Get PDFThis study aims to obtain an objective and comprehensive picture of: a) How is the tolerance of students of different religions at SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung?; b) What is the teacher's strategy for fostering tolerance of students of different religions in SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung?; c) What are the factors that influence the tolerance attitude of students of different religions in SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung? This research is field research, which is looking for where the events that are the object of research take place, so as to get direct and up-to-date information about the relevant issues, as well as cross-checking of existing materials.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: 1) The attitude of tolerance among students of different religions, namely the role of Christian and Islamic Religious Education teachers, the role of schools, and the role of parents as facilitators for students to be tolerant; 2) The teacher's strategy in cultivating tolerance for Tarutung 3 State Senior High School students is to act as an educator for tolerance for students of different religions in the school environment; 3) The factors of tolerance of students of different religions are advice and enthusiasm from the teacher, parents of students, and friends of the students themselves
Hubungan Antara Leadership Dan Income Dengan Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Mitra Kencana Manado
Get PDFPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan Leadership dan Income dengan kinerja karyawan di PT.Mitra Kencana Manado. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif, dengan menggunakan Kuesioner dan observasi. Untuk mendapatkan data penelitian menggunakan populasi berjumlah 60 responden, dan penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Dari hasil analisis dan interpretasi diperoleh bahwa : 1). Terdapat hubungan Leadership dengan kinerja karyawan dengan nilai r = 0,955 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. 20. Terdapat hubungan Income dengan kinerja karyawan dengan nilai r = 0,962 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 3). Terdapat hubungan antara Leadership dan Income dengan kinerja karyawan di PT. Mitra Kencana Manado. Dimana diperolehdengan nilai Sig F change 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara Leadership dengan kinerja karyawan dengan nilai r = 0,955 dengan nilai persen sebesar 95% dan terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat juga antara Income dengan kinerja karyawan dengan nilai r= 0,962 dengan nilai persen sebesar 96%

The impact of technological developments is very significant both internally and externally. This is a reality that every human being needs to face. Therefore there needs to be a strategy in dealing with these technological developments. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of Christian religious teachers and parents in preventing the negative impacts of technological developments on children. The method used is descriptive qualitative method which focuses on collecting data through books, articles and relevant sources. As a result of this study, it was found that the role of Christian religious teachers and parents in preventing the negative impacts of technological developments on children is Christian religious education teachers providing education about technological developments for children at school, together with parents providing supervision of children's activities and relationships, providing activities positive for children both at school and outside of school, giving confidence to children through giving assignment

Get PDFCulture makes an area unique from other areas. Indonesia is a country that has a lot of diversity, especially in terms of cultural diversity. The Toraja tribe is a tribe that has its own uniqueness, especially in death which is full of rituals. One of the rituals that is still preserved by the Toraja people, especially in Tumbang Datu District, North Sangalla, is Ma'ta'da. The Tumbang Datu community is predominantly Christian, however the Tumbang Datu community still preserves ma'ta'da rituals/customs as an ancestral heritage that must be maintained. Ma'ta'da is a ritual that is carried out once a year as a means of worshiping ancestors, paying vows, and asking for blessings from ancestors so that they will be blessed in their lives. People's belief in ancestors who are a source of help and blessings for them, is contrary to Christian teachings which state that Jesus Christ is the source of salvation and blessings for believers. The aim of this research is to reveal the meaning of ma'ta'da and its relationship with theological meaning in Christianity and to build a theological understanding of the meaning of the ma'ta'da ritual. This research uses a qualitative research method using an interview approach with local traditional leaders. Ma'ta'da is interpreted by the people of Tumbang Datu as a form of gratitude for the blessings given by the Ancestors/To Membali Puang to their family. In Christianity, blessings only come from God
RESILIENSI PEREMPUAN PETANI SEBAGAI UPAYA SAKRALISASI TANAH KELONDEY
Get PDFTulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan keterhubungan antara bentuk-bentuk resiliensi perempuan petani di tengah konflik agraria dengan upaya sakralisasi tanah pertanian Kelelondey. Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa Raringis Utara, Langowan Barat, Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara, dengan mengaplikasikan pendekatan kualitatif seperti observasi pertisipatoris, wawancara mendalam serta studi pustaka. Penulis mengkolaborasikan teori sakralisasi ruang dari Mircea Eliade dengan perspektif poskolonial dan interseksional. Perempuan petani diketengahkan sebab secara simultan mereka mengalami interseksi penderitaan yang diakibatkan oleh kolonialisme dan neokolonialisme seperti: peminggiran perempuan dari ruang sosio-kultural Minahasa, eksploitasi kerja lewat pemberian upah a-simetris serta penyerobotan wilayah pertanian oleh Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Darat (TNI AD). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa resiliensi perempuan petani yang teramati lewat percabangan resistensi menunjukan nuansa relijius yang mengintegrasi tradisi Kristen dan tradisi Minahasa, di mana tanah Kelelondey direkonstruksi sebagai Axis Mundi yang berkeadilan holistik. Oleh karena itu perjuangan perempuan petani Kelelondey dinilai sebagai upaya untuk mewujudkan keadilan bagi integritas perempuan, komunitas dan tanah ulayat melalui pengejawantahan firman Allah dan nasehat leluhur

The second coming of Christ does not only relate to the human condition after death. The second coming of Christ on earth does not only deal with humans (the dead and the living) but the bible also says that it relates to the determination of every believer to live in the new heavens and earth where this is known as heavens and the atmosphere of heaven will be experienced by human beings who believe now and then, meaning that the mandate given by God to humans to preserve and maintain the earth is a task that is accounted for now and later eschatologically. By using a literature-based qualitative research method, the authors examine in a narrative description the meaning of Eco-Theology for Christian eschatology. Eco-Theology is a tool that can be used by humans to make people see the world from a different perspective. Pembahasan berfokus pada kalimat “Berkuku belah dan Memamah biak” yang tampak sebagai indikator untuk membedakan antara daging hewan darat yang najis dan tidak najis. Pembahasan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan atas literatur yang memuat data dan informasi yang bisa dijadikan acuan. Pengkajian terhadap kalimat berkuku belah dan memamahbiak pada dasarnya berhubungan dengan hukum kekudusan umat yang ditekankan oleh para imam dalam situasi pembuangan di Babilonia. Penanaman Nilai Moral Pada Anak Usia Dini Melalui Media Pembelajaran Tradisional Minahasa
Get PDFThis study departs from the researchers' observations on the modernization of learning media for early childhood, which has an impact on the scarcity of traditional learning media in the Minahasa region. This study aims to analyze the Minahasa traditional learning media that can instill moral values in early childhood. The method in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that there are several traditional Minahasa media that can be utilized by PAUD teachers in the context of inculcating moral values in early childhood, namely: Tetengkoren, bamboo music, Minahasa traditional clothes, Mahambak dance and Maengket dance.
Penelitian ini berangkat dari pengamatan peneliti terhadap fenomena modernisasi media pembelajaran untuk anak usia dini yang berdampak pada kelangkaan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran tradisional daerah Minahasa. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis tentang media pembelajaran tradisional Minahasa yang dapat menanamkan nilai moral pada anak usia dini. Metode dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa media tradisional Minahasa yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru PAUD dalam rangka penanaman nilai moral pada anak usia dini, yaitu: Tetengkoren, musik bambu, baju adat Minahasa, tari Mahambak dan tari Maengket

Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber literatur yang berkenaan dengan teori-teori yang relevan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan pendeta merupakan sebuah panggilan khusus dari Tuhan yang bertujuan untuk memperlengkapi kehidupan iman warga jemaat untuk membangun kedewasaan iman. Kaitannya dengan keaktifan dalam ibadah, pendeta sangat berperan di dalam keaktifan jemaat di dalam ibadah.
