Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze the Effect of Work Experience, Competence, and Professional Ethics on the Quality of Audi Results. The independent variables analyzed in this study are Work Experience, Competence, and Professional Ethics, and Quality of Audit Results as the dependent variable. The sample used in this study consisted of 100 employees of KJA (Accounting Services Office) in the city of Semarang. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis in this study used validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, feasibility tests of a model (F test), individual parameter significance tests (t statistical tests), and coefficient of determination test (R2). ) with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that work experience had a positive and significant effect on the quality of audit results, competence had a positive and significant effect on the quality of audit results, and professional ethics had a positive and significant effect on the quality of audit results
Pengembangan Motif Batik Tulis Kembang Randu Sebagai Upaya Pelestarian Kearifan Lokal Desa Petekeyan
Get PDFBatik is an Indonesian cultural heritage that has been designated by UNESCO. This makes each region expected to be able to have batik in accordance with the local wisdom of their respective regions. Petekeyan Village actually already has a batik motif but with a very simple motif design. Therefore, it is necessary to develop batik motifs with the characteristics of Petekeyan village based on local wealth that can be recognized by the wider community. This service is carried out with the aim of developing written batik flower randu with an orientation to local wisdom that is able to become a characteristic of Petekeyan village batik. The method used in this service is Focus Group Discussion with several community leaders regarding history, culture and local wisdom involving members of the youth organization, and training by bringing in presenters by demonstrating how to make batik up to the coloring stage to partners in order to increase their knowledge about batik. The results of this service are: (1). Assist in the procurement of tools and materials in the batik coloring process, (2). The development of the Petekeyan flower motif batik motif design based on local wisdom in Petekeyan village, namely the randu flower motif and the peacock motif which became the icon of Petekeyan village, (3). Get PDFDuring the pandemic, people need additional supplements to strengthen their immune system. Supplements that are good for the body are those made from natural ingredients by utilizing existing natural resources. One of these supplements is traditional herbal medicine whose ingredients are passed down from the ancestors of the Indonesian people. This service activity aims to market herbal products in order to increase public interest in increasing immunity through natural supplements in the form of traditional herbs without preservatives so that they are safe for body health. In addition, branding can make the surrounding community have an entrepreneurial spirit by utilizing the existing natural potential. The partners chosen in this community service community service program are productive partners, namely UMKM Jamu Widjaya. The method of implementing this service is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) which consists of five steps, namely discovery, dream, design, define and destiny. The results of this service can be seen that there are significant changes, ranging from the quality of herbal products to long-lasting syrups, the packaging / packaging becomes more attractive, because there is a re-designed logo to the manufacture of neon boxes. The marketing method, which was originally only through word of mouth and telephone, has now entered the marketplace, so that consumer interest in products has increased compared to before the existence of branding. This community service program has proven to be very helpful for Jamu Widjaya in developing herbal products into the form of herbal syrup and an increase in sales can be seen during the program running from week 3 to week 4
Analisis Kepadatan Tanah Pada Akses Jalan Conveyor PLTU TJB Unit 3,4 Dengan Menggunakan Standar AASHTO T 191

The method used is an experimental method, the data used are secondary data obtained from the site pland road with a length of 747 m, the number of sandcone test points is 32 points, the primary data is directly taken from the research object, laboratory testing includes soil properties, compaction, and soil density testing. with the standard sandcone method AASHTO T 191, the results of the soil property test containing gravel, coarse sand, medium sand, fine sand, the type of grain all contain fly ash and bottom ash material, the compaction test obtained Lab max 1.610 gr/cm3, with water content optimum 11,111%, there are several STAs that have not met Field moisture content for compaction is (-1% + 3%) against OMC, the AASHTO T 191 standard sandcone test obtained an average (R) 95,861%, previously correction was made to the aggregate retained in sieve no.4.Berkaitan dengan adanya aktivitas mobilisasi kendaraan besar di area conveyor PLTU TJB unit 3,4 jepara maka diperlukan jalan, untuk membangun jalan perlu diperhatikan pemadatan pada tanah dasar agar tidak terjadi kerusakan seperti, penurunan tanah serta kegagalan konstruksi lainya yang diakibatkan oleh pemadatan yang tidak sesuai standar, Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, data yang digunakan data sekunder diperoleh dari site pland jalan dengan panjang 747 m, jumlah titik pengujian sandcone 32 titik, Data primer langsung diambil dari obyek penelitian, pengujian dilaboratorium meliputi propertis tanah, kompaksi, dan pengujian kepadatan tanah dengan metode sandcone standar AASHTO T 191, Hasil dari pengujian propertis tanah mengandung materia kerikil, pasir kasar, pasir sedang, pasir halus, jenis butiran semuanya mengandung material fly ash dan bottom ash, pengujian kompaksi didapat γLab max 1,610 gr/cm3, dengan kadar air optimum 11,111 %, ada beberapa STA yang belum memenuhi kadar air lapangan untuk pemadatan yaitu (-1% + 3%) terhadap OMC, pengujian sandcone standar AASHTO T 191 didapat hasil (R) rata- rata 95,861 %, sebelumnya telah dilakukan koreksi terhadap agregat yang tertahan di saringan no.4.  
Comparative analysis of financial performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank BCA Syariah during the covid-19 pandemic
Get PDFThis study aims to compare and see the differences in the financial performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank BCA Syariah on the ratio of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return In Assets (ROA), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). The method used in this study is a comparative research method with quantitative data analysis using the two-average difference test (Independent Sample T-test). The object of the research is Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank BCA Syariah, the data used in this study were obtained from published financial reports published by Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank BCA Syariah in March to December 2020. The results showed that there were significant differences in performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri finance with Bank BCA Syariah for each ratio. In the ratio of Return In Assets (ROA), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Bank Syariah Mandiri's financial performance is better than Bank BCA Syariah. The role of Islamic financial institutions in facing socio-economic problems during the covid-19 pandemic

This research used qualitative-descriptive approach method with the technique of data collections. The data collections which was analyzing written sources such as scientific journal, literature review, books, mass media articles which talked about this issue and the documents which were related to the object of this research. The data were analyzed with data reduction technique by collecting the data based on the regulation, displaying the data by analyzing them based on research methods and then concluding the data to simplify the discussion. The result of this research is explaining the responsibility of Sharia finances institute facing economic social problems in the Covid-19 era. Which is as the action of the role of sharia banking which is as the distributor of government social activity, facilitating the distribution of financing such as KUR and providing installment relief, serving customers through digital bank services, the role of Islamic pawnshops with restructuring and relaxation of credit, pawn care with 0% interest and distribution of interest subsidies to MSMEs. Provide funds with a special system in accordance with the conditions of the community, especially in small towns and villages. and the role of BMT as a social intermediary institution by collecting ZISWAF and conducting financial stimulation such as distributing qardhul Hasan financing, facilitating the cooperation agreement (Mudharabah) they can help the MSMEs to continue our business in the condition in Covid-19

Get PDFPembayaran menggunakan uang elektronik adalah metode pembayaran non tunai berbasis EWallet yang dibuat untuk membuat transaksi lebih mudah bagi pengguna. Antrian yang panjang disebabkan oleh prosedur transaksi lama di MCD. Penelitian ini menggunakan prototype untuk mempercepat proses transaksi di MCD. Penelitian ini menggunakan akses ke Web, Penggunaan E-Wallet sebagai metode pembayaran melalui Midtrans Payment Gateway dan penggunaan kode One Time Password sebagai cara login sistem untuk menawarkan opsi tambahan untuk proses transaksi yang dilakukan melalui smartphone pelanggan. Untuk melakukan pesanan, pemindaian qr-kode diperlukan. Hasil survei terhadap 30 pelanggan menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 90 persen orang setuju untuk menggunakan e-wallet sebagai opsi pembayaran, sekitar 87 persen setuju bahwa menggunakan e-wallet dapat mempercepat proses transaksi, sekitar 79 persen setuju bahwa sistem dapat mempermudah proses transaksi, dan sekitar 79 persen setuju untuk menggunakan kode otentikasi melalui nomor handphone. Get PDFThis study aims to analyze (1) Musyarakah financing applied at BMT Al Hikmah Semesta, Ngabul Jepara Branch to MSMEs; (2) the conformity of the Musyarakah financing contract at BMT Al Hikmah Semesta, Ngabul Jepara Branch with the DSN fatwa no. 08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research (field research). Based on the data, it can be concluded that the realization of musharaka financing based on sharia principles has several things that are not following the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Musyarakah financing, one of which concerns the profit sharing (profit) which is determined at the beginning of the contract in the form of nominal, causing the potential for usury, the loss is borne by one of the member parties which causes the position of the two parties to be unequal. The contract financing Musyarakah is still not in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 regarding musyarakah financing. Inovasi Media Pembelajaran Puzzle Digital Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kemampuan Kognitif Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Get PDFKejenuhan siswa sekolah dasar dalam belajar di kelas sering kali terjadi, terlebih lagi ketika mendapati mata pelajaran matematika. Hal ini kemungkinan bisa disebabkan karena bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran yang belum inovatif. Penggunaan media pembelajaran di era sekarang harus disesuaikan dengan keadaan dimana anak-anak sudah mengenal teknologi. Media pembelajaran yang kurang inovatif juga bisa memicu kemampuan kognitif siswa terhambat. Perlu adanya inovasi media digital kognitif agar kemampuan kognitif anak dapat terlatih dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi pada guru untuk menerapkan media pembelajaran inovatif serta siswa terlatih kemampuan kognitifnya dan memudahkan dalam memahami materi pecahan melalui inovasi media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Mitra program pengabdian ini merupakan lembaga pendidikan sekolah dasar yaitu SD Negeri 4 Bringin Kecamatan Batealit Kabupaten Jepara. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi tahap: (1) sosialisasi, (2) pelatihan. (3) pendampingan, (4) evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa mitra aktif dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis digital yang digunakan yaitu puzzle digital. Media puzzle digital berisikan bentuk-bentuk berwarna yang dapat disusun pada papan puzzle yang tersedia yang diperuntukkan untuk materi pecahan. Melalui media ini dapat melatih siswa mengembangkan kemampuan kognitifnya baik dari sisi menyusun puzzle sekaligus media yang berisikan warna, bentuk, dan angka. Get PDFKurikulum Merdeka menuntut guru untuk memiliki keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Fokus materi esensial pada Kurikulum Merdeka yaitu pembelajaran yang mendalam bagi kompetensi dasar seperti literasi dan numerasi. Salah satu literasi dasar diantaranya yaitu literasi digital. Era sekarang, memang era-nya digital yang menuntut semua bidang mengalami digitalisasi termasuk bidang pendidikan yang harus diikuti dengan adaptasi kemampuan para guru, khususnya guru SD. Kenyataannya, masih terdapat guru-guru SD yang masih belum melek teknologi dan kurang mahir dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi-aplikasi terkini yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk membuat media pembelajaran. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu melatih guru dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis Kinemaster untuk menghadirkan pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Metode pelaksanaan yang diterapkan pada kegiatan ini meliputi : Persiapan/Sosialisasi, Pelaksanaan Pelatihan dan Pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu guru dapat memanfaatkan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Kinemaster dengan berbagai inovasi untuk mengoptimalkan aspek perkembangan pada anak khususnya pada perkembangan kognitif siswa
