Get PDFTujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberdayakan dan meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat desa tentang pengembangan wisata dan komunikasi pemasaran, administrasi pengolahan program UMKM dan melaksanakan stand bazar. Output yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kapasitas ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan Kelompok Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sebagai instrumen ekonomi masyarakatyang dibentuk secara swadaya. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah gabungan daridua metode pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu Participatory Rapid Appraisal (PRA) atau penilaian desa secara partisipatif dan Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) atau proses belajar/praktik secara partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berjalan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan, masyarakat memilki respondan antusias terhadap pelatihan dan terciptanya derajat perubahan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan dengan kategori baik

Film Free Guymerefleksikan tentang masalah kehendak bebas agen dan struktur dalam masyarakat digital sebagai fokus kajian artikel ini. Kajian artikel ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif konstruktif. Teori strukturasi Anthony Giddens dipakai sebagai alat analisis mengenai konten dan pesan film Free Guy tersebut. Dari hasil kajian, maka artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa kehendak bebas pada manusia dapat berfungsi untuk gerakan transformasi sosial dengan munculnya agen atau aktor yang merespon secara kritis-reflektif situasi yang mendorong tindakan-tindakan praksis pembebasan. Manado City has promising prospects to increase competitiveness in the tourism sector, both at the regional and national levels. This study examines and identifies how improving the quality of human resource management can have a significant impact on the quality of regional tourism itself. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a systematic description. The research subject is the State Civil Apparatus of the Manado City Tourism Office. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the success of regional tourism development does not only depend on security and political stability, regional budgets, legal policies, or socialization and promotion, but is also influenced by the carrying capacity and utilization of human resources, especially those engaged in tourism

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to see the extent to which the teacher's role in optimizing and improving the management of Christian religious learning. To obtain research data, the author uses a descriptive qualitative research approach by means of a literature review. The results of this study indicate that, firstly, the teacher's role in optimizing the management of Christian religious learning is very important, so the teacher as the main actor in this case needs to carry out his responsibilities and fulfill his calling and obligations to students. Second, the success of PAK teachers in learning can be seen from their competence, implementing management values well. The inability of teachers to optimize management values in PAK learning is the cause of student outputs who are unable to develop an educational mission. Therefore, improvements to the management of Christian religious learning must be carried out for the realization of effective learning. Third, learning management must be implemented by considering various developmental conditions that will later be realized in the learning process that is actualized by students. So in the context of learning management, it is a must for PAK teachers to plan learning management functions regularly, including techniques or methods to equip students to consistently interpret learning

Get PDFThe enjoyable, effective, creative, innovative, and active study is a form of study which accentuates the liveliness of students in a way to improve performance. Style and study method provide huge impact to the achievement of study goals. This research intends to describe the implementation of participatory leadership style, accompanied by the strengthening in improving the study liveliness. It applies the Class Action Survey method to A-Class students of Theology study programs in Institute of National Christian Religion - Manado. The data analysis technique applies Miles and Huberman model (2014), such as data condensation, data display, verification and conclusion. Based on the research in 2 cycles, results yielded are the improvement of study liveliness after the participatory leadership style are applied, accompanied by the strengthening in improving the study liveliness. On the early condition, the liveliness only reaches 20.27. Meanwhile, after being proceeded on cycle 1, there is improvement and reaches 45.45. On this stage, the amount of active students is rising. Improvement is also emerged in cycle 2, and it reaches 77.27% of active students. It shows that the 70% of achievement indicator has been achieved.

This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method which is carried out at the Tateli Regeneration Vocational School, Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency. 2021 calendars. Data collections, observations, interviews, studies and documents. From the results of the analysis and interpretation of the data, there are indications that: (1) PAK teachers have not fully carried out their duties as supervisors. (2) The obstacles encountered by the teacher are the attention of students, lazy to study, socializing with friends, parents who are less attentive and there is no cooperation. (3) Teachers try to carry out their obligations to educate, solve problems, guide, and provide direction so that students are able to achieve educational goals and overcome student learning difficulties
Leadership of Christian Religious Education Teachers in Classroom Management
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to find the type of leadership of Christian Religious Education teachers in classroom management at SMP Negeri 8 Manado. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Determining the data source used a purposive sampling technique, consisting of school principals, teachers and students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods with the research instruments being the researchers themselves. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of the research show that the leadership type of Christian religious education teachers at SMP Negeri 8 Manado in managing the class does not dominate one type of leadership. Sometimes teachers apply an authoritarian type of leadership, but classroom management that takes place during the learning process requires initiative from the teacher to become a democratic teacher of his students
