Analisis Hukum Islam Dalam Penerapan Bagi Hasil Pada Bank Muamalat Sukabumi
This study aims to find out how the murabahah contract compares with the musyarakah mutanaqisah contract at bank Muamalat Indonesia Sukabumi Branch according to Islamic law. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach where this research is to explain the problem in depth. And the data used by this study are primary data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Tempat research at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sukabumi Branch.
Based on the results of the study showing that Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sukabumi Branch carries out its business activities based on sharia principles, Bank Muamalat in the financing products carried out, gives freedom to its customers to choose what contract to use in a financing, be it a murabahah contract or a musyarakah contract in accordance with the specifications of working capital needs for purchasing business assets. The comparison between Sharia mortgages and conventional mortgages is from the agreement, Sharia mortgages can be carried out on several alternative contract options comparable to customer needs, including KPR IB Jual Beli (murabahah scheme) and KPR IB Ownership in stages (musyarakah mutanaqisah). Meanwhile, mortgage contracts are based on certain interest rates, the form of which can fluctuate. Sharia mortgages do not recognize interest but use approved home sales prices, plus profits for banks that range from 15-20% per year. Then, thecomparison of the Murabahah Contract and the Musyarakah Mutanaqisa h Agreementon the Muamalat iB Mortgage Financing with the Murabahah contract consists of only one contract, namely the buying and selling contract (Ba\u27i), however, it is common to use the wakalah contract to facilitate the purchase process. So the bank made a wakalah agreement letter. Meanwhile, the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract consists of three contracts, namely the syirkah contract, the sale and purchase contract (Ba;i) and the ijarah (lease) contract.

Kajian Literatur : Persalinan Sectio Caesarean Metode Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Menurunkan Lama Hari Rawat
SC delivery is carried out by incision on the abdominal wall and uterus. The ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) method is a new technique in anesthesia with evidence-based perioperative care principles, a multidisciplinary approach and carried out in a team, continuous audits are carried out and continue to be developed. This study aims to conduct a study on the implementation of the ERAS method in reducing the length of stay. The method used in this study is a literature review by collecting data through literature information in the form of journals obtained from electronic tracing. There are 4 articles to be reviewed. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of ERAS during health services in the hospital provided effective interventions that occurred before, during and after surgery. The application of ERAS can reduce the length of stay without compromising the quality of service. The decrease in the length of stay is a parameter that is widely studied in the implementation of ERAS. So it can be concluded that patients who undergo surgery with the ERAS method get a better quality of service and one of the research parameters that significantly decreases is the length of stay

Analisis Kemampuan Literasi Baca Tulis Siswa Kelas V Dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum
The National Assessment is a new government policy related to the initial system of school quality mapping. The National Assessment consists of a Minimum Competency Assessment, a Character Survey and a Learning Environment Survey. This policy change was based on the low PISA results obtained by the Indonesian state. As a step to improve Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) scores, the Minimum Policy Assessment Program is based on collaboration between PISA and Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) with the aim of improving literacy skills, namely reasoning using language, improving numeracy or mathematics and improve character education in students. Literacy skills in AKM consist of informational text content and fictional texts by emphasizing students to be able to understand, evaluate, and reflect on texts on questions with the aim of developing individuals to be able to develop themselves optimally as Indonesian citizens. The location of this research was carried out by SD Negeri Lialang with the aim of identifying the reading literacy skills of fifth grade students in solving Minimum Competency Assessment simulation questions. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with content analysis methods. The subjects in this study were the researchers themselves. The object of the research is a simulation test sheet for class V students as many as 30 students. Data collection was carried out in this study using tests, interviews and documentation. The literacy ability of class V students got the results that from 30 students, as many as 20 students or 66.67% were in moderate ability
Kebutuhan Anak Sekolah Dasar dalam Membaca Permulaan pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 di Perkampungan Kayu Besar Jakarta
This study aims to determine the types of early reading needs in elementary school children (SD) in the Kayu Besar Village, West Jakarta and to find out the various obstacles experienced by parents in meeting their children\u27s early reading needs. The type of research used is qualitative using descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of six informants which included three grade II elementary school children who had low early reading skills and the three parents of the child. Researchers collect data by interview, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with all informants. Participation observations were made to three informants by observing learning activities carried out at their respective homes. The results showed that the needs of elementary school children in early reading in Kayu Besar Village had not been met. These needs include a lack of attention from families and school teachers, unmonitored child development and growth, inadequate learning facilities, and unfavorable and boring learning conditions. Meanwhile, the obstacles for parents in meeting the needs of elementary school children in early reading in the Kayu Besar Village, West Jakarta, include the parents being unable to fully share their attention in assisting their children in learning, the inability to provide learning facilities due to low incomes, and the lack of education provided by parents. The biggest obstacle experienced by parents in meeting the needs of elementary school children in early reading is related to the low income of parents and the minimal education provided by parents so that they cannot help children in overcoming difficulties in learning to read early
Analisis Unsur Intrinsik Dalam Antologi Cerpen Balon Keinginan Sebagai Bahan Ajar Menulis Karangan Narasi
The intrinsic element is one of the most important elements in writing narrative essays. This study intends to analyze the intrinsic elements in the short story anthology of Balon Wish as an alternative to making teaching materials for writing narrative essays in the fifth grade of elementary school. Researchers conducted research using qualitative research with content analysis methods because this study analyzed the intrinsic elements in the book Anthology of Short Stories Anak Balon Wish which would then be followed by an analytical technique process consisting of three stages, namely data reduction, data description, and making conclusions. The purpose of this study was to find out the intrinsic elements in the short story anthology balloon wishes and to obtain teaching materials for writing narrative essays for students in class V of Elementary School based on the results of the analysis of intrinsic elements in short story anthology of short story children of balloon wishes. Based on the results of the study, the intrinsic elements were found, namely, the main character, theme, additional character, time setting, characterizations, place setting, atmosphere setting, plot, point of view of the first person, mandate, and point of view of the third person. From the data described, conclusions are then drawn to make teaching materials for writing narrative essays for students in class V Elementary School in the form of handouts containing material intrinsic elements, writing narrative essays and student worksheets as an exercise to determine the level of student understanding
Development of Flap Books as an Alternative for Non-Electronic Science (Biology) Learning Media
Background: Nowadays, utilization of electronic-based learning media (such as internet network, computer, HP) has been significantly increase. However, it has limitations such as electrical disruptions that might occur in schools, unstable internet networks. A teacher has to enforce learning media so that the learning process continues to run attractively and remain meaningful. This study aims to develop a flap book on excretory system material in grade 8 (VIII) SMP / MTs. Methods: The development of this flap book follows Sugiyono\u27s development model. The stages of the model are the identification of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, product revisions, product trials, product revisions. Results: Based on the results obtained from the validation carried out by media experts and material experts, the flap book developed is suitable as a learning media with very good categories. Assessment by teachers received very good results with a percentage of 94.7%. Assessment by students received very good results with a percentage of 91%. Conclusion: Based on the validity test, the flap book deserves to be used as learning media with a very good category.

Penerapan Akuntansi ISAK 35 Terhadap Akuntabilitas Keuangan Masjid (studi kasus masjid besar al-hidayah sagaranten)
This research conducts to find out the compatibility of financial statements based on ISAK NO.35 and how the bookkeeping records of Great Mosque Al-Hidayah based on general accounting principles. In collecting the data in the research that occurred in Great Mosque Al-Hidayah Sagaranten, the researcher did interview and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive qualitative method, it described the data according to what is found in the financial statements and compared with the theory that is relevan to the problems, then drew the conclusion. According to the research, it can be concluded that the financial statements of Great Mosque Al-Hidayah Sagaranten is not in accordance with ISAK 35 and still in the simple cash form. It’s financial statements just contain financial position, while comprehensive income statements, changes in net assets reports, cash flow reports and notes to financial statements are excluded.

Program Layanan Bimbingan Belajar untuk Peserta Didik Berkesulitan Belajar Matematika Kelas III SDN Tapos 2
The background of this research is based on observations during real work lectures (KKN) and practice of microteaching courses. Researchers found an interesting phenomenon, namely the discovery of students in class III who have difficulty learning mathematics, especially regarding number operations. Therefore, it is necessary to have a tutoring service program which is an activity carried out structurally in serving and guiding students who are still having difficulties in learning. The problem discussed in this study is a program design for tutoring services needed for students with learning difficulties in mathematics. The purpose of this study is to make recommendations for tutoring programs according to the needs for students who have difficulty learning math class III at SD Negeri Tapos 2. Because in learning activities while in class, there are still students who still do not understand the basic concepts of number operations and cannot distinguish operational symbols in a mathematical sentence. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study method. This method is carried out with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain data and information through direct observations and sources. From the findings that have been analyzed, that students who have learning difficulties in mathematics need a tutoring service which includes a monthly program of tutoring services in the form of a matrix, as well as evaluation of questions. So that the process of learning activities for students who have difficulty learning mathematics can be served and run well according to their needs
Integrasi Kearifan Lokal Bangka Belitung pada Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Tanaman dalam Meningkatkan Nilai Konservasi Keanekaragaman Hayati
Based on the results of a preliminary study in grade 4 of Mendobarat State Elementary School 2. It was found that it was difficult for students to follow the teaching materials in Theme 3 so that there needed to be improvements in the teaching process so as not to cause problems, such as students being less interested in exploring learning, the media used by educators were thematic books whose material was too general. (R&D) is the method chosen to complete this research in order to get good and accountable results products in the world of education, especially at the elementary school. Through the 7 stages used during research according to what was expressed by Gall and Borg, namely starting from the potential and problems, to the product revision stage which of course has been carried out optimally by researchers in order to obtain valid and interesting books for students. The data collected is done using interview techniques, questionnaires, and documentation. The research has a target to elaborate plant teaching materials based on local wisdom of Bangka Belitung in increasing the conservation value of interesting biodiversity for students. Analyze data (preliminary study analysis, student questionnaires data analysis and expert justification questionnaires). Based on the results of making plant textbook based on local wisdom Bangka Belitung grade IV Elementary School, obtained plant textbooks that are interesting for students based on questionnaires that have been made students enjoy using this textbook. Sourced from the results of product trials at UPTD State Elementary School 2 Mendobarat with a percentage of 98,33%. While the textbooks were declared valid based on the result of the material expert’s justification, namely 84%, the verification of media design experts, 86% and the justification of learning practitioners, which was 92%. All the validation results are categorized “very valid”
