Health Service System Based on the Healthy Indonesia Card Program at the Sayang Rakyat Regional General Hospital in Makassar
Quality and professional health services are the dream of every Indonesian people, because this is closely related to one aspect of fulfilling basic life needs for humans, therefore commitment is needed from service providers, especially hospitals in supporting the implementation of government programs through the Healthy Indonesia Card. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the quality of service based on the Healthy Indonesia Card program at the Sayang Rakyat Regional General Hospital in Makassar, using qualitative research methods intended to extract as much information as possible from the research problem. The results showed that the quality of KIS services based on the Healthy Indonesia Card program at the Sayang Rakyat Regional General Hospital was running quite well, but administrative officers and medical officers (doctors and nurses) in carrying out their duties in providing services to patients were quite good
Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Nurses at Islamic Hospital Faisal Makassar
The high turnover of employees in the hospital can have negative impact on the disruption of the process of health services provided to patients and in the end can lead to employee job satisfaction and the desire for employees to stay in an organization. This study aims to analyse the effect of job satisfaction including the dimensions of the job itself, salary, promotion opportunities, supervision by leaders, colleagues, and work environment on the intention of nurse turnover at Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar. This is a quantitative study using an analytic observational study with a cross sectional study design. The sample using total sampling were nurses who placed 127 respondents. Data analysis used chi-square test. The results showed the relationship between job satisfaction based on the dimensions of the job itself, salary, promotion opportunities, supervision by leaders, colleagues, and the work environment on intention to leave. Therefore, the management is asked to motivate employees by providing bonuses, leave, official vehicles or other facilities that can be used as a reward tool for employees who have worked well and pay attention to employee satisfaction by seeing what employees expect
The Effect of Work Satisfaction and Leadership on Patient Safety Culture in Nurses at Lagaligo Regional Public Hospital I East Luwu Regency
Realization of the application of patient safety and efforts to fulfill employee job satisfaction through employee development have not met the targets set in the strategic goals for the achievement of hospital quality indicators. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction based on the dimensions of job characteristics, rewards, work environment, relationship with management and leadership based on directive, supportive, participatory, achievement-oriented dimensions of patient safety culture in nurses at Lagaligo I Hospital, East Luwu Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study using an analytic observational study with a cross sectional study design. The sample used was 119 respondents to nurses at Lagaligo I Hospital, East Luwu Regency. The results showed that there was an influence of job characteristics, rewards, work environment, relationship with management on the variable job satisfaction of nurses on patient safety culture, there was an influence of directive, supportive, participatory, achievement-oriented dimensions on leadership variables on patient safety culture, and job satisfaction of nurses. jointly influence the culture of patient safety in Regional General Hospital (RSUD) I Lagaligo, East Luwu Regency. Therefore, it is hoped that the hospital will pay more attention to a safe and comfortable work environment and for leadership it is expected to set standards for developing competency through trainings, solving any existing problems quickly and responsively
Body Massa Index with Premenstrual Syndrome in College Students
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms may range from mild to severe. PMS severity is affected by hormonal, psychological, and physiological variables in women. Nutritional status was determined using the body mass index (BMI). According to one research, each kilogram/m2 rise in BMI was linked with a 3% increase in the chance of developing PMS. Respondents with normal height and weight who dominated the results of BMI measures in this study were found to be in the same BMI category as female students experiencing mild PMS. When it comes to female students, there is a significant disparity between BMI and PMS degree levels. There is a strong relationship between BMI and the intensity of PMS symptoms. A significant relationship exists between BMI and PMS degrees in female university students. There is a strong relationship between BMI and the intensity of PMS symptoms
The Influence of Job Insecurity and Organizational Commitment on Nurses Performance in Installations in Public Hospitals in Makassar City
Performance is critical for the current and future organizational environment, and performance appraisal methods that have focused exclusively on financial performance have limitations; therefore, effective performance measurement should be capable of translating an organization's mission, vision, and strategy into operational objectives and performance measures. financial as well as non-financial success indicators. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of job insecurity and organizational commitment on the performance of nurses at Makassar City Hospital's inpatient unit. This is a quantitative study that combines an observational design with a cross sectional study design. The sample for this research consisted of 84 nurses working in the inpatient unit of Makassar City Hospital. The findings indicated that job insecurity characteristics and organizational commitment had an influence on the performance of nurses at the Makassar City Hospital's Inpatient Installation. The bivariate analysis results indicate that the job insecurity variable has an effect on the performance of nurses in Makassar City Hospital with a value of p = 0.000 0.05, that the job insecurity variable has an effect on the organizational commitment of nurses in Makassar City Hospital with a value of p = 0.000 0.05, and that the variable organizational commitment has an effect on the performance of nurses in Makassar City Hospital with a value of p = 0.000 0.05. It is recommended that the hospital management pay attention to employees, better facilities and benefits, adequate working hours and rest
Learning Organization on the Implementation of E-Government in the City of Makassar
The purpose of this study was to analyze learning organization on the implementation of e-government in the city of Makassar. This research is qualitative with approach case studies to describe how the application of learning organization (LO) in the government of the city of makassar and the results of the study showed Makassar positive trend even though there are still many shortcomings although it is still a society that complain against a service-based information technology. Learning organization within the framework of e-government in the form of the development of feedback at all levels of the organization be aware of the process that made the employees to give each other feedback between each other with regard to e-government by way of exchanging information about the internal applications in education Each as well as mutual support and communication with all members of the team of the developers application, the developer team infrastructure, network. Strategy feedback with question and answer through SMS App/chat center included with operator help desk in the City of Makassar. In terms of reliability, the apparatus is proficient in their field but is still a bit awkward when or when there is a problem with the software, it is necessary to calm down in dealing with software problems so that there is no panic and the service can run smoothly
Learner and Instructor’s Perception on Discussion Technique in ELT
This study aimed to investigate on how to optimize discussion technique. This is a descriptive qualitative study. The data gained through open ended interview and processed by using data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification. This study answered two research question. What is the students’ perception on how discussion will be effectively implemented? and What is the teachers’ perception on how discussion will be effectively implemented? The result shows that learning styles in discussion found to be important to consider on how the teacher should treat the students and what teaching technique is best to match their need. The standard of participating in discussion not only when students giving opinion it further whether the students pay attention in discussion. Not only the seating setting is important but also the number of students should be considered on how to implement better discussion class. Learning styles do affect what treatment should be given to the students. Teacher lack affection shows the ineffectiveness of the discussion. Therefore, discussion is considered to be effective if it meets some standards of its effectiveness
Descriptive Study on Duration of Hospitalization and Categorical System of Patient with Mental Disorder Cared in Pelamonia Hospital Makassar
Patient with mental disorder is more and more increasing. Pelamonia Hospital Makassar, give care to patient with mental disorder with its mission and vision on service quality related to duration of hospitalization. Pelamonia Hospital Makassar as educational type Pelamonia Hospital Makassar has mission of developing and transferring knowledge either within hospital, to other hospitals or to educational institution; for example, categorical system of patient with mental disorder made by Intansari Nurjannah is tried to be widely developed and applied. Identify average duration of hospitalization and average conditions in categorical system of patient with mental disorder (health promotion, maintenance, acute and crisis). It is quantitative descriptive study with cross sectional approach using documentation method. Sample consist of 40 respondents of patient with mental disorder cared in Pelamonia Hospital Makassar with inclusion criteria of male and female, child and adult patient that entering or going home that is cared during study period. Instrument used is application of categorical system of mental disorder patient in clinic "Patient's General Condition Report". Result of quantitative calculation indicated that average hospitalization is 27.925 shift of 9.3 days or 9 day 7 hours 12 minutes. Average condition for each categorical system of mental disorder patient is category of health improvement = 1.8 shift or 0.6 day or 14.4 hour or 14 hour 24 minutes; care category = 5.575 shift, 1.85 day or I day 20 hour 24 minutes; acute category = 11.75 shift or3.9 day or 3-day 21 hour 36 minutes; crisis category = 5.6 shift or 2.87 day or 2 days 20 hours
The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of the Special Hospital for Mothers and Children in South Sulawesi Province
The low performance of the Regional Special Hospital belonging to the Province of South Sulawesi illustrates the quality of consumer services that affect hospital income. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational performance, the effect of organizational commitment on organizational performance, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and the effect of job satisfaction on organizational performance directly and indirectly through organizational commitment of the Mother and Child Hospital of South Sulawesi Province. This type of research is a quantitative study using an analytical observational study with a cross sectional study design. The sample was taken using stratified random sampling so that the sample in this study included medical, nursing, midwifery and non-medical personnel, totaling 190 respondents at the Siti Fatimah Mother and Child Hospital and Mother and Child Hospital Mother and Child Motherland, South Sulawesi Province. The results showed that there was a relationship between job satisfaction and organizational performance (0.000), there was a relationship between organizational commitment and organizational performance (0.000), there was a relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment (0.000), and job satisfaction was the most influential variable on performance (32, 10%) compared to organizational commitment (21.90%). Therefore, it is expected that the hospital is able to maintain and develop the supporting dimensions of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of its employees in order to achieve organizational performance as expected

This article discusses Corporate Crisis Management in Facing the Covid 19 Pandemic which includes the Crisis Management Stage, Crisis Management during the Pandemic Period and the strategies undertaken. The current economic uncertainty encourages continued creation of unemployment due to limited human resources during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is possible that a number of companies are facing unfavorable financial conditions. Companies and organizations of 102 Dominant companies experience financial problems and resource problems which are considered to have a burden on the company so that it needs to reduce resources, the rest problems with resources and marketing have an impact. So in the face of a crisis due to a pandemic, it would be better if companies were smarter in managing finances
