    As the era progresses, the emancipation voiced by women has become a reality. Nowadays it has changed 180 degrees. It is not uncommon for government seats or posts that were previously thought to only be occupied by men to be occupied by women, including those who are currently undergoing the 'iddah period. This has become an urgent problem for society that must be resolved by fiqh, one of the the only community in Jogoroto Village, the majority of whose wives also work to support their families, so the researchers felt this was very important to discuss. The objectives of this research are: First, to summarize the practices of 'iddah and ihdad of working women in Jogoroto Village. Second, Knowing the limitations of 'iddah and ihdad for working women from the perspective of maslahah murlah. To obtain relevant results, researchers use mixed methods, by combining progressive law with analyzing values ​​and laws that apply in the field (field research) as well as analyzing literature studies as arguments to strengthen the research, so that readers can understand the process and reasons Fiqh answers these problems. In practical terms, women workers in Jogoroto Village carry out 'iddah in accordance with the Shari'a, but in practical ihdad there are several actions that are in accordance with the concept of maslahah murlahah. they do not stifle their productivity by blindly staying at home, but other ihdad practices are considered too lenient in terms of leaving the house

    Allah made Muslims as ummatan wasatan as mentioned in Al-Baqarah verse 143, ummatan wasatan means a people whose position is in the middle, meaning balanced in doing something so that it is not excessive to the interests of the world and does not shackle itself from worldly things. So being ummatan wasatan, his life can be balanced between his relationship with Allah the creator and with His creation, so that even if there is a slight difference in something, it does not affect the harmony between them because in fact ummatan wasatan means an ideal society whose life is sustainable. This study aims to determine the meaning of ummatan wasatan as well as the similarities and differences in the interpretation of ummatan wasatan in Al-Quran letter Al-Baqarah verse 143 based on Tafsir Al-Azhar and At-Thabari. This type of research is library research, which is research conducted using literature. And the method the author uses is descriptive analysis, which is observing a symptom or event which then the results of the research will be processed and analyzed to draw conclusions using the muqarin method (comparison). Hamka and Thabari both interpret ummatan wasatan as a people whose position is in the middle or balanced and does not lean to one side unlike the Jews who only lean towards the world and the Christians who lean towards the hereafter. And that Muslims are the chosen and just people who will later become witnesses to the previous Prophets. And there are differences in the interpretation of the two that Hamka mentions from the event of moving the Qibla to make the formation of ummatan wasatan or a new ummah because it is proven who survives the Prophet and the one who shows a challenge to him. And the difference in interpretation in interpreting the verse looks different because Hamka tends to use interpretation bir-ra,yi while Thabari uses interpretation bil ma'tsur so that in interpreting ummatan wasatan is a fair people in his interpretation Thabari mentions many related traditions

    This study reviews the meaning of khusyuk in the Perspective Tafsir Al-Maraghi. This Tafsir is one of the most monumental contemporary interpretations of this century, a language that is effective and easy to understand for the entire community, at the same time very relevant to this research. The purpose of this research is to analyze the meaning of khusyuk in Tafsir Al-Maraghi and its implications in real life by using the method of library research or research of the library. The results of the analysis show that the meaning of khusyuk is the use of the heart, submission, tenderness, calm, and presence when doing obedience to God, followed by the entire body, both visible and invisible.     Penelitian ini mengupas kaidah Mutlaq dan Muqayyad yang menjadi bagian esensial dalam disiplin ilmu ushul fiqih dan tafsir Al-Qur'an. Sebagai sumber utama hukum Islam, Al-Qur'an dan sunnah menyampaikan pesan hukumnya melalui berbagai bentuk bahasa, termasuk penggunaan lafadz mutlaq (yang tidak memiliki ikatan tertentu) dan muqayyad (yang memiliki ikatan atau batasan). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan definisi, aturan, klasifikasi, dan contoh-contoh penggunaan lafadz mutlaq dan muqayyad, serta mengulas perbedaan pandangan ulama terkait konsep tersebut. Lafadz mutlaq menggambarkan objek dengan makna yang luas tanpa adanya sifat atau batasan tertentu, sedangkan muqayyad mengacu pada objek yang telah dibatasi oleh sifat atau kondisi tertentu. Dalam penerapan hukum, prinsipnya adalah jika mutlaq dan muqayyad merujuk pada kasus dengan sebab dan hukum yang sama, maka mutlaq harus dipahami sesuai dengan muqayyad. Sebaliknya, jika terdapat perbedaan dalam sebab atau hukumnya, kedua lafadz ini tetap berdiri sendiri tanpa saling memengaruhi. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti perbedaan pendapat antarmazhab, seperti Hanafiyyah yang lebih memilih untuk memisahkan antara mutlaq dan muqayyad, serta jumhur ulama seperti Syafi’iyyah, Malikiyyah, dan Hanabilah yang menggabungkan makna mutlaq ke dalam muqayyad.     In the historical development of the interpretation of the Qur'an, many previous and contemporary scholars have focused their attention in this field. With a variety of distinctive styles and methods used also vary. One of them is  imam al-Tha’labī ā whose full name is Aḥmad Ibn Muḥammad Ibn Ibrāhīm al-Naisabūrī al-Shāfi’ī ā Abū Isḥāq al-Tha’labī ā, he is an expository figure who has high integrity values in his time. This research method is a literature review type and analyzes data descriptively. Many works were produced, one of the monumental works of Imam al-Tha’labī ā in the discipline of interpretation is the book entitled al -Kashfu wa al -Bayān ‘ An Tafsīr al - Qur'ān . Departing from an in-depth study of the previous exegetical books and on the basis of his motivation to reject the interpretations of the heretical and Mu'tazilah scholars. The style or interpretation model used by imam al-Tha’labī ā is a technique of taḥlīlī ā and Muqaraṇ ī ā, as well as the method used is the bi al-Ma’thūr interpretation method. While the systematics of writing his commentary, imam al-Tha’labī ā first explained about the sūrah to be interpreted, whether it was classified as a makkīyah sūrah or madanīyyah sūrah. Second, explaining the number of letters contained accompanied by the number of sentences contained in the sūrah ending with the number of verses. third, include a history of ḥadīth regarding the virtues of the sūrah to be interpreted, written in full with the narrators. Finally, in reviewing one interpretation of the verse interpreted by imam al-Tha’labī ā, he enriches his point of view by citing several views of other commentators, so that the treasures of interpretation given are very comprehensive, and the interesting point here is the interpretation of the majority of scholars which is used as a cover by the imam al-Tha’labī ā.&nbsp

    The word al afwu is to erase a mistake or abort a sin once committed by a person. In the Qur'an al afwu has been mentioned 35 times with various different forms and meanings, each according to the context of the verse, therefore it is necessary to examine more deeply to find out these meanings in the tafsir ash-Sha'rawi, because it is a contemporary interpretation patterned al-adabi ijtima'I which is in accordance with the theme raised and cannot be separated from the current context.     This research aims to analyze the definition of prohibited sentences in the Koran. A prohibition is a demand to abandon an action from a higher party.  This article explains the various structures of prohibitive sentences in the Al-Qur'an, which give rise to various variations in meaning depending on the perspective from which a commentator analyzes them. Apart from that, this article also explores the prohibition on disobedience to parents in Qs. al-Isra/17:23 based on the interpretation of the ulama. This research provides results with the first main interpretation, the prohibition sentence is a demand to abandon an action from a higher party, namely a demand to abandon something ordered by Allah SWT. Second, the prohibition sentence has several forms including; Prohibited sentences are in the form of sharih (clear), non-sharih, rhetorical form of kalam khabar (statement), and rhetorical form of kalam istifham (question). Third, in Qs. al-Isra/17:23, there are also obligations of a child to his parents, namely not to speak harshly or not to shout at them for bad actions, to speak good words to them, to humble themselves before their parents, and to ask for love from Allah for them. both, namely praying for both of them to be given grace
