    Prinsip kepemilikan dalam ekonomi Islam berlandaskan pada keseimbangan antara hak individu dan kesejahteraan sosial. kepemilikan individu sebagai hak yang sah, tetapi dengan batasan dan tanggung jawab yang bertujuan untuk menjaga kemaslahatan bersama. Kepemilikan tidak bersifat absolut, melainkan bersyarat pada penggunaannya yang sesuai dengan syariat dan tidak merugikan pihak lain. Dalam konteks kesejahteraan sosial, ekonomi Islam menekankan distribusi kekayaan yang adil melalui instrumen seperti zakat, sedekah, dan larangan riba, guna mengurangi kesenjangan ekonomi dan memastikan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat terpenuhi.     Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan suatu kajian tentang orientasi penafsiran Sayyd Hawa dalam tafsir asas fi tafsir dengan corak tafsir dakwah wal harakah. Al-Qur'an ada tidak hanya sebagai seikat kertas tanpa pesan karena itu adalah wahyu Allah secara verbatim. Dalam penafsiran Al-Qur’an tentunya mampu mengolah narasi-narasi tafsir yang dipersembahkan di kemas dengan pesan-pesan dakwah dan akhlak untuk mencapai dan mewujudkan individu, keluarga dan masyarakat Muslim yang unggul, Qur’ani. Penafsiran yang bercorakkan dakwah wal harakah, sebagai bentuk dan wujud kepedulian pada kondisi umat saat itu dan untuk memenuhi misi dan tanggung jawab dakwah amar ma’ruf Nahi Mungkar melalui karya Tafsir. Mengenai kitab al-asas fi al-tafsir adalah sebuah karya monumental kitabnya ini, Said Hawa menunjukkan usahanya menafsirkan Al-Qur’an dengan pendekatan ilmu munasabah serta kecenderungan tasawuf dalam penafsirnnya. Kitab tafsir ini terdiri dari 11 jilid. Karakteristik kitab tafsir ini terletak pada analisis aspek munasabah dengan konsep kesatuan Al-Qur’an (al-Wahdah al-Quraniyyah). Selain itu, orientasi penulisan tafsir ini berorientasi untuk menjelaskan aspek aqidah (ushuluddin), tasawuf, ruhiyyah, dan sulukiyyah. Perlu ditegaskan bahwa kitab al-asas fi al-tafsir ini mengusung teori munasabah sebagai karakter metodologis yang umum dan corak sufistik sebagai karakter substansi yang dapat dimaknai. Kedua karakteristik ini hadir dalam buku ini. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan library research. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Corak dakwah wal harakah adalah corak penafsiran yang memiliki fokus dan orientasi pada tema-tema dakwah dan pergerakan, atau pendidikan, atau jihad dan mujahadah, menyeru umat Islam untuk berpegang dan menghadapi kaum kafir dengan tuntunan Al-Qur’an, serta lebih mengutamakan pembahasan tentang dakwah, jihad dan mujahadah

    This research aims to explore and understand the story of the people of Prophet Lot in the Qur'an through the exegesis Al-Misbah by Muhammad Quraish Shihab. The story of the people of Lot, known for their homosexual behavior and rejection of Prophet Lot's teachings, along with the punishment they received, is the main focus of this analysis. The research method used is tafsir analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of the relevant verses. The results show that Tafsir Al-Misbah provides comprehensive and contextual explanations of the events experienced by the people of Lot. This exegesis not only explains the textual meaning but also presents interpretations that align with current social and cultural conditions, thereby helping readers to understand the wisdom and lessons from the story. This study emphasizes the importance of using reliable and contextual exegesis to understand the stories in the Qur'an, which in turn can provide valuable insights and guidance for living a life in accordance with Islamic teachings

    The history of qirā’at development represents a long journey in shaping the recitation of the Qur’an, reflecting the intellectual richness within the Islamic tradition. In the early period, qirā’at emerged as a response to the challenges of preserving the purity and authenticity of the sacred text. Prophet Muhammad, as the recipient of revelation, implored Allah for the Qur’an to be revealed in seven different dialects, giving rise to the term “nuzila al-Qur’an ‘ala sab’ati ahrūf.” This event subsequently led to the diversity of qirāat present in society, including the existence of the seven, ten, and fourteen imams. The process of qirā’at diversity development was also influenced by geographical, social, and cultural factors, resulting in variations in pronunciation and intonation when reciting the Qur’an. In later periods, efforts towards standardization were made to avoid potential differences that could lead to conflicts. The significance of qirā’at history is evident in the preservation of this tradition through the sanad system, connecting generations of Qur’an reciters. Today, the evolution of qirā’at continues to progress, facilitated by technology that supports learning and research in this field. Therefore, a profound understanding of the history of qirā’at development not only enriches religious insights but also remains an integral part of the intellectual and cultural heritage of Islam

    Perbandingan Rasm Uthmani dan Rasm Imla'i Menurut Perspektif Al-Qawa’id Al-Sittah

    This paper will discuss how to distinguish mushafs written using the official and rasm ilma'i methods. although the difference between the two ways of writing the manuscripts seems simple, the fact is that many people are still confused about how to determine between the two types of ways of writing the manuscripts. Therefore, the aim of this study is to explain what the Ottoman rasm really is and how to recognize and differentiate between the Ottoman rasm and the Imla'i rasm mushaf. The differences in the two ways of writing manuscripts are collected in Al-Qawa'id Al-Sittah, namely al-hazf, al-ziyadah, al-hamzah, al-badal, al-fasl and al-wasl, as well as sentences that read more than one (ma fihi  qiro'atani wakutiba ‘ala ihdahuma. Therefore, this article is an attempt by the reviewer to introduce to the public the importance of understanding the rules for writing the Koran according to Rasm Uthmani and rasm imlai. From the description above it can be concluded that between rasm usmani and rasm imlai have differences and similarities. Rasm usmani has specificities and rules which are sometimes written which necessitate differences with the readings. Even so, in rasm-usmani this difference is not a problem, because the recitation of the Koran is still maintained according to the talaqqi path. While rasm imlai is a treasure of conventional Arabic writing that has developed along with the development of Arabic. Rasm usmani is a history of the writing of the Koran which was copied and narrated from the authors of Usman's mushaf. While rasm imlai is pure ijtihad formulated by language experts, both from the Basrah, Kufa and Baghdad schools of thought. Rasm usmani is only specifically for writing verses of the Qur'an, while rasm imlai applies generally to all non-Qur'anic Arabic texts, including hadith qudsi. &nbsp

    Hadits Tasyabbuh Menurut Ulama Kontemporer: Penambahan Wawasan atas Penelitian Patel

    The hadith prohibiting tasyabbuh has a wide range of interpretations, from the limits of tasyabbuh to the implications for the perpetrator. Patel has captured this diversity of interpretations among classical scholars, focusing primarily on Ibn Taymiyya and Najm al-Dīn al-Ghazzī. Due to the limitations of Patel's medieval research, this study aims to complement Patel's research by adding the views of contemporary scholars. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical. The research steps taken are by describing the results of Patel's research first and then adding interpretations from contemporary scholars. Furthermore, the study focused on the interpretation of 'Abdullah Ibn Thāliḥ al-Fauzān because he more comprehensively explained the hadith of tasyabbuh. The study found that the interpretations of contemporary scholars still seem to follow those of the classical scholars who considered that one's appearance has major theological implications. Al-Fauzān is of the same opinion as other contemporary scholars. However, he adds the need for a more detailed ruling on tasyabbuh in a society that has been affected by globalization, because the social circumstances of today are different from those of the past, which were full of identity. He details the ruling of tasyabbuh from permissible to forbidden, and opens up ijtihad space for future possibilities. This research broadens the interpretative horizons of the Hadith on tasyabbuh, which has the potential to have wild interpretations when viewed only textually. This research only compiles the various interpretations of Middle Eastern scholars and no particular approach is used

    This research examines of punishment in hell according to Ahmad Musthafa al-Maraghi. Tafsir Maraghi, as one of the contemporer exagesis known for its explicit and in-depth approach to the Quran, provides valuable insights into this theme. This research aims to analyze the concept of hell punishment for its dwellers according to Tafsir Maraghi, focusing on the interpretation of relevant Quranic verses. The analysis results indicate that Tafsir Maraghi emphasizes the consequences of evil deeds in human life and their consequences in the hereafter, namely the punishment of hell. This punishment is severe and inevitable for those who commit sins and do not repent. Tafsir Maraghi also describes various forms of punishment experienced by the dwellers of hell, such as the torment of fire and the torment of boiling water, and emphasizes the importance of avoiding sinful acts and repenting to Allah as an efforts to avoid such punishment. This research is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of the punishment in hell for its dwellers in Islam, particularly through the perspective of Tafsir Maraghi. The findings of this research are also expected to serve as a useful reference for academics, researchers, and practitioners interested in the conciseness of exegesis and Islamic studie

    This research examines the philosophical and scientific meaning related to tawhid (oneness of God) in Islam through qualitative research methods with a literature study approach. The research aims to understand the concept of monotheism from ontological, epistemological and axiological dimensions. The results show that monotheism is not just a recognition of the oneness of Allah, but is a basis for understanding the reality of life. Ontologically, tawhid affirms Allah as Absolute Being. In epistemology, monotheism bridges revealed knowledge and reason. Meanwhile, in axiology, monotheism provides a system of values ​​and ethics that form character. This concept is supported by modern scientific discoveries such as the Big Bang theory, DNA and quantum entanglement. In practice, monotheism gives birth to the principles of anti-discrimination, human unity, and the concept of the caliph who protects the environment. In the modern era, monotheism remains relevant as a dynamic concept that provides solutions to contemporary problems, while maintaining the essence of recognizing the oneness of Allah
