Get PDFHealing the inner wounds by forgiveness is an indispensable step for the recovery of one’s self so he/she can experience peace and prosperity. Both of patient (victim) and actors, need to realize and to confess honestly and openly— to heal—that he/she was actually suffering from the inner wounds that are embedded in the heart, which can even be experienced by a person since he/she was in the womb and therefore need to take immediate action to forgive. Considering that inner wounds are a problem that can be experienced by anyone and the resulting negative impact in one's life, then the research was conducted. The study, based on
a literature review indicates that there is a strong correlation between inner wounds suffered by a person with a bad experience. Research also shows that the inner wounds can be healed by forgiveness. The study is expected to be contributing to problem-solving inner wounds caused by a person's past by forgiveness

Get PDFManajemen organisasi pelayanan remaja mempunyai manfaat yang besar terhadap perkembangan agama dan iman seseorang. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1). Mendeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen organisasi komisi pelayanan remaja dalam kegiatan pesta seni dan kreatifitas remaja sinode GMIM 2). Untuk mendeskripsikan hambatan yang dialami oleh komisi pelayanan remaja dalam mengelola kegiatan pesta seni dan kreatifitas remaja sinode GMIM ? 3). Untuk mendeskripsikan upaya manajemen organisasi apa yang dilakukan oleh komisi pelayanan remaja dalam kegiatan pesta seni dan kreatifitas remaja sinode GMIM? Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui wawancara dan observasi pada komisi dan remaja di GMIM Eben Haezer Bumi Beringin. Manajemen organisasi komisi pelayanan remaja dalam kegiatan pesta seni dan kreatifitas remaja sinode GMIM adalah sebagai tempat untuk mendapatkan pengalaman baru dalam melayani, sebagai tempat untuk belajar melayani melalui pemberian dirinya dalam setiap kegiatan remaja, melatih remaja untuk lebih disiplin dalam mengatur waktu, untuk mengembangkan setiap minat, bakat dan talenta. Terhambatnya manajemen organisasi komisi pelayanan remaja dalam kegiatan pesta seni dan kreatifitas remaja sinode GMIM disebabkan oleh padatnya tugas sekolah, kurangnya dukungan orangtua dan kebutuhan dana yang besar. Upaya manajemen organisasi komisi pelayanan remaja dalam kegiatan pesta seni dan kreatifitas remaja sinode GMIM adalah dengan memanfaatkan waktu sebaik mungkin, secara displin hadir tepat waktu dalam latihan, dan membentuk panitia untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan dana. Untuk itu, keikutsertaan dalam kegiatan pesta seni dan kreatifitas remaja sinode GMIM remaja harus tetap dilaksanakan dan diikuti oleh remaja

The results of this study showed that awareness of the attachment of the student community affects the change in learning motivation. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The data in this article were collected from various sources such as books and journals. The results of this study are that one of the causes of humans including Christians falling into corruption cases is the nature of being a slave to money or a situation where humans make money their master. Based on these findings, it is suggested to every human being, especially Christians, to always put God first

Get PDFPerilaku agresi verbal di media sosial dapat dilihat dari komentar – komentar yang diberikan kepada sesama pengguna dan pemilik akun media sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis perilaku agresif verbal yang muncul dalam media sosial. Subjek penelitian adalah para pengguna internet aktif dan pengikut dari tiga akun media sosial, yaitu Instagram, YouTube, dan TikTok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik observasi dan pengamatan terhadap ujaran-ujaran yang bersifat agresif pada kolom komentar subjek penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa perilaku agresif verbal dalam media sosial berupa kata-kata yang menjelek-jelekkan, caci maki, dan umpatan.Kata kunci : agresif verbal, media sosial, internet

The teenagers of Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa (GMIM) are the next church’s generation who are transitioning from sunday school group to youth. In their activities, music education exists as a medium of appreciation and development of creativity. This paper discusses about the process of music education in GMIM which acts as a education creativity for teenagers. The purpose of this research is to understand and explain how music education is realized as a medium of developing creativity for GMIM teenagers. This research uses qualitative method, with data collected by observation, interviews and document studies. The data analysis uses appreciation and creation concept in art education, by following the interactive model analysis. The results showed that GMIM teenagers were directly involved in the appreciation process through the their activities in congregation, regional and synod level, which were dominated by musical activities. The process of appreciation is implemented into five phase, that starting from introduction to assessment. Stand on the appreciation activites, GMIM teenagers did the development of creativity, through the preparation, conceptualizing ideas and pouring creative ideas

No full textToleransi adalah sikap dan tindakan yang menghargai perbedaan agama, suku etnis, pendapat, sikap, dan tindakan orang lain yang berbeda dari dirinya. Sikap toleransi remaja sangat diperhitungkan dikalangan remaja karena hal demikian menggambarkan keadaan baik buruknya daerah tersebut termasuk yang ada di Sulawesi Utara khususnya Kota Manado. Penelitian yang dilakukan mengacu pada sikap toleransi remaja dalam keberagaman Agama yang ada di Manado yang mana mengarah pada remaja tersebut agar sikap toleransi pada remaja tersebut bisa ditingkatkan. pentingnya meningkatkan rasa toleransi pada remaja dikarenakan masalah yang ditemui yakni kurangnya sikap toleransi remaja sehingga mennyebabkan remaja tersebut terjerumus dalam kelompok radikal. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan didapati bahwa remaja yang ada di Kota Manado masih sangat mempunyai rasa toleransi yang tinggi ditengah kemajemukan terlebih khusus perbedaan agama yang ada. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap toleransi remaja adalah lingkungan serta rasa nyaman/tidaknya menempatkan diri ditengah kemajemukan yang terjadi. Sikap toleransi remaja dapat meningkat lewat hubungan pergaulan yang baik dengan bercengkrama atau berdialog-dialog santai membahas hal-hal yang bisa dipecahkan secara bersama-sama dan juga saling menjalin pertemanan yang baik tanpa memilih-milih tema

Get PDFThis article examines the film Olympus Has Fallen, which represents the superiority of the United States, and narratives about Asian terrorism. Specifically centered on the hegemonic practice of power in the United States and Asia, which is represented in every part of the film. Qualitative research methods are used as a way to find data, and each piece of data is examined with a postmodern approach. Representational studies are part of contemporary sociological studies, where social phenomena can also be studied through films. The problems studied in this study focus on the representation of Asia presented in the film as part of a terrorist group and the representation of the United States of America as a superior country. This research finds out how the representation of terrorism in Asia becomes a response to Asia's onslaught against Western civilization. Also, the representation of the United States as superior is a way to continue to declare itself as a superior country. Thus, film as a pop culture is not only used as a means of entertainment but also as a political representation to mediate the hegemony of power between America and Asia, which is increasingly dynamic and difficult to predict in the global societal competition
Perubahan Paradigma mengenai Kesakralan Lagu Dalam Tradisi “Ibadah Penghiburan” di Minahasa Selatan
Get PDFSocial traditions in community as a values of attitudes and human behavior that processed for a long time and carried on for generations. This tradition also applies in the Minahasa community, namely the “Ibadah Penghiburan”. In the perform of “Ibadah Penghiburan” usually sing spiritual praise that serves as a reinforcement that changes the pathetic energy to hope. Therefore, in this praise has the meaning of sacredness which through praise is able to offer theological expression to strengthen or weaken the substances of the message in praise undergoing a paradigm shift. Then, this study conducted to check the problem using qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis. Researchers conducted a literature review and collection of relevant information, observations and in-depth interviews. This study found the meaning of the sacredness of songs in “Ibadah Penghiburan” which had experienced a shift due to a paradigm shift among the people. In the traditions of worship, consolation begins to use secular songs for 'entertaining' families who are in grief that replace hymns that have theological meaning. Thus, this research is very useful in the developments of studies on accepted point of view changes that occur in community traditions. In particular, the accepted point of view of the sacredness of songs in “Ibadah Penghiburan” is part of the developments of the study of the sociology of religion
