    Artikel ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana aspek-aspek pendidikan fiqih di pesantren untuk membangun kesetaraan dan perdamaian dunia. Sehingga, sebagai pedoman umat manusia, Al-Qur’an telah dipahami secara seragam dalam sejarahnya. Aspek-aspek fiqih yang dibasas adalah tentang Ibadah, Muamalah dan Munakahah. Semua aspek yang dibahas tersebut mendukung terhadap adanya prinsip perdamaian yang didikung oleh dasar kesetaraan. Alhasil kesetaraan dan perdamaian tersebut sudah mulai direalisasikan dan diupayakan serta didukung oleh pemerintah melalui banyak pesantren yang berada di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan kajian kepustakaan. Berbagai referensi digunakan terkait tema artikel.

    This study aims to describe how the study of thematic motivation of the Qur'an, The data collection technique is using library research or library study research with data collection techniques carried out by examining literature, documents, and other sources of information related to the topic of researchers. The results of this study Motivation in the perspective of the Qur'an has a very strong foundation, where all forms of encouragement and human intentions to take an action must be based on the pleasure of Allah. In Islamic teachings, true motivation is not only to pursue worldly success, but also to achieve happiness and safety in the hereafter.     Urgensi Asbab Al-Nuzul dalam Memahami Ayat Pendidikan

    Penelitian tentang urgensi Asbab al-Nuzul dalam pemahaman Al-Qur'an menekankan pentingnya memahami konteks sejarah di balik turunnya ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan. Al-Qur'an menjadi panduan utama umat Muslim, dan karena variasi bahasa ummat muslim di dunia, maka terjemahan dan penafsiran Al-Qur'an yang berlandaskan pada asbab al-nuzul diperlukan agar pesan-pesan tersebut dapat dipahami secara luas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Tahapannya mencakup analisis kritis dan interpretasi terhadap data primer berupa kitab Asbab al-Nuzul dan data sekunder berupa artikel jurnal dan buku yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa pemahaman mendalam terhadap Asbab al-Nuzul penting karena merupakan latar belakang sejarah di balik turunnya ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an khususnya ayat pendidikan. Selain itu, memahami Asbab al-Nuzul menjadi krusial dalam menafsirkan Al-Qur'an, terutama bagi ulama dan mufassir, serta umat Muslim secara keseluruhan, untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang ayat qur'an itu sendiri. Implikasinya penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan untuk pengembangan ilmu Al-Qur'an, khususnya dalam pemahaman Asbab al-Nuzul dalam konteks ayat pendidikan. Hal ini juga menjadi tambahan wawasan yang mengingatkan pentingnya Asbab al-Nuzul dalam memahami Al-Qur'an, sehingga mendorong pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam terhadap ayat-ayat yang terdapat dalam kitab suci Al-Qur'an

    Perspective of Gender Equality in surah An-Nisa': 34 (Comparative Study of Tafsir At-Thabari and Tafsir Al-Azhar)

    Religion is often characterized by gender inequality. Gender equality has always been a subject of controversy, especially in explaining, interpreting, and determining the law between women and men. At-Thabari and Buya Hamka have similarities and differences in interpreting surah an-Nisa': 34. This research aims to find out the interpretation of surah an-Nisa': 34 according to the classic and contemporary interpreters At-Thabari and Buya Hamka, looking for similarities and differences in the interpretations of At-Thabari and Buya Hamka, and knowing the relevance of gender equality in the perspective of surah an-Nisa': 34. This type of research uses library research. Then it is analyzed with a comparative descriptive method, carried out by analyzing, comparing, and checking data validity techniques to obtain research results in accordance with the objectives. The results of this study indicate that At-Thabari and Buya Hamka's thoughts on gender equality have similarities in interpreting surah an-Nisa': 34 regarding male authority over women, and there are differences in thinking based on surah An-Nisa: 34 regarding interpretative views. Differences in time, conditions, situations, and civilizations that influence them. Based on this research, it can also be concluded that surah an- Nisa': 34 emphasizes that Islam on several occasions exalts the position of men over women.     The implementation of non-litigation mediation is very important in the community, considering that the number of family dispute cases brought to religious courts is increasing every day. The implementation of non-litigation mediation in this law results in practice, people in various regions tend to resolve disputes through mediation in accordance with the customs and culture that prevail in their respective environments. This research is a library research. Literature research is a study method that aims to collect information and data by utilizing various material sources available in the library. The results of the study show that from the perspective of Islamic law, mediation is considered an effective tool to resolve disputes in a faster and lower cost way. This process can also help the parties reach a better agreement and fulfill a sense of justice (Shaifullah). Out-of-court consultation refers to Surah An-Nisa verse 35.  Meanwhile, in positive law, conflict resolution methods are known as negotiation, litigation, mediation, and arbitration.

    This verse emphasizes the importance of faith and knowledge as elements that elevate a person's status in the sight of Allah. In Islam, knowledge is not only understood as theoretical insight but must also be actualized through practices aligned with Sharia guidelines. This study employs a qualitative approach with a thematic exegesis method to analyze the relationship between knowledge, action, and etiquette in Islam, highlighting etiquette as a crucial element in the learning process. While previous studies have largely discussed Q.S. Al-Mujadilah verse 11 in the context of the virtue of seeking knowledge, this article places special emphasis on the importance of applying knowledge in daily life. The application of knowledge is deemed essential in shaping noble character, aligned with the goals of national education. Through a review of classical and contemporary exegesis literature, this article concludes that an ideal learning process must be accompanied by etiquette and righteous deeds. This aims to ensure that knowledge does not remain mere theoretical understanding but also provides tangible benefits to individuals and society. Thus, the learning process becomes more holistic, encompassing intellectual, spiritual, and moral aspects. This conclusion supports the view that the integration of knowledge, action, and etiquette is a fundamental pillar in realizing the goals of Islamic education. Such an education is expected to produce individuals who are faithful, knowledgeable, and morally upright, in accordance with Islamic teachings and the nation's noble values

    Kajian ini membahas dua konsep penting dalam ilmu ushul fiqih, yaitu ‘Am (umum) dan Takhsis (pengkhususan). Kedua prinsip ini memainkan peran kunci dalam memahami dan menafsirkan teks-teks hukum Islam, seperti Al-Qur'an dan Hadis. ‘Am merujuk pada lafadz yang cakupannya luas dan meliputi semua yang dimaksud, sementara Takhsis membatasi atau mengecualikan cakupan tersebut pada kasus tertentu. Kajian ini menjelaskan pengertian, ciri-ciri, serta jenis-jenis lafadz ‘Am dan Takhsis, termasuk takhsis muttasil dan munfasil.     The thoughts and understanding of Indonesian society about thaghut are very diverse, sometimes some groups interpret it excessively so that it becomes an extreme movement. The author takes the theme of the concept of thaghut from the perspective of Sayyid Qutb's interpretation, because some people understand Sayyid Qutb's interpretation is an interpretation that contains radical and extreme elements, so many say Sayyid Qutb's interpretation as a reference to modern khowarij groups (extremists). The purpose of this study the author wants to examine how the interpretation of Sayyid Qutb actually in the problem of thaghut. This research uses the method of library reaserch or library research using Sayyid Qutb's tafsir analysis, which is then concluded objectively. As for the results of this study, the meaning of thaghut according to Sayyid Qutb which is a manhaj, order system that is not based on the rules of Allah, or laws, regulations, traditions that are not in accordance with the shari'a of Allah. Then in his interpretation of Surah Al Maidah 44, 45 and 47 whoever rules with other than Allah's law (thaghut) is pinned to the culprit of the nature of kufr, wicked and unjust, as a consequence of followers of thaghut. With that can make some groups misunderstand, so that it becomes an extreme movement if without seeing his interpretation as a whole, especially about religious moderation in Surah Al Baqarah 143 to maintain community harmony

    In the Qur'an there is a classification of humans based on their aqidah in three groups: believers, disbelievers, and hypocrites. The hypocrites are those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, but their faith is only in their mouths, while their hearts disbelieve. This research is a literature research with an analytical descriptive approach. The primary data source is Tafsir Al-Qur'an Al-Azhim by Ibn Katsir. While secondary data is the book of tafsir and other books that have relevance to the discussion of this research. This research uses documentation method and maudhu'I or thematic as data analysis technique. Ibn Katsir interpretation of Surah Al-Munafiqun is that hypocrites have an attractive appearance, but their hearts are full of hatred for Allah, rejecting advice, and Allah confirms that they will get curse, and delaying good deeds is a characteristic of hypocrites. Allah, the Almighty, explains that the characteristics of hypocrites in Surah Al-Munafiqun include disbelief and hatred of the truth, instability in faith, inclination towards lies and falsehood, laziness and indifference towards obedience, fear in practicing religion, and indifference towards the guidance of Allah, the Almighty
