    PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN AKTIVITAS JUAL BELI PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS 6 MI TARBIYATUL ATHFAL MELALUI METODE SOSIO DRAMA

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran aktivitas jual beli dan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode sosio drama dalam pembelajaran aktivitas jual beli pada peserta didik kelas 6 MI Tarbiyatul Athfal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari wawancara dengan Kepala Sekolah, guru, dan siswa sebagai sumber data utama. Sementara itu, data sekunder meliputi dokumen-dokumen seperti data guru, data siswa, catatan kegiatan, serta dokumen lain yang relevan dengan objek penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan secara sistematis melalui langkah-langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran aktivitas jual beli dengan metode sosio drama di kelas 6 MI Tarbiyatul Athfal telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep ekonomi dasar, keterampilan sosial, serta nilai-nilai karakter seperti kejujuran dan tanggung jawab. Hasil positif berupa peningkatan keterlibatan siswa hingga 85% dan pemahaman transaksi hingga 80%. Meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam pendampingan siswa yang memerlukan bimbingan khusus, diversifikasi skenario dan pelatihan tambahan di masa mendatang dapat memperkuat keberhasilan metode ini sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan relevan. Dengan demikian, metode sosio drama tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di MI Tarbiyatul Athfal, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan kompetensi siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari

    INTERNALISASI PENERAPAN NILAI-NILAI HADITS ARBA’IN KE-19 PADA ANAK USIA SD DALAM PENDIDKAN ISLAM

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai pendidikan anak yang terkandung dalam Hadits Arba’in ke-19 serta relevansinya dalam kehidupan generasi saat ini. Fokus penelitian ini mencakup dua aspek utama: (1) Analisis nilai-nilai pendidikan anak dalam Hadits Arba’in ke-19 pada konteks pendidikan Islam, dan (2) Relevansi nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam Hadits Arba’in ke-19 terhadap kehidupan generasi saat ini, khususnya dalam aspek perlindungan dan pengawasan Allah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan analisis maudhu’i (tematik) dan analisis semantik. Data diperoleh dari berbagai literatur yang membahas hadits dan pendidikan anak dalam Islam, serta pendapat para ahli hadits dan pakar pendidikan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hadits Arba’in ke-19 mengandung nilai-nilai pendidikan yang penting bagi perkembangan karakter anak, yaitu nilai tauhid, nilai tawakkal, nilai muraqabah, nilai keimanan kepada takdir, dan nilai kesabaran. Kelima nilai ini memiliki relevansi yang kuat dalam membentuk generasi yang memiliki keteguhan  iman, kecerdasan berpikir, dan kestabilan emosional. Internalisasi nilai-nilai ini dalam pendidikan Islam diharapkan dapat membangun generasi yang kuat baik secara lahiriyah, fikriyah, maupun ruhiyyah

    The Influence of Group Guidance Services Based on Problem Based Learning Approach on Improving Students' Critical Thinking Skills

    A person's success is not only determined by their intellectual intelligence, but is also determined by their ability to think critically. Meanwhile, conditions in the field found that students had low critical thinking skills. For this reason, students' critical thinking skills need to be improved. One effort to improve critical thinking skills is through group guidance with a problem based learning approach. This type of research uses a quantitative experimental method with a one group pre-test-post-test design. The sample was determined using simple random sampling with a sample size of 10 students. The data collection technique used is a non-test technique using a Likert scale, namely a critical thinking ability scale. The research results show that group guidance with a problem based learning approach has an has a significant effect on increasing students' critical thinking skills as seen from being able to clarify, being able to make assessments, being able to make conclusions, being able to choose strategies.Seseorang yang sukses tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kecerdasan intelektualnya saja, tetapi juga sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan berpikir kritis. Sedangkan kondisi di lapangan ditemukan siswa memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis yang rendah. Untuk itu, kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa perlu ditingkatkan. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis adalah melalui bimbingan kelompok pendekatan problem based learning. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimenkuantitatif dengan desain one group pree-test-post-test design. Penentuan sampel menggunakan simpel random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 10 siswa. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik nontes dengan menggunakan skala likertyaitu skala kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bimbingan kelompok pendekatan problem based learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dilihat dari mampu mengklarifikasi, mampu melakukan penilaian, mampu membuat kesimpulan, mampu memilih strategi

    This study aimed to determine the relationship between resilience and spirituality with marital peace in couples of silver or twenty-five years of marriage age in East Kalimantan. The approach in this study uses quantitative-qualitative methods with regression and narrative data analysis methods.  Respondents in this study were married couples who were in the Qaryah Tayyibah community totaling 31 people. The results of the quantitative analysis show that resilience and spirituality can explain and influence marital peace by less than 1%. This means that the other 99% is influenced by different factors. In the F test, the results show that resilience and spirituality do not affect marital peace. The t-test is negative, indicating that the resilience variable does not affect marital peace, as well as the spirituality variable. Results of the narrative analysis of qualitative data from focus group discussions (FGDs) reveal that the resilience variable has a relationship with spirituality but no relationship with the marital peace variable.  This study can provide an empirical contribution, namely the support of spirituality variables on marital resilience and effective communication, social support, and emotional intimacy to maintain a healthy relationship despite facing challenges.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara resiliensi dan spiritualitas dengan kedamaian dalam perkawinan pada pasangan usia perkawinan perak atau dua puluh lima tahun di Kalimantan Timur. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif-kualitatif dengan metode analisis data regresi dan naratif.  Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pasangan suami-istri yang berada dalam komunitas Qaryah Tayyibah sejumlah 31 orang. Hasil analisis secara kuantitatif menunjukkan resiliensi dan spiritualitas mampu menjelaskan dan mempengaruhi kedamaian dalam perkawinan kurang dari 1%.  Artinya 99% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.  Pada uji F diperoleh hasil bahwa resiliensi dan spiritualitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kedamaian dalam berumah tangga.  Sedangkan pada uji t bernilai negatif yang mengindikasikan bahwa variabel resiliensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kedamaian dalam rumah tangga, demikian halnya dengan variabel spiritualitas.  Sementara hasil analisis naratif data kualitatif dalam bentuk focus group discussion (FGD) mengungkapkan bahwa variabel resiliensi memiliki hubungan dengan spiritualitas, sedangkan variabel kedamaian dalam perkawinan tidak ada keterkaitannya dengan resiliensi dan spiritualitas.  Penelitian ini mampu memberikan kontribusi empiris yaitu dukungan variabel spiritualitas pada resiliensi dalam perkawinan selain komunikasi yang efektif, dukungan sosial, dan keintiman emosional sehingga mampu mempertahankan hubungan yang sehat meskipun menghadapi tantangan yang ada

    The nganggung tradition has a very important role in cultural transmission and character formation in early childhood in Pangkalpinang City. By utilizing this tradition as an educational tool, PAUD can contribute to the preservation of local culture while forming a generation that has strong character and is based on cultural values. This research aims to analyze the role of the nganggung tradition as a medium for cultural transmission in character building in early childhood in Pangkalpinang City PAUD. Through a qualitative approach, this research explores the transmission of culture in the nganggung tradition in PAUD Pangkalpinang City. The results of the research show that the transmission process is carried out through imitation of the nganggung tradition in society, although it is not completely the same. Meanwhile, the transmission method is carried out by participating in the implementation of this tradition, although their involvement still requires guidance. The elements transmitted in the nganggung tradition are social values ​​in the life of the Melayu people of Bangka. PAUD institutions as a means of cultural transmission have attempted to pass on the cultural legacy to the nation's new generations so that community traditions do not become extinct.Tradisi nganggung memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam transmisi budaya dan pembentukan karakter anak usia dini di Kota Pangkalpinang. Dengan memanfaatkan tradisi ini sebagai alat pendidikan, PAUD dapat berkontribusi pada pelestarian budaya lokal sekaligus membentuk generasi yang memiliki karakter kuat dan berbasis nilai-nilai budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran tradisi nganggung sebagai media transmisi budaya dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia dini di PAUD Kota Pangkalpinang. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana transmisi budaya dalam tradisi nganggung di PAUD Kota Pangkalpinang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses transmisi dilakukan melalui imitasi tradisi nganggung di masyarakat meskipun tidak seutuhnya sama. Sedangkan cara transmisi dilakukan dengan cara ikut berperan serta dalam pelaksanaan tradisi ini, meskipun keterlibatan mereka masih membutuhkan bimbingan. Adapun unsur-unsur yang ditransmisi dalam tradisi nganggung ini yakni nilai-nilai sosial dalam kehidupan Melayu masyarakat Bangka.     Analisis Konsep Ketahanan Keluarga Pada Pengasuhan Single Father dan Dinamika Peran Ganda Ayah

    This study discusses the analysis of the concept of family resilience in the care carried out by a single father due to divorce due to the death of the mother and describes the dynamics of the father's dual role. The purpose of this article is to provide new knowledge about family resilience carried out by single fathers in their care at home. Data collection was carried out by literature study analyzing scientific journals from reputable journals both nationally and internationally. The results show that aspects of family resilience (physical aspects, health aspects, social aspects, and psychological aspects) in single fathers have an impact on the father's parenting in raising children. Losing a mother figure affects the father's dual role in the family, both financial responsibility and childcare responsibility. The tendency of authoritarian, permissive, and situational parenting by single fathers with the help of parties of the opposite sex outside the nuclear family. The father's dual role in parenting also has an impact on the consequences of trauma on children such as cognitive or academic problems at school, social functioning, and attention deficits.Studi ini membahas mengenai analisis konsep ketahanan keluarga pada pengasuhan yang dilakukan oleh seorang ayah tunggal akibat perceraian karena kematian ibu dan mendeskripsikan gambaran dinamika peran ganda ayah. Tujuan dari artikel ini memberikan pengetahuan baru mengenai ketahanan keluarga yang dilakukan ayah tunggal dalam pengasuhannya di rumah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi literatur menganalisis jurnal ilmiah dari jurnal bereputasi baik nasional maupun internasional. Hasil menunjukan aspek ketahanan keluarga (aspek fisik, aspek kesehatan, aspek sosial, dan aspek psikologi) pada ayah tunggal berdampak pada pola asuh ayah dalam membesarkan anak. Kehilangan sosok ibu berpengaruh pada peran ganda ayah dalam keluarga baik itu tanggung jawab finansial maupun tanggung jawab pengasuhan anak. Kecenderungan pola asuh otoriter, permisif, dan situasional yang dilakukan ayah tunggal dengan bantuan pihak-pihak lawan jenis diluar keluarga inti.     PBL Strategy to Foster Responsibility in Grade VII Social Studies at MTs. Nurus Sholah Pamekasan

    This study addresses the ineffective learning process in social studies at MTs. Nurus Sholah Pamekasan, which results in student boredom and a lack of responsibility in completing assignments. Many students do not submit their tasks on time, and their engagement in learning activities remains low. To overcome this issue, the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model was implemented as an innovative approach to enhance students' sense of responsibility. The research aims to identify pre-learning, learning, and post-learning strategies used by teachers in fostering responsibility among Grade VII students. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, with analysis based on the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which involves data collection, condensation, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that teachers prepare learning tools aligned with the 2013 curriculum, emphasizing responsibility as an essential aspect of student development. During learning, teachers act as facilitators, encouraging active participation and implementing strategies that promote student accountability in completing tasks. The PBL model helps students analyze real-life problems, engage in discussions, and develop problem-solving skills, which further strengthen their sense of responsibility. In post-learning activities, teachers summarize lessons, provide feedback, and assess understanding through questioning to measure student learning outcomes. The results indicate that the PBL model effectively increases student engagement, critical thinking, and responsibility in completing assignments on time. This study highlights the importance of innovative teaching strategies to enhance student responsibility, which can contribute to better learning outcomes in social studies education

    Improving Student Participation trough Pop-Up Book Media

    This research aims to describe the use of three-dimensional learning media, especially pop up books, in increasing the learning participation of class VII students at MTs Tarbiyatus Shibyan Sumber Badung Prohibition Board. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) with 2 cycles consisting of 4 stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research results show a significant increase in student learning participation after using three-dimensional learning media, with average learning participation increasing from 44% to 65%. These findings contribute to the development of theories related to effective learning methods in increasing students' learning participation. This research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year at MTs Tabiyatus Shibyan Sumber Ban Board Badung Pamekasan, with research subjects totaling 31 class VII students. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for other researchers who are interested in similar topics and can be used to improve the quality of learning in schools

    Mengintegrasikan Prinsip Keadilan Berbasis Finansial Dalam Peraturan Denda Tilang: Kajian Maqasid Syari'ah di Pengadilan Negeri Kota Metro

    Penerapan peraturan denda tilang menimbulkan berbagai persoalan, seperti besaran denda yang dinilai memberatkan menurut sebagian masyarakat dan angka pelanggaran di Kota Metro yang semakin bertambah. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan peraturan denda tilang di Pengadilan Negeri Metro Kelas IB melalui lensa maqashid syari'ah. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang berjenis normatif-empiris dengan menggabungkan pendekatan normatif (konseptual, perundang-undangan) dan pendekatan empiris (sosiologis), peneliti mengumpulkan data primer maupun sekunder dari Undang-Undang nomor 22 tahun 2009, SOP prosedur perkara lalu lintas di Pengadilan Negeri, artikel jurnal literatur terkait penelitian ini, dan hasil wawancara dengan masyarakat pelanggar lalu lintas. Analisis difokuskan pada bagaimana penerapan peraturan denda tilang dapat mencerminkan prinsip-prinsip maqashid syari'ah, yaitu menjaga keadilan, kemaslahatan, dan proporsionalitas dalam penerapannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan denda tilang tidak hanya bertujuan untuk menegakkan hukum lalu lintas, tetapi juga berkontribusi penting terhadap penyesuaian kebijakan hukum dengan prinsip syari’ah untuk mencapai tujuan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan hukum yang berkualitas. Rekomendasi terhadap peraturan tersebut yaitu, memberikan sanksi denda maksimal terhadap pelanggar lalu lintas yang berulang kali melanggar peraturan. Selain itu, Pemerintah perlu mempertimbangkan usulan pengalokasian denda tilang guna memfasilitasi pembuatan SIM pelanggar yang bertujuan menekan jumlah pelanggaran lalu lintas serta meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan lalu lintas. (The implementation of traffic fine regulations raises various problems, such as the amount of fines that are considered burdensome by some people and the increasing number of violations in Metro City. Thus, this study aims to analyze the implementation of traffic fine regulations at the Metro Class IB District Court through the lens of maqashid sharia. The researcher uses a qualitative research method that is normative-empirical by combining a normative approach (conceptual, legislation) and an empirical approach (sociological), the researcher collects primary and secondary data from Law Number 22 of 2009, SOP for traffic case procedures at the District Court, journal articles related to this research, and the results of interviews with traffic violators. The analysis focuses on how the implementation of traffic fine regulations can reflect the principles of maqashid sharia, namely maintaining justice, welfare, and proportionality in its implementation. The results of the study indicate that the traffic fine policy is not only aimed at enforcing traffic law, but also makes an important contribution to adjusting legal policies with sharia principles to achieve the goals of community welfare and quality law. Recommendations for the regulation are to impose maximum fines on traffic violators who repeatedly violate the regulations. In addition, the Government needs to consider the proposal to allocate fines to facilitate the issuance of SIMs for violators which aims to reduce the number of traffic violations and increase compliance with traffic regulations.

    Technology is an important role in world of education today's, the need for technology is very necessary in this era. The Institute can be characterized as an advanced institution, especially in the way that its educators select, classify, and use learning technology as a learning tool. The purpose of this research is to analyze how to use learning technology as a learning tool to increase the interest in learning Fiqh Muamalah among Baitul Qur'an students, which are the obstacles that are asatidz in achieving learning interest and interest in learning. Fiqh Muamalah use and contribution declaration. This research involves the development of effective, creative and innovative knowledge. The method used in this research is descriptive and qualitative data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Research results show that the use of learning technology such as learning environments through Canva and Kahoot applications can increase the interest of students in learning, as shown through activity and learning.
