Get PDFCommunicating the Gospel in the context of religious moderation in Indonesia has its own challenges and obstacles. Therefore, we need the right strategy so as not to cause conflict between religions. This article discusses moderate communication strategies in the context of religious diversity in Indonesia so that the message of the Bible can be conveyed effectively. The literature study method was used for writing this article and the results obtained were that the gospel communication strategy in the context of religious moderation in Indonesia can be carried out using language that is easy to understand, building good relationships with people of other religions, using social media, and promoting universal values and avoiding fanaticism and extremism.

Untuk itu lah pemerintah dalam hal ini dengan cepat memulaikan pola kehidupan beragama yang disebut sebagai moderasi beragama. Namun tentu hal itu belum serta merta menjadi jalan untuk membendung perpecahan yang sedang terjadi. Setidaknya menurut penulis nilai luhur bangsa Indonesia adalah hospitality atau keramahan yang sudah ada sejak dahulu. Maka dalam hal ini penulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif menggali kedalam sumber bacaan bukuu atau jurnal yang membahasn konsep dan teori nilai-nilai hospitalitas dalam konteks kekristenan sebagai salah satu jalan untuk hidup bersama dalam bumi yang sama dan dari sumber yang sama. Get PDFSejalan dengan program penguatan moderasi beragama yang diprioritaskan oleh Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia, maka STT Mawar Saron Lampung sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi keagamaan Kristen yang berkiprah dalam memajukan Pendidikan Agama Kristen di Indonesia, melakukan suatu pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan penguatan Pancasila. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa sosialisasi dan kegiatan berbasis aktivitas dan proyek. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) dengan mengobservasi temuan-temuan di lapangan berkaitan dengan pemahaman peserta didik tentang Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang ternyata belum dipahami secara konspetual oleh peserta didik. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pemaparan materi pada masing-masing jenjang kelas, games, bernyanyi, Yel-yel, kuis dan melakukan proyek berupa prakarya. Indikator keberhasilan kegiatan diukur dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada para peserta PkM sebagai evaluasi tim PkM. Kegiatan ini terbukti berfaedah bagi peserta didik dan sekolah yang sekaligus menjadi implementasi kegiatan P5 di sekolah. The management of the interfaith youth forum in maintaining harmony among religious communities in the city of Tomohon is as a means of communication between youth across religions, as a forum for accommodating aspirations, and a provision to be a buffer in religious problems that occur. The inhibition of interfaith youth forum management in maintaining harmony among religions in the city of Tomohon is caused by the attendance of participants who were late when the forum activities were carried out, busyness or fatigue that resulted in not attending the forum activities, and the presence presence that was represented by Christianity, Catholicism and Islam. While the efforts of interfaith youth forum management in maintaining harmony among religious communities in the city of Tomohon are by carrying out activities that are supported by adequate facilities, inviting youth organization leaders, and presenting religious leaders in the implementation of the interfaith youth forum activities. Get PDFSalvation is a topic that is guaranteed to be offered in religious life. Every religion has its own concept of salvation, including Christianity. This fact is interesting to study and understand. Moreover, it can be seen that in the text of the Gospels, there are many questions regarding phrases that have a close relationship with salvation. The researcher brings this paper to examine the Christian spiritual life of God's people by perfecting the Bible text from Mark 10:17-27 in an effort to see the concept of eternal life and the kingdom of God that Jesus stated through the spotlight of this text. This research was built with a descriptive qualitative approach method. Historical and narrative interpretation methods are used by researchers in helping to dissect the texts raised in this study and then contrasted with the context and current developments, especially with the Bible Study (PA) method. The results of this study indicate that spirituality in the Bible Study method has a significant impact on the life of discipleship in which God's government and the gift of salvation are revealed to His people in restoring eternal life

Theology is present in ecology, in order to provide a contribution link for how humans view God's word as a command and even responsibility given by God since the beginning of human creation; to protect and maintain nature. It is called ecotheology, so that this science provides awareness to humans to keep in touch with other creations of God. So that there is an order of justice between creations and not a denominating or anthropocentric attitude. So that from this, the church also plays an important role in channeling and changing the paradigm of how humans view nature. This study also provides an intense contribution to the church today, about how the church implements ecotheology in the congregation. So that the congregation can be sensitized and actively involved in the environmental crisis, seen from the perspective of theology itself. Evangelism to the Tugutil Ethnic in Halmahera, North Maluku through the Implementation of Contextual Theological Models
Get PDFThis article describes the implementation of contextual theology models as transculturation contextualization of the evangelism to the Tugutil ethnic in Halmahera, North Maluku. The research was carried out using a qualitative ethnographic type approach built by literature studies on elements in local theology which include the inculturation of belief in God, man, sin and salvation. The purpose of this research is to formulate models of contextual theology that are relevant to the Tugutil ethnicity by utilizing their local theology. The results of this study show that there are elements of local theology of the Tugutil people who are "relatively close" so that they can be “meted” with the teachings of the Bible through functional substitute or re-culturation. In addition, there are also elements that are "relatively distant" from the teachings of the Bible, so they must experience worldview substitute or de-culturation. The final results of this study show that by examining, identifying and analyzing elements of local theology adhered to by the Tugutil ethnicity, it is possible to find similarities (potentials and opportunities) as well as differences (crises) between the teachings of the Bible and their animist-dynamism beliefs. This makes it possible to carry out a contextual evangelistic approach by implementing certain contextual theological models as transculturation

Get PDFPendidikan anak usia dini adalah tahap kritis dalam kehidupan seorang anak, di mana perkembangan kognitif, sosial, emosional, fisik dan spiritual mereka terbentuk dengan cepat. Namun prinsip-prinsip yang penting dari tradisi pendidikan Yahudi-Kristen yang telah berdampak besar dalam peradaban dunia belum sepenuhnya diseminasi secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan prinsip-prinsip pendidikan anak usia dini Yahudi-Kristen dari teks Markus 10:13-16. Penelitian ini akan memodifikasi teks tersebut dengan teknik hermeneutik gramatikal-historiskal-kontekstual yang mengintegrasikan teori Jean Piaget dan Lev Vygotsky sebagai pisau bedah untuk menemukan prinsip-prinsip pendidikan Yahudi-Kristen dari Yesus menurut catatan historis dari Markus tersebut. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tindakan historis Yesus yang dicatat di dalam Markus 10: 13-16 menggabungkan pendekatan dari teori Piaget dan Vygotsky tentang perkembangan anak usia dini dan menyajikan beragam prinsip yang berguna bagi pengembangan kognitif anak di usia dini termasuk memberikan penguatan terhadap kesehatan identitas diri anak melalui tindakan melayani, kata afirmasi, waktu berkualitas dan pelukan atau sentuhan fisik kepada anak.
