Get PDFThis study aims to explore how the Kurikulum Merdeka is implemented within the framework of a more inclusive education access, considering the support from UNICEF and the policies of the Indonesian government. This research is a literature review, designed to collect, analyze, and synthesize various relevant sources of information to provide a comprehensive overview of the subject. Literature review research focuses on gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information from diverse sources related to a specific topic or issue. The findings of this study indicate that UNICEF focuses on protecting children's rights and improving access to quality education through curriculum development, teacher training, and infrastructure enhancement. The Kurikulum Merdeka in Indonesia, with its flexible and competency-based approach, aligns with international education models that emphasize relevance and holistic assessment. Despite challenges such as infrastructure limitations and a shortage of qualified educators, the Kurikulum Merdeka reflects similar efforts to those of UNICEF and global practices in enhancing education quality and access

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Rekrutmen, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Pengaruh Kinerja Pegawai dan Guru di MTsN 7 Padang Pariaman. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan menggunakan metode total sampling yaitu pengambilan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel dikarenakan sedikitnya populasi yang ada. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Rekrutmen berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Sedangkan variabel Motivasi dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signufikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil uji secara simultan menunjukan bahwa Rekrutmen, Motivasi, dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja pegawai BPJS Ketenakerjaan Cabang Sumatera Barat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan riset lapangan dan kepustakaan. Menggunakan data primer diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. digunakan sampel sebanyak 38 pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Sumatera Barat. Menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi. Penelitian mengunakan Hasil regresi dan uji hipotesis menunjukan. (1)Reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai BPJS Keternagakerjaan cabang Sumatera Barat. (2)Punishment berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cabang Sumatera Barat. (3)Reward dan Puishment bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cabang Sumatera barat. Besarnya kontribusi pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cabang Sumatera Barat adalah sebesar 39,4% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain
The Effect of Profitability, Firm Size and Growth Opportunity On The Value of Manufacturing Companies Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange In 2017-2020
Get PDFThis study discusses the effect of profitability, firm size and growth opportunity on firm value in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. Data processing in this research is using multiple regression model. The source of data in this study is secondary data obtained indirectly from data obtained from the company's annual financial report published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The sample taken in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the profitability (ROA) variable partially has a significant effect on firm value (PBV) with a significance (0.016 <0.05). Firm size variable partially has no effect on firm value (PBV) with a significance (0.164 > 0.05, growth opportunity variable partially has a significant effect on firm value (PBV) with a significance (0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneous f test results profitability, firm size and growth opportunity simultaneously affect firm value (significantly 0.000 < 0.05)
EFEKTIVITAS LKPD BERBASIS ACE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA
Get PDFEnjoyable mathematics learning is the hope of every student. Where learning facilitates students to discover the principles of the material studied in a meaningful way. Teachers can do this by designing interesting learning activities and encouraging students to use their thinking patterns. For this reason, it is necessary to develop mathematics learning tools that can provide opportunities for students to construct knowledge and improve their learning outcomes. So an ACE-based learning tool was developed which is expected to achieve this target. The goal to be achieved from this development effort is to produce effective ACE-based mathematics learning tools. The learning developed is in the form of Student Worksheets (LKPD). The subjects of this research were students of class XI Culinary Arts at SMK N 6 Padang, class This learning tool is effective in terms of student learning outcomes. In this case, the learning outcomes of experimental class students were 87.50% of students scored above the KKM, while 60% of control class students scored above the KKM. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the ACE-based learning tools for mathematics learning in class XI Catering 2 can be declared effective

Get PDFThe purpose of the research is to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education by using the Numbered Heads Together model.. The type of research used is PTK (Classroom Action Research) with steps including planning, implementation, observation and reflection. steps include planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisted of two meetings and ended with a test. Subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Taratak Baru, Sijunjung. The research instruments used include observation sheets teacher activity observation sheet, student affective assessment sheet, test sheet. Based on the results data analysis obtained the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle I was 31.81% with an average of 72.95, increasing in cycle II by 90.90% with an average of 84.54. with an average of 84.54. Meanwhile, the completeness of students' affective learning outcomes in the cycle I, obtained by 49.49% with an average of 73.48, increased in cycle II by 84.08% with an average of 84.54. cycle II amounted to 84.08% with an average of 93.93. From the research results it can be It can be concluded that the Numbered Heads Together model can improve the cognitive and affective aspects of learning outcomes of grade IV students at SD Negeri 1 Taratak Baru Sijunjung
NILAI-NILAI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM SILEK TUO DI MINANGKABAU
Get PDFIslamic education comprises three main aspects: aqidah (creed), ibadah (worship), and akhlak (morality). These aspects form the foundation of Silek Tuo, a traditional martial art of Minangkabau. However, over time, the Islamic educational values within Silek Tuo have begun to fade. One contributing factor is the declining presence of tua silek (elder masters), leading to a disruption in the transmission of these values to future generations. Additionally, Silek Tuo has lost its appeal among the community, particularly among the youth, who tend to prefer foreign martial arts such as taekwondo, karate, judo, kung fu, and others. These martial arts prioritize competition over the understanding and internalization of the values inherent in Silek Tuo. Another factor is the diminishing love for ancestral culture, resulting in the loss of regional identity, especially in Minangkabau. Consequently, the dakwah (Islamic propagation) values within Silek Tuo are not being effectively conveyed

Get PDFProfitability is an illustration of a company's progress which can be seen from the level of cash and receivables turnover. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of the level of cash and receivables turnover on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021, either partially or simultaneously. The type of data used in the research is quantitative data sourced from annual financial reports sourced from annual reports. The data source in this research is secondary data. The population in this study were sub-food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 with a total of 36 samples. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique according to the specified criteria and obtained 36 companies. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the partial analysis, it is known that the results of the cash turnover rate have a significant effect on profitability. And the level of receivables turnover partially has a significant influence on profitability. And the level of cash turnover and receivables simultaneously has a significant effect on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021
Pengaruh Return On Equity (Roe), Reputasi Underwriter, Financial Leverage Terhadap Undepricing Initial Public Offering (Studi Empiris Perusahaan Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Tahun 2018-2020)
Get PDFThis study aims to determine whether Return On Equity, Underwriter Reputation and Financial Leverage have an effect on Undepricing Initial Public Offering in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020, either partially or simultaneously. The data collection method used in this research is literature review and web review and the type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The population of this research is 47 mining companies. The sample in this study used purposive sampling technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 14 companies. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Return on Equity has a significant effect on Undepricing Initial Public Offering, it can be seen that the t-count value is 4.441 > t-table 2.024 and the significance is 0.000 <0.05. 2) Underwriter reputation has a significant effect on Undepricing Initial Public Offering, it can be seen that the t-count value is 3.273 > t-table 2.024 and the significance is 0.041 <0.05. 3) Financial Leverage has a significant effect on Undepricing Initial Public Offering, this can be seen from the t-count value of 3.726 > t-table 2.024 and the significance of 0.001 <0.05. 4) Return on Equity, Underwriter's Reputation and Financial Leverage simultaneously affect the Undepricing Initial Public Offering, this can be seen from the f-count 11.381 > t-table 2.85 and the significance is 0.000 <0.05
