Gersindo Minang Plantation (GMP) Pasaman, Sumatera Barat dan konflik kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation (GMP) Pasaman, Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas,uji multikulieoritas, uji heroskadisitas dan Uji Regresi Berganda, Uji t dan Uji F. Hasil Penelitian Variabel konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Get PDFPenelitian ini tujuannya adalah menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Surya Pratama Natural Padang”. Peneltian ini dilakukan pada PT. Surya Pratama Natural Padang. Metode mengambil sampelnya yaitu total sampling sejumlah 37 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket ke karyawan PT. Surya Pratama Natural Padang. Teknik menganalisis datanya memakai analisis linear berganda, koefesien determinan R2 serta uji t, uji F. Riset ini memperoleh hasil antara lain 1. Disiplin kerja positif serta signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Surya Pratama Natural Padang. 2. Motivasi kerja positif serta signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Surya Pratama Natural Padang. 3. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja negatif serta signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Surya Pratama Natural Padang. 4. Secara bersama-sama disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT. Surya Pratama Natural Padang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Adjust R square sebesar 82,5%

The population in this study are auditors who work at a Public Accounting Firm in Padang City using the Saturated Sanpling method. The results of this study are as follows: Partially Professional Ethics has an effect on Audit Quality, while Emotional Intelligence and Auditor Experience partially have no effect on Audit Quality. Simultaneously the Professional Ethics of Emotional Intelligence and Auditor Experience have an effect on Audit Quality
Validitas Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing Pada Materi Hidrokarbon
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi validitas modul pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi hidrokarbon untuk siswa SMA kelas X. Modul ini dirancang berdasarkan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli pendidikan dan guru kimia dengan menggunakan analisis momen kappa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul berbasis inkuiri terbimbing memiliki tingkat validitas tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata momen kappa sebesar 0,75. Selain itu, kepraktisan dan efektivitas modul juga diuji melalui respon guru dan siswa, serta peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Modul ini efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai rata-rata post-test yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test

While the focus on educational quality often centers around the role of teachers, other factors such as the curriculum, students, and instructional media also have significant impacts. This research aims to identify the role of teachers at SMPN 5 Lembang Jaya in enhancing student engagement through instructional media in the subject of Science. The research utilizes a qualitative descriptive method and a case study approach at SMPN 5 Lembang Jaya. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with Science teachers. The findings indicate that teachers serve as educators, facilitators, and motivators. They create an effective classroom environment, provide engaging instructional media, and offer encouragement and recognition to students.The conclusion of this research underscores the crucial role of teachers in enhancing student engagement through Science instructional media. Teachers should continuously improve their skills in utilizing instructional media, and school administrators can support this by providing additional resources. Furthermore, students should be encouraged to be more motivated in their learning endeavors. These suggestions aim to enhance the quality of education at SMPN 5 Lembang Jaya

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze in depth educational planning to improve teacher competency at MAS Al-Jami'atul Washliyah 22 Tembung. Educational planning to improve teacher competency is one of the key factors in creating quality resources in an educational institution, which can improve teacher performance and productivity. This research uses qualitative case study methods, which allows in-depth analysis of the dynamics of educational planning to improve teacher competence. The research data was obtained based on observations and answers to questions that the author asked to parties involved in the direct interview process in the field, with the respondent being a deputy head of the madrasah. Apart from that, analysis of documents related to educational planning to improve teacher competence was also carried out to obtain a more comprehensive picture. The research results show that good planning in improving teacher competency in a madarsah has a great influence on improving human resources for educators, especially teachers.

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the population of Central Java Province, life expectancy, and the percentage of poor people. By using cross-section data from Dispermadesdukcapil and Central Java Provincial Statistics Agency, the technical used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Life Expectancy has a significant negative effect on the number of poor people, while Population does not have a significant effect on the number of poor people. Thus, increasing Life Expectancy can be an effective strategy in reducing poverty in Central Java Province. These results have important implications in formulating more appropriate policies to reduce poverty in the region

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to deeply explore how emotional intelligence (EQ) affects various aspects of learning, including motivation, learning strategies, and social interactions, and to provide evidence-based recommendations on practical ways to integrate EQ development into educational settings. Additionally, this study aims to identify potential areas for further research to expand our understanding of the role of emotional intelligence in the evolving context of education. This research employs a literature review methodology, which involves collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information from various sources. The findings of this study conclude that emotional intelligence (EQ) plays a crucial role in education by influencing various aspects of the teaching and learning process. EQ, which encompasses the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one's own emotions as well as those of others, is closely related to academic performance, social interactions, and stress management. Developing EQ through training programs and curriculum integration not only enhances student motivation and academic achievement but also improves classroom dynamics and students' ability to handle stress. Recent trends indicate that the implementation of social-emotional programs and EQ training is becoming increasingly common, with results showing improvements in the learning environment and student well-being. By adopting an approach that emphasizes emotional development and social skills, education can create a more supportive atmosphere and better prepare students to face future challenges
