beauty vloggers are able to influence consumer behavior and increase consumer confidence and able to increase purchase intentions on halal cosmetic products. It can be concluded that YouTube beauty vloggers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions

The result of the research show that BMT Tumang has obedient to compliance of membering, abedient to compliance of democratic, less obedient to compliance of justice, less obedient to compliance of profit laverge, quite obedient to compliance of resource appreciate, and less obedient to compliance of independence. BMT Tumang has less obedient to compliance of capitaly, obedient to compliance of productive assets, quite obedient to compliance of efficiency, less obedient to compliance of liquidity, less obedient to compliance of growth. BMT Tumang has obedient to compliance of amanah, quite obedient to compliance of muamalah, obedient to compliance of khalifah, less obedient to compliance of 'is, less obedient to compliance of interest free and obedient to compliance of uncentralistic economic. The research results would be better use observation and interview also. THE EFFECT OF ABS MOBILE SERVICE QUALITY ON THE LOYALTY OF MEMBERS OF KSPPS ARTHA BAHANA PATI
Get PDFThis study, entitled The Effect of ABS Mobile Service Quality on Loyalty of KSPPS Artha Bahana Pati, aims to examine whether there is an effect of ABS Mobile Service Quality on Member Loyalty at KSPPS Artha Bahana Pati. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. In conducting this research, the method used is the survey method, namely research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool, the data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires, namely the KSPPS Artha Bahana members. ABS Mobile. The results of this study indicate that, in terms of the five indicators used as a reference in assessing the quality of ABS Mobile services (Tangible, Reliability, Empathy, Responsiveness, and Assurance) there is a significant positive influence between the quality of ABS Mobile services on the loyalty of members of KSPPS Artha Bahana Pati, which is proven from the F test of 5,589 is greater than the F table, namely 2.31 (F count 5,589 ˃ F table 2.31). Supported again with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05, less than 0.05, which indicates that the quality of ABS Mobile services has a significant effect on Member Loyalty. The results of the R2 test are 0.188 (18.8%). This means that the quality of ABS Mobile services has an effect of 18.8% on the loyalty of KSPPS Artha Bahana Pati members
