Intervening Effect of Information Technology on Msmes Performance during Covid-19 Pandemic
During the COVID-19 pandemic, MSMEs or better known in English, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses run by individuals, households or business entities whose criteria are regulated by law. Since the start of the PSBB, all forms of government efforts have been made so that MSMEs can survive this pandemic crisis. This study aims to determine the influence of external and internal factors on the performance of MSMEs with information technology as an intervention variable during the covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study are MSMEs registered at the Creative House of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) under the auspices of the State Electricity Company (PLN) (hereinafter referred to as RKB PLN) in Lampung, Indonesia with a sample of 173 MSMEs. Sampling of data in this study using purposive sampling method. This research uses PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that external and internal factors as well as information technology had no significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, while external and internal factors had a positive and significant effect on information technology, and external factors had a positive and significant effect on internal factors
Determination of Fraudulent Financial Statements in Indonesia
This study intends to examine the causations of fraudulent financial statement in Indonesia based on The Fraud Hexagon Theory. It uses secondary data from Indonesia’s companies that have history of doing fraudulent financial statement and delisting from Indonesia Stock Exchange, for the year 2010 until 2020. Data analysis was carried out with logistic regression method. The study views the company as a single party that commits fraudulent financial statements. Result shows pressure (ROA), arrogance (CEO dismissal) and collusion (whistle blowing system implementation) statistically have correlation with fraudulent financial statements. To the contrary, other fraud elements such opportunity (numbers of internal auditors), rationalization (total accrual), and capability (good governance implementation), statistically have no correlation with fraudulent financial statement. Simultaneously, all variables used in this study affect fraudulent financial statements

Exploring the Efficacy of Virtual Reality-Based Mirror Therapy in Upper Limb Rehabilitation for Individuals with Unilateral Spatial Neglect: A Novel Approach to Addressing an Overlooked Aspect of Stroke Recovery
This study investigates the efficacy of virtual reality-based mirror therapy in addressing Unilateral Spatial Neglect (USN) post-stroke, focusing on spatial neglect severity and upper limb functionality. A randomized controlled trial was conducted with participants undergoing virtual reality-based mirror therapy or traditional rehabilitation. Significant reductions in spatial neglect severity and improvements in upper limb functionality were observed in the virtual reality group. Age-specific subgroup analysis revealed notable differences, emphasizing the need for tailored interventions. The study contributes valuable insights to stroke rehabilitation, advocating for the integration of virtual reality-based mirror therapy as a supplementary tool
School Counselling Programme and Students’ Academic Development
From the perspectives of various stakeholders, this study examined the Namibian School Counselling Program, including its goals, services provided, school resources available for its implementation and beneficiaries, as well as overall effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The study also looked at how the program was perceived by students and teachers. As a result, there were insufficient counseling rooms for individual counseling for teacher-counsellors, there was no separate budget for school counseling, there were no file cabinets or display boards, there were insufficient counselors, and there was insufficient knowledge about counseling activities, according to the findings of the study. A distinct or special budget be made aside for the school counseling program, as well as assignments of teacher-counselors to schools where positions have not yet been filled, and frequent awareness-raising activities are proposed as a consequence of this

This research was conducted in Molas Village Bongomeme sub District of Gorontalo District. The aim of te research was to know the quality of public servant in Molas Village. The result showed that the quality of public servant in Molas Village was good. But any must be completed, that there are not adequate facilities, the ability of officials still need to be sharpened as well as public awareness of public services was minimal
