Children with Special Needs in School Activities
Not every child born in this world always experiences normal development. Many of them experience obstacles, disturbances, delays, or have risk factors so that to achieve optimal development, special treatment or intervention is required. This group became known as children with special needs or extraordinary children. In understanding children with special needs or outside children, it is necessary to have an understanding of the types of disabilities (children with special needs) and the consequences that occur to sufferers. Children with special needs are referred to as children with disabilities because they include children whose growth and development experience deviations or abnormalities, both physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially when compared to normal children
Analysis of Agroforestry Farming Income in Boalemo Regency
Agroforestry is a farming system that is carried out by integrating agricultural crops with forestry crops. This research was conducted in Boalemo District in April 2018. The purpose of this study was to calculate the total income of agroforestry farming. Data were analyzed using a method of analyzing farm income for each crop commodity, while total income was derived from the accumulation of income for each commodity. The results showed that agroforestry in Boalemo was classified as simple agroforestry and early agroforestry with agrisilvikultur type. Total agroforestry income (PTA) is Rp.205.055.153/ha/year, with a total revenue Rp. 249.280.098/ha/year and the total cost of Rp. 44.224.945/ha/year
Culture Analysis of Patient Safety Incident Report of Nurses in Inventories of Sawerigading Regional Public Hospitals (RSUD), Palopo
This study aims to analyze the incidents reporting culture of nurses in the inpatient room. The research design used in this study was descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were nurses at Sawerigading Palopo Hospital with a sample of this study as many as 140 nurses, sampling using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was the IRCQ (Incident Reporting Culture Questionnaire). It was found that from 140 respondents there were 77 respondents (55%) who showed a negative response to the culture of reporting incidents and showed a positive response there were 63 people (45%). Based on the four incident reporting factors, the factor that received the greatest negative response was the "collegial atmosphere due to discomfort and punishment" with a total of 119 respondents (85%). The culture of reporting incidents in the inpatient room of the Sawerigading Palopo public hospital must be improved and minimize any concerns from nurses regarding punishment and fear

The aim of this paper is to know the history, definition, principles, characteristic, technique of the audio-lingual method. This method are using in the microteaching class which is have many methods in particular. The audiolingual method is basically a development of direct methods which are considered to have weaknesses, especially in explaining things that are difficult for students to understand. For this reason, besides emphasizing language teaching through listening and imitating, this method is also possible to use mother tongue for explanation. This method is usually applied more in the form of a drill pattern. The use of the drill approach is commonly used in military circles. The Relation Between Work Motivation and Nurse Performance of Inpatient Installations at Methodist General Hospital Medan
Motivation is defined as something in a person that can be pushed, and direct person behaviour. In other word, motivation is intentions in ourself, hope, desire and purposed to be achieved. Nurses have an important role in determining good or bad quality hospital service. Motivation owned by nurses is important as a force spesifically to provide health service to health service users in the hospital. This research is quantitative and using cross sectional design. The purpose of this research is to see what factors that can related over the performance of nurses of emergency room in Methodist Hospital Medan 2018. This research use total sampling and the source data of this research is using questionnaire and then followed by using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, multivariate analysis with SPSS program. The results of this research is that responsibility (p=0,004), supervision (p=0,001), insentive (p=0,003), achievement (p=0,002), promotion (p=0,004), related to nurse performance and the most related variable is supervision with r square 0,026, F=1,279, and sign F 95% CI=0,264. The result showed that there related between motivation and nurse performance. The most related factor is supervision. Supervision done by head of nursing routinely to all nurse. In order optimize performance, quality and health services increase the motivation for this to work and to the way of administering the able more, creates an enabling environment, companion at good relations with, guarantee work, good relations between superiors with subordinate, and including nurse in seminars and sustainable training nursing
Breast Self-Examination (SADARI) by Teachers of Methodist High School, Medan
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, with an estimated number of new cases not less than 1,050,346 per year. Meanwhile, in North Sumatra in 2019, breast cancer occupied the highest position or 856 cases/incidents of the total number of cancer patients. Efforts to control breast cancer have been carried out by the government of the Republic of Indonesia in particular through the early detection program or BSE. BSE is breast self-examination which aimed to determine the presence or absence of breast cancer in women. This examination performed using a mirror and carried out by women aged 20 years and over. The main indication of BSE was to detect the occurrence of breast cancer by observing the breast from the front, left and right side, whether there were lumps, changes in skin colour, noisy putting and discharge or pus and blood. This research method was descriptive qualitative with 7 informants (subject teachers). This study aimed to determine breast self-examination (BSE) conducted by the Methodist 8 Medan high school teacher. The results showed that all teachers had good knowledge and attitudes about BSE but had fewer actions about BSE. The conclusion of good knowledge and attitudes that teachers have is obtained by obtaining information about BSE through electronic media, namely the internet and fewer actions regarding BSE due to a lack of knowledge to carry out BSE appropriately according to the stages due to the absence of BSE counseling or seminars on BSE

This paper tried to link theory with René Descartes see different sides of the view, that the value of the financial statements of the philosophical truth (theories have correspondence, the theory of Coherence, theory pragmatic) and viewed from the side view of the general accounting so that SAP and GAAP and severe expert reveal that the truth of financial reporting depends on the accountability of a (principal).
