Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen Dalam Koperasi: Peran, Tantangan dan Implikasinya Terhadap Kepuasan Anggota
This study aims to analyze the role of voluntary and open membership principles in the success of cooperatives in Indonesia, particularly in enhancing member participation, organizational sustainability, and social welfare. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytical case study design on selected cooperatives. Data were collected through semi structured interviews with administrators and members, non participant observation, and documentation of official cooperative reports, and were analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that voluntary membership encourages commitment, responsibility, and active participation of members in savings and loan activities as well as other business units. Meanwhile, open membership strengthens coordination, builds trust, and fosters solidarity and a sense of ownership among members. Member participation plays an important role in maintaining business sustainability and financial stability. These results confirm that voluntary and open membership principles serve as a strategic foundation for cooperative success, economic performance improvement, and member welfare
Transformasi Sistem Organisasi Koperasi di Era Digital: Tantangan, Peluang, dan Dampaknya Terhadap Efektivitas Manajemen
Cooperatives are economic institutions that have a strategic role and play an important role in improving the welfare of members and are able to support economic equity. In an increasingly complex and dynamic economic development, cooperatives are required to be able to adapt, so that they remain relevant and have high competitiveness. This research aims to analyze the economic role of cooperatives and identify the problems faced in their management. The research method carried out is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by studying literature and documentation related to the cooperative economy. The results of the analysis show that cooperatives have a real contribution to strengthening the economy of members through the principles of togetherness, participation, and economic democracy. However, externally and internally there are still various problems faced, including weak managerial quality, low competence of Human Resources (HR), and the implementation of support systems in cooperative business management. This condition affects the effectiveness of cooperative performance and the sustainability of its business. Therefore, efforts are needed to strengthen governance, increase management capacity, and adjust cooperative development strategies in order to be able to contribute optimally to sustainable economic development
EDUCAPLAY SEBAGAI MEDIA DIGITAL INTERAKTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA MATERI MAGNET DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Bidang studi IPA di SD perlu didukung oleh media pembelajaran yang interaktif sehingga dapat memperbaiki capaian akademik siswa. Platform Educaplay merupakan salah satu media interaktif yang dapat digunakan, karena menyediakan berbagai aktivitas edukatif berbasis permainan. Meskipun demikian, efektivitas penggunaannya dalam pembelajaran IPA masih memerlukan bukti empiris. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengtahui pengaruh platform pembelajaran Educaplay terhadap peningkatan kemampuan belajar sains pada siswa kelas V. Metode yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif pre eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sejumlah 30 siswa kelas V di SDN Banjaragung 3-Bareng Jombang digunakan sebagai subjek penelitian. Instrumen peneliti berupa tes hasil belajar yang diberikan sebelum intervensi (pretest) dan setelah perlakuan diberikan (posttest). Teknik analisis data meliputi uji normalitas yang digunakan sebagai uji prasyarat serta uji hipotesis yang menggunakan Paired Sample t-test. Temuan studi ini memperlihatkan terdapat peningkatan pada capaian akademik siswa setelah belajar dengan dukungan Educaplay. Rerata nilai pretest sebesar 64,40 naik menjadi 81,47 pada tahap posttest, sehingga terdapat peningkatan sebesar 17,07 poin. Hasil Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t = –19,110 dengan p < 0,001, yang mengindikasikan bahwa terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pretest dan nilai posttest, sehingga hipotesis nol (H₀) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan Educaplay berpengaruh positif terhadap capaian belajar khususnya pada materi magnet. Siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran berbantuan Educaplay menunjukkan pemahaman konsep yang lebih baik. Oleh sebab itu, Educaplay layak digunakan sebagai perangkat ajar digital yang berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajar sains di sekolah dasar.
Science learning in elementary schools requires interactive learning media to improve students’ academic achievement. Educaplay is an interactive digital platform that offers various game-based educational activities; however, empirical evidence of its effectiveness in science learning is still limited. This study aims to examine the effect of the Educaplay learning platform on improving science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students. The research employed a quantitative pre experimental method using a One Group Pretest–Posttest design. The participants consisted of 30 fifth-grade students from SDN Banjaragung 3, Bareng, Jombang. The research instrument was a science learning outcomes test administered before the intervention (pretest) and after the intervention (posttest). Data were analyzed using a normality test as a prerequisite analysis and hypothesis testing with a Paired Sample t-test. The results showed an improvement in students’ academic achievement after the implementation of Educaplay. The mean pretest score increased from 64.40 to 81.47 in the posttest, indicating an improvement of 17.07 points. The hypothesis testing yielded a t-value of –19.110 with a significance level of p < 0.001, which indicates a statistically significant difference between pretest and posttest scores. These findings demonstrate that the use of Educaplay has a positive effect on students’ science learning outcomes, particularly on magnet related topics. Students who participated in Educaplay-assisted learning showed better conceptual understanding compared to their performance before the intervention. Therefore, Educaplay can be considered an effective digital instructional tool that has the potential to enhance science learning outcomes in elementary schools.
Analisis Electronic Word of Mouth dan Social Media Marketing Terhadap Purchase Decision yang di Mediasi oleh Purchase Intention (Studi Kasus di Café Habit Kota Sukabumi)
This study aims to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on Purchase Decision mediated by Purchase Intention among consumers of Cafe Habit Bhayangkara Sukabumi. The background of this study is based on the development of digital marketing trends and changes in consumer behavior influenced by social media and online reviews. The method used is a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques based on AMOS 24. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 133 respondents who are consumers of Cafe Habit Bhayangkara. The results of the study indicate that eWOM and Social Media Marketing have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Furthermore, eWOM, Social Media Marketing, and Purchase Intention also have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. These findings indicate that digital marketing strategies, especially those involving social media and online consumer opinions, have an important role in shaping purchase intentions and decisions
ANALISIS YURIDIS STRICT LIABILITY KORPORASI PENCEMAR LINGKUNGAN: STUDI KASUS DESA CIKASO BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG PPLH
Environmental pollution in Sukabumi Regency is a serious phenomenon that requires attention and strategic steps, where the contribution of various sectors of life, both individual and communal, is the main causal factor of this problem. This research aims to examine the criminal liability of corporations for environmental pollution. The research method used is descriptive with a normative juridical approach, which explores the criminal liability of corporations for environmental pollution, existing regulations, and practices in the field. The results of the study show that corporations can be held accountable for the crime of environmental pollution. Regulations regarding corporate criminal liability have been regulated in Law No. 32 of 2009, especially Article 116. In this case, the management that gives orders or leads can be held accountable for actions done by, for, or on behalf of the corporation. Thus, strict legal measures against corporations that pollute the environment are essential to protect the ecosystem.
Pengembangan E-Komik Matematika Berbasis STEM untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Matematis Siswa Pada Materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar Kelas VIII SMP.
This research aims to describe the development process and quality of STEM-based mathematics e-comics designed to enhance students’ creative thinking skills in flat-sided geometric materials for eighth-grade students at SMP. The study follows a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model. The test subjects included a team of experts, a mathematics teacher, and eighth-grade students at SMPN 56 Merangin. The findings indicated a high level of validity, with the e-comics receiving a validity rating of 100% in terms of media and 95,24% in terms of material. The practicality rating from teachers was 100%, and it was classified as very practical. The overall practicality of the e-comics also fell under the “very practical” criteria. The effectiveness of the e-comics, as determined by an effectiveness questionnaire, scored 81,91%, which was considered “very effective.” Furthermore, a test yielded an N-Gain score of 0,65 categorizing the e-comics as quite effective. Based on the N-Gain score, it can be concluded that STEM-based mathematics e-comics effectively improve students’ creative mathematical thinking abilities
Pengaruh Audit Tenure dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kualitas Audit: (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode Tahun 2019 - 2023)
This study aims to examine the effect of Audit Tenure and Company Size on Audit Quality. This research uses associative methods with a quantitative approach. The object of this research is, all types of mining companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2023, this study uses logistic regression analysis and data collection techniques, namely, purposive sampling, so that the sample in this study is 26 companies from a population of 79 companies, the data is obtained from secondary sources, namely, the company\u27s annual financial statements which can be downloaded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, besides that secondary data sources are also obtained from literacy related to research topics. The results showed that audit tenure has a positive effect and a low level of significance on audit quality as indicated by a sig value of 0.429> 0.05, company size has a negative and significant effect on audit quality as indicated by a sig value of 0.016> 0.05, and audit tenure and company size have a significant effect on audit quality as indicated by a sig value of 0.005> 0.05
Dampak Pungutan Desa terhadap Aset dan Perekonomian Masyarakat
This study aims to analyze the impact of village levies on village asset management and the community economy in Gunung Batu Village, Cilograng District, Lebak Regency. Using a causal quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS. This study involved 94 respondents consisting of local communities and MSME actors, selected through purposive sampling and calculated using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that village levies have a positive and significant effect on village assets, as well as a positive and significant effect on the community economy. Village assets also have a positive and significant effect on the community economy. In addition, village levies have been shown to have a significant effect on the community economy when mediated by village assets. Overall findings underline the important role of village levies in increasing village assets and indirectly driving the local economy through the utilization of these assets
Strategi Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di Mi Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Boyolali
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Boyolali. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, hasil dari pengumpulan data akan diolah secara kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi meningkatkan mutu melalui kurikulum dengan cara menerapkan kurikulum yang berlaku dan ditambahkan pengembangan al islam dan kemuhammadiyahan, Peran kepala sekolah yang inovatif, mengayomi, dan mendukung madrasah, Meningkatkan kualitas guru dan karyawan melalui seminar, pelatihan, dan kompetisi atau lomba, Akademik siswa didukung dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan interaktif, dan meningkatkan sarana prasarana yang mendukung kegiatan belajar di madrasah, serta perlu adanya pengembangan bangunan madrasah yang nyaman
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BOARD GAME HOMPIMPA PADA IPAS SIFAT CAHAYA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR
This study aims to: 1) describe the feasibility of the Hompimpa board game media in the IPAS subject on the topic of light properties for Grade V students in elementary school; and 2) describe students’ understanding and activeness in learning IPAS using the Hompimpa board game media. The researcher used the Research and Development (R&D) method, based on the 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Data analysis techniques included questionnaires and tests. The research instruments used in this process included media expert assessment sheets, material expert sheets, teacher responses, student responses, and assessments after using the developed media. The results showed that the media expert gave a final average score of 71 with a percentage of 95%, categorized as very valid. The material expert gave a final average score of 72 with a percentage of 96%, also categorized as very valid. Teacher responses reached an average score of 44 with a percentage of 88%, categorized as very practical, while student responses reached 92%, also categorized as very practical. Student test results after using the media showed a percentage of 89%, categorized as very effective.
