Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Siswa/I) dalam Mengikuti Kursus di Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar Ganesha Operation Rimbo Data, Bandar Buat, Padang
Get PDFAbstract: This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction (students) in participating in courses at the Ganesha Operation Rimbo Data tutoring institute, Bandar Create, Padang. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis in this study using descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and testing the hypothesis t-test. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction where the calculated t value of the service quality variable is 3.338 which is greater than the t table value of 2.02269. So t count > t table and the calculated sig value obtained is 0.002 <0.05 so Ho is rejected Ha is accepted.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Siswa/i) Dalam Mengikuti Kursus Di Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar Ganesha Operation Rimbo Data, Bandar Buat, Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dimana didapati nilai t hitung dari variabel kualitas pelayanan adalah sebesar 3.338 yang nilainya lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 2.02269. Sehingga t hitung > t tabel dan nilai sig perhitungan yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 jadi Ho ditolak Ha diterima

Get PDFAbstract: This research seeks to study several financial ratios that can be used as short predictors of investment returns. The research objects used in this study are companies that are members of LQ 45 during the 2016-2018 research period. The hypothesis testing method uses the t-test and f-test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Debt To Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Stock Returns in Non-Bank Companies LQ 45 in 2016-2018, Return On Equity has a significant effect on Stock Returns in Non-Bank Companies LQ 45 in 2016-2018, Price Earning Ratio does not have a significant effect on Stock Returns in LQ 45 Non-Bank Companies in 2016-2018.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini berupaya mempelajari beberapa rasio keuangan yang dapat dijadikan alat prediksi singkat pengembalian investasi. Objek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang tergabung dalam LQ 45 selama periode penelitian 2016-2018. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. PENYULUHAN TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DARI ASPEK HUKUM
Get PDFKegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyosialisasikan Perlindungan Lingkungan Hidup dari Aspek Hukum kepada masyarakat dengan berbagai tingkat pemahaman. Dalam pendahuluan, konteks kegiatan ini ditekankan melalui pentingnya perlindungan lingkungan hidup dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan dan permasalahan yang muncul akibat ketidakpahaman masyarakat terhadap aspek hukumnya. Justifikasi kegiatan diberikan dengan menggarisbawahi relevansi dan urgensi pemahaman hukum lingkungan sebagai landasan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan hidup. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup perencanaan kegiatan penyuluhan dengan melibatkan 30 peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa penyuluhan tentang Perlindungan Lingkungan Hidup Dari Aspek Hukum menunjukkan perkembangan positif. Peserta penyuluhan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan, dari 56% sebelum penyuluhan menjadi 86% setelahnya. Fakta ini menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan tersebut berhasil secara efektif meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terkait aspek hukum dalam perlindungan lingkungan hidup. Keberhasilan ini memberikan dukungan kuat untuk melanjutkan dan mengembangkan program serupa guna lebih mengedukasi masyarakat tentang perlindungan lingkungan dengan pendekatan hukum. Adapun saran yaitu: Penguatan Sistem Kepatuhan Hukum, mendorong keterlibatan masyarakat melalui program aksi nyata
RESPON PERKECAMBAHAN BENIH PADI (Oryza sativa L.) VARIETAS LOKAL KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN HASIL IRADIASI SINAR GAMMA
Get PDFGamma ray irradiation is a mutagenesis method used to obtain new genetic variations in plants, including rice. Local varieties were chosen because they have good adaptability to the local environment and can play an important role in increasing agricultural productivity. The local varieties of rice seeds from Padang Pariaman Regency used in the research were "Madang Pulau", "Putiah Papanai" and "Banang Kuniang". The irradiation doses used were 100 Gy, 200 Gy, 300 Gy, 400 Gy, 500 Gy and 600 Gy. Seeds without irradiation were also used as controls. The results showed that the germination response of local varieties of rice seeds to gamma ray irradiation varied depending on the dose given. In terms of germination percentage, the irradiation dose of 100 Gy showed a significant increase compared to the control in the white Papanai variety. However, irradiation doses of 200 Gy and 300 Gy caused a significant reduction in germination percentage compared with the control. Apart from that, observations were also made on other parameters such as seedling height and root length. The results showed that at irradiation doses of 100 Gy, 200 Gy and 300 Gy, there was a significant reduction in these parameters. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of gamma rays as an irradiation method can influence the germination response of local varieties of rice seeds in Padang Pariaman Regency differently depending on the dose and the variety used

(3) Mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan & kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada toko Fantasi Cellular Pondok Padang. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis T dan F. Hasil penelitian antara lain (1) Variabel Kepercayaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif & signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Toko Fantasi Seluler Pondok Padang. (2) Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif & signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di Toko Fantasi Seluler Pondok Padang. (3) Kepercayaan (X1) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Toko Fantasi Seluler Pondok Padang. Kontribusi Kepercayaan (X1) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Toko Seluler Fantasi di Pondok Padang adalah sebesar 60%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini seperti kepuasan pelanggan dan toko. suasana

This study uses a classic assumption test which consists of a normality test, a multi-priority test, a heroskadisity test and a multiple regression test, a t test and an F test. The results of the Study of Leadership Style Variable have a positive and significant effect on morale, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on morale, the variables of leadership style and compensation simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on morale. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh perputaran kas, persediaan, dan piutang terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ 45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi, dan koefisien determinasi. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t (uji parsial) dan uji F (uji simultan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas sedangkan perputaran persediaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.
