    CAPITAL EXPENDITURES, HEDGING, LIQUIDITY DAN FIRM VALUE PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR DI INDONESIA

    Companies in carrying out their business operations often conduct transactions in foreign currencies. Because the value of foreign currencies is always fluctuated, it is necessary to have plan on reducing this risk. One way is to do capital expenditure with hedging. This study was performed to find out whether capital expenditures and corporate hedging have a significant effect on firm value. In this observation there are three types of variables, namely the dependent, independent, and control variables. The dependent variable in this research is firm value and the independent variables are capital expenditures and corporate hedging There are five control variables in this study and those are firm size, profitability, leverage, and dividends. This research was conducted on 22 manufacturing sector companies in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a span of 4 years (2017-2020). This research uses multiple regression model. The results of this study shows that the value of capital expenditures and corporate hedging individually has no significant effect on firm value. However, capital expenditures with corporate hedging as moderation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on firm value. As for the control variables, firm size and dividends do not have a significant effect. Leverage has a significant negative impact. Finally, return on assets gives a significant positive result to firm value. This research can be beneficial for companies to make decisions whether hedging is necessary in the company's operations or not. This study also adds a new independent variable, namely liquidity. Because this variable is thought to have an influence on firm value.Perusahaan dalam melakukan operasional bisnisnya sering melakukan transaksi dengan mata uang asing. Karena nilai mata uang asing yang tidak selalu sama, maka perlu adanya strategi untuk mengurangi resiko ini. Salah satu caranya adalah pembelian modal dengan lindung nilai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah capital expenditures dan corporate hedging perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga macam variabel, yaitu variabel dependen, independen, dan kontrol. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan, sedangkan variabel bebasnya adalah belanja modal dan lindung nilai perusahaan. Terdapat lima variabel kontrol dalam penelitian ini, yaitu ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, dan dividen. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 22 perusahaan sektor manufaktur di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan rentang waktu 4 tahun (2017-2020). Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa nilai capital expenditure dan corporate hedging secara individual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun capital expenditure dengan corporate hedging sebagai moderasi secara bersamaan memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan untuk variabel kontrol, ukuran perusahaan (firm size) dan dividen tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Untuk leverage memberikan dampak negatif signifikan. Terakhir, Return on assets memberikan hasil positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mengambil keputusan apakah perlu dilakukan lindung nilai dalam untuk operasional perusahaan atau tidak.     The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Natural Environment, Service and Amenities, Satisfaction with Destination and Consumer-Based Brand Equity on Revisit Intention. The reopening of tourist destinations that were closed and the opening of new tourist destinations will be a factor in the lack of Revisit Intention intensity in a tourist destination. The management of the Amusement Park must pay attention to what factors can affect the Revisit Intention of their tourist attractions. The sampling technique in this study used "purposive sampling" with the criteria of respondents being individuals who had visited an amusement park at least once. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 190 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model method run by the AMOS program.     ANALISIS PENGARUH PENGELUARAN AGREGATE TERHADAP PENAWARAN AGREGATE PADA PEREKONOMIAN TERBUKA DI INDONESIA TAHUN 2011–2020

    This study aims to determine the effect of household spending, investment, government spending and net exports on the Indonesian economy. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive approach, with the type of data, namely secondary data obtained from BPS Kota Sungaipuh. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that partially there is a positive and significant influence between household spending and government spending on the Indonesian economy in 2011-2020. However, partially there is no significant effect between investment and net exports on the Indonesian economy in 2011-2020. The results of this study also show that there is a simultaneous effect of household spending, investment, government spending, and net exports on the Indonesian economy in 2011–2020. The magnitude of the influence is 94.7%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengeluaran rumah tangga, investasi, pengeluaran pemerintah dan net ekspor terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan jenis data yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS Kota Sungai Penuh. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pengeluaran rumah tangga, dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap perekonomian Indonesia tahun 2011-2020. Namun secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara investasi, dan ekspor neto terhadap perekonomian Indonesia tahun 2011-2020. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh pengeluaran rumah tangga, investasi, pengeluaran pemerintah, dan ekspor neto terhadap perekonomian Indonesia ekonomi tahun 2011–2020. This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction at Credit Union Pancur Kasih Sidas Landak District. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The variables used in this study, which are taken from the influence of service quality on the level of member satisfaction determined by the researcher as a research object to be studied in order to obtain information about the matter being studied.     ABSTRAK               Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan dari hasil wawancara dengan pemilik usaha gas elpiji kilogram mengenai prosedur konsumen dalam membeli gas elpiji kilogram dan kebijakan yang diberikan kepada pemilik toko kepada konsumen bagi yang tidak mendapatkan gas elpiji tiga kilogram pada hari tersebut di PT Citra Kencana Kalbar Lestari Sanggau.             Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) Untuk mengetahui prosedur yang diterapkan  pemilik toko dalam menjual gas elpiji tiga kilogram pada konsumen di PT Citra Kencana Kalbar Lestari Sanggau (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi pemilik toko ketika konsumen membeli elpiji isi ulang tiga kilogram. (3) Untuk mengetahui kebijakan yang diambil pemilik toko dalam mengatasi konsumen yang tidak mendapatkan gas elpiji isi ulang tiga kilogram.             Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa prosedur yang diterapkan oleh pemilik toko kepada konsumen belum terlalu dipenuhi oleh konsumen. Kendala yang dihadapi pemilik toko yaitu sering terjadinya keributan di tengah transaksi penjualan berlangsung. Kebijakan yang diambil pemilik toko yaitu memberikan gas elpiji isi ulang tiga kilogram bagi yang belum mendapatkan di keesokan harinya. &nbsp

    Stock investment is one form of investment in the capital market. Students can learn it through the learning process in certain subjects or through capital market schools held on campus. Even though they have learned about investing in the capital market, the behavioral intention of students to invest in the capital market is still relatively low. This study aims to determine the effect of subjective norms, financial literacy, investment motivation and risk perception on students' behavioral intentions to invest in the capital market. This research obtained 174 respondents from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Bung Hatta. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the criteria of students who have studied capital market investment. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is distributed online using the Google form. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with several stages of testing including instrument tests (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests. The results of the study found that subjective norms, financial literacy and motivation have an effect on the behavioral intention to invest in stocks in the capital market. Perceived risk has no effect on behavioral intentions to invest in the capital market. These results illustrate that respondents already understand that investing in stocks definitely carries risks so that their intention to invest is more influenced by their literacy and motivation as well as encouragement from colleagues and people in their environment

    Di zaman sekarang dengan perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi yang semakin canggih, pemilihan penggunaan pemasaran melalui media sosial menjadi pilihan utama yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha, sekarang ini penggunaan media sosial telah menjadi pilar utama dalam penyampaian informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh advertising, personal selling, dan sales promotion terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Sagon Berkah. Jumlah sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 50 responden yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji pengaruh atau Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa advertising tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk di Sagon Berkah. Personal Selling berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan Sales Promotion berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil uji diketahui pula bahwa secara simultan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara advertising, personal selling, dan sales promotion  terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Sagon Berkah. Oleh karena itu adanya sales promotion yang dilakukan Sagon Berkah dapat memberikan kesan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.In today's era with increasingly sophisticated developments in technology and communication, the choice of using marketing through social media is the main choice made by business actors, now the use of social media has become the main pillar in conveying information. This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of advertising, personal selling, and sales promotion on customer satisfaction at Sagon Berkah.     This study aims to analyze the influence of Spiritual Leadership, Transformational Leadership, on Happiness at Work. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 61 employees of Bank Persero Cibinong, Bogor Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used a test technique instrument using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Spiritual Leadership and Transformational Leadership have a positive effect on Happiness at Work. The managerial implications of this research are that leaders in organizations apply Spiritual Leadership, so that employees are happier at workPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Spiritual Leadership, Transformational Leadership, terhadap Happiness at Work.     This study uses 3 variables consisting of: 1 Independent variable, namely Job Performance, 1 Mediation variable, namely Job Satisfaction and 1 Dependent variable, namely Emotional Intelligence which aims to analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Job Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction. The sample used in this study were employees of the Bank BNI  in Jakarta Barat. The sample was taken using a multi-stage stratified random sampling method, through a survey using a questionnaire with a total of 130 respondents and the data analysis method in this study using Structural Equation Models (SEM). with AMOS software version 23. through a survey using a questionnaire with the results of this study showing that Emotional Intelligence has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. However, it has no significant effect on Job Performance. If you look at the role of Job Satisfaction as a Mediation variable, it is enough to give Emotional Intelligence an influence on Job Performance for the employees of Bank BNI Jakarta Barat. Thus, the conclusions obtained indicate that employees with high job satisfaction tend to perform well in their jobs compared to employees with low job satisfaction. In addition, the work performance of employees with high emotional intelligence is greater than the performance of employees with low emotional intelligence. Apart from the direct effect, this study shows that job satisfaction has a significant mediating role on the relationship between emotional intelligence and performance. These findings reveal important theoretical clues that emotional intelligence as a personal capability can affect job performance not only directly but also indirectly through its positive influence on job satisfaction.Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variabel yang terdiri dari: 1 variabel Independen yaitu Job Performance, 1 variabel Mediasi yaitu Job Satisfaction dan 1 variabel Dependen yaitu Emotional Intelligence yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh  Emotional Intelligence terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bank Bni di Jakarta Barat. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode multi-stage stratified random sampling, melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 133 responden dan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Models (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 23. melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Emotional Intelligence berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction. Namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Performance. Jika melihat peran Job Satisfaction sebagai variabel Mediasi, cukup memberikan pengaruh Emotional Intelligence terhadap Job Performance bagi para karyawan Bank Bni di Jakarta Barat ini . Maka kesimpulan yang didapat dikemukakan menunjukkan bahwa karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi cenderung berkinerja baik dalam pekerjaan mereka dibandingkan dengan karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja yang rendah. Selain itu, prestasi kerja karyawan dengan kecerdasan emosional tinggi lebih besar daripada kinerja karyawan dengan kecerdasan emosional rendah. Terlepas dari efek langsung, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki peran mediasi yang signifikan pada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja. Temuan ini mengungkapkan petunjuk teoretis penting bahwa kecerdasan emosional sebagai kapabilitas pribadi dapat mempengaruhi prestasi kerja tidak hanya secara langsung tetapi juga secara tidak langsung melalui pengaruh positifnya terhadap kepuasan kerja

    The purpose of this research is to analyze Psychological Well-Being, Job Satisfaction, Managerial Characteristics (Manager's Trust and Support), Work Characteristics (Work Autonomy) and Job Performance among employees in a Television Company in South Jakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 256 employees, the sample collection method was purposive sampling. The instrument test was carried out in the form of validity and reliability tests and used simple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The results obtained from this study indicate that Psychological Well-Being has a positive effect on Job Performance.
