Tafsir Nilai-Nilai Transendensi dalam Al-Qur'an : Kajian Tafsir Ibnu Katsir Terhadap Q.S. Maryam Ayat 1-37
For a Muslim, faith determines the acceptance or rejection of one's worship and deeds. The concept of faith in the prophetic social sciences initiated by Kuntowijoyo occupies a fundamental position known as transcendence. Transcendence seeks to integrate religious values into the process of constructing civilization. Muslims use the Qur'an and the interpreters' explanations when applying their faith. One of these translators is Ibn Kathir. This study examines how Ibn Kathir views transcendence's importance in Q.S. Maryam: 1-37. This study purpose is to knowing the significance of transcendence and outline Ibn Kathir's analysis of it in Q.S. Maryam: 1-37. This kind of research employs an interpretive methodology and is conducted in libraries. The Qur'an and Ibn Kathir's book "Al-Quranul Azhim" serve as the study's primary sources. Additional books, studies, articles, and scientific works that are pertinent to the topic of study serve as secondary sources. In this study, content analysis is used for technical data analysis. The study's conclusions show that Q.S. Maryam's transcendence values, which range from 1 to 37, based on Ibn Kathir's interpretation, include: first, prayer; second, hope; third, contentment; fourth, glorification (tasbih); fifth, holding firmly (i’tisham); sixth, faith; seventh, obedience; and eighth, piety (taqwa)
Studi Penafsiran Kisah – Kisah Keluarga Dalam Al-Quran Prespektif Tafsir Al-Misbah Karya M. Quraish Shihab
The recent reluctance of the younger generation to establish a household is a serious problem that must be addressed properly. This phenomenon occurs due to the proliferation of information, especially on social media, about divorce in households due to problems that can actually be anticipated because of the high probability of occurrence in the household. Today's society tends to view marriage as almost having to bring excellent and ideal household conditions, resulting in dissatisfaction and excessive disappointment, which has led to many domestic divorces. The author wants to conduct research to present a new perspective for the community in responding to these problems by examining the interpretation of family stories in the Qur'an. In this research, the author uses the interpretation of M. Quraish Shihab in tafsir al-Misbah as the main reference. This is because tafsir al-Misbah has an adabi ijtima'i style and is written according to the context of Indonesian society by M.Quraish Shihab which we can still find today. This research is a library research (library reseacrh). Library research is research in which all materials come from written materials in the form of books, manuscripts, documents, photographs, and others. The approach used is the maudhu'i interpretation approach. The results showed that the profiles of families mentioned in the Qur'an have a variety of conditions, not all of which meet the requirements of the definition of a sakinah or ideal family proposed by several experts. The author concludes based on the interpretation of the family stories mentioned in the Qur'an, that marriage should not be judged from a material perspective alone, even more important if the success of a marriage is judged by the success of household members in achieving ukhrawi goals with good compromise between its members
MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM TAHFIDZ PROGRAM AKSELERASI DAN RETENSI DALAM MENGHAFAL AL QUR’AN DI PONDOK HAMALATUL QUR’AN PUSAT JOGOROTO JOMBANG
This research aims to describe the management of the tahfidz curriculum for the acceleration and retention program for memorizing the Qur'an at the Hamalatul Qur'an Pondok Center in Jogoroto, Jombang. And This reasearch uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used interviews, documentation observation and triangulation. Analysis techniques include data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the management of the tahfidz curriculum for the acceleration and retention program of Pondok Hamalatul Qur'an Center Jogoroto Jombang was carried out in several stages, namely, strategic planning, implementation of the daily activity schedule and evaluation of the activity program. The supporting factors for managing the tahfidz curriculum are getting full back up by caregivers, free education costs and a conducive environment. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are human resources who have not yet mastered management, infrastructure which is still inadequate and the ustadz's lack of knowledge in child psychology
Pandangan Masyarakat Terhadap Tradisi Larangan Pernikahan Antara Orang Sunda Dengan Jawa
The aim of this scientific work is to examine the perspective of Islamic law and society regarding the tradition of prohibiting marriage between Sundanese and Javanese people based on the belief that the prohibition emerged. People's views on the problems faced by Sundanese and Javanese couples, as well as "urf" views regarding the existence of prohibitions. This research is a descriptive qualitative study that combines field or empirical studies. A sociological approach is the method used. Three data collection methods were used by the author: interviews, observation, and documentation. The analytical methods used in the analysis are reduction techniques, exposure and drawing conclusions from the data. The overall study concludes that the tradition of prohibiting Sundanese and Javanese marriages has been around for a long time, but is now starting to be abandoned. This tradition also contains myths about impermanence and economic difficulties if the marriage takes place. However, this violates Islamic law, as there is no law against marrying someone from another tribe. This includes things that are prohibited in Islamic marriage, such as mahram, time, and prohibited marriages. According to Ushul Fiqh research, this tradition falls into the category of "urf qauli and fi'li". In their opinion, this tradition is fasid (damaged), because it is contrary to sharia and its rules. As a result, the ban on marriage between Sundanese and Javanese cannot be used as a basis at this time
Kikir dalam Al-Qur’an (Kajian Lafadz Al-Bukhl dan Asy-Syuhh Menurut Tafsîr Fii Zhilalil Qur’an)
This study examines the meaning and consequences of the Qur'an with a focus on the analysis of the Faazaz al-Bukhl and Asy-Syuhh in the interpretation of the Quran by Sayyid Quthb. The Quran is one of the most famous interpretations for its thematic and in-depth approach to the Quran, providing valuable insight into this topic. The results of the research show that al-Bukhl and asy-Syuhh are perverse properties that are rooted in liver disease and have a negative impact on individual and social lives. The Quran reveals the profound meaning of both of these affairs, linking them with the concepts of tauhid, zakat, and infak, and emphasizing the importance of avoiding the nature of kikir as an effort for the salvation of the world and the Hereafter
Tujuan dan Materi Pendidikan dalam Perspektif Al-Qur’an
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang mengkaji konsep tujuan dan materi pendidikan dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an. Al-Qur'an sebagai pedoman hidup umat Islam mengandung banyak nilai pendidikan yang relevan bagi kehidupan manusia. Meskipun tidak merinci aspek pendidikan secara eksplisit, Al-Qur'an mendorong umat manusia untuk belajar dan mencari ilmu sebagai cara untuk mencapai kebahagiaan di dunia dan akhirat. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis konsep pendidikan, tujuan pendidikan, dan materi pendidikan yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif, library research atau penelitian pustaka, yaitu penelitian yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan informasi dan data melalui literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam memiliki kekhasan tersendiri yang berakar kuat pada konsep-konsep yang holistik, mencakup pengembangan spiritual, moral, intelektual, sosial, dan jasmani. Terminologi seperti tarbiyah, ta’dib, ta’lim, dan tazkiyah menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dalam Islam bertujuan untuk menciptakan manusia yang berakhlak mulia, berpengetahuan luas, dan bertanggung jawab dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Tujuan pendidikan dalam perspektif Al-Qur'an adalah untuk membentuk individu yang beriman, bertakwa, berilmu, berakhlak mulia, dan berperan aktif dalam masyarakat. Materi pendidikan dalam Al-Qur'an juga bersifat komprehensif, mencakup ilmu agama dan ilmu dunia, yang semuanya diajarkan dengan dasar keimanan dan ketauhidan kepada Allah

After Shah Abbas I died in 1629, the Safawi Kingdom began to decline. Abbas I brought Safawi to the pinnacle of glory with political stability, a strong military, and a thriving economy. However, his successor, Shah Safi I, was unable to maintain the achievement. His government was weakened by reliance on incompetent advisers and widespread corruption. In addition, external threats such as the Ottoman and Uzbek Empire attacks further exacerbated the situation. They took advantage of the Safavid weakness to expand their territory and undermine the stability of the kingdom. The previously prosperous economy also began to collapse due to the inability of the rulers to manage trade. Various rebellions and internal conflicts have further undermined the Safavid power. The rulers after Abbas I were unable to restore political and economic power, which ultimately led the kingdom to collapse in the mid-18th century. Kelompok Surah Al-Qur’an dalam Susunan Mushafi dan Nuzuli: (Studi Komparatif Teori Farrin dan Noldeke)
Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perbandingan antara kelompok surah yang berbasis pada susunan Qur’an mushafi dan susunan histori. Masing-masing dari kelompok surah merujuk pada perspektif ilmuwan Muslim Raymond Farrin dan ilmuwan Barat Theodore Noldeke. Pendekatan yang digunakan yakni pendekatan komparatif dan strukturalisme, sedangkan metodenya menerapkan penelitian kepustakaan. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini tidak lain adalah memberikan perspektif yang lebih kekinian mengenai susunan al-Qur’an. Urgensinya adalah untuk dapat membedakan al-Qur’an yang tersusun secara tauqifi dan tersusun menurut kronologi turunnya ayat. Di samping itu, penelitian ini juga dilakukan dengan tujuan agar mampu menjawab tanggapan miring dari para orientalis yang menganggap al-Qur’an tidak beraturan. Kaedah ‘Am dan Takhsis
Prinsip 'Am (umum) dan Takhsis (khusus) sangat berperan dalam hukum Islam serta penafsiran Al-Qur'an dan Hadis. Memahami kedua prinsip ini sangat penting untuk mendapatkan penafsiran yang tepat dan penerapan hukum syariah yang benar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi konsep 'Am dan Takhsis, bagaimana mereka berperan dalam penafsiran teks-teks Islam, serta bagaimana ulama dan ahli fiqh menerapkannya dalam merumuskan hukum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, dengan meninjau berbagai sumber klasik dan kontemporer untuk memahami penggunaan dan pentingnya 'Am dan Takhsis dalam hukum Islam. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa 'Am dan Takhsis berperan penting dalam menjelaskan makna teks dan menyelesaikan kontradiksi yang ada. Prinsip-prinsip ini membantu dalam menurunkan hukum khusus dari pernyataan umum dan sangat penting dalam metodologi teori hukum Islam
Kaidah Bahasa dalam Menafsirkan Al-Qur’an
Penelitian ini membahas prinsip-prinsip linguistik yang digunakan dalam menafsirkan Al-Qur'an, dengan menekankan pentingnya para penafsir (mufassir) untuk menguasai berbagai cabang ilmu pengetahuan, terutama linguistik Arab. Memahami bahasa Arab, termasuk tata bahasa dan kosakatanya, adalah hal yang penting untuk penafsiran Al-Qur'an yang akurat. Makalah ini menguraikan aturan linguistik utama seperti penggunaan kata ganti (isim dhamir), kata benda tertentu dan tidak tentu (ma'rifah dan nakirah), bentuk tunggal dan jamak (mufrod dan jama'), sinonim (murodif), serta perbedaan antara kata benda (isim) dan kata kerja (fi'il). Dengan menguasai prinsip-prinsip ini, para penafsir dapat memberikan penafsiran yang setia pada makna yang dimaksudkan dalam teks Al-Qur'an, sehingga menghindari kesalahan interpretasi dan menjaga integritas pesan Al-Qur'an
