All lambs were fed a diet consisting of barley grain, yellow corn, soybean meal, salt, and a mixture of vitamins and minerals, with the yeast supplement added accordingly. The feeding trial lasted for 75 days, after which all lambs were slaughtered, and tissue samples were collected from the first, second, and third sections of the duodenum. These samples were fixed in 10% formalin and processed using standard histological techniques to create slides stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin. The slides were then photographed using a digital camera mounted on an Olympus microscope. The findings revealed that groups T1, T2, and T3 exhibited longer villi lined with simple columnar epithelium, with goblet cells present between the epithelial cells. The lamina propria contained numerous mucus glands, along with lymphocytic infiltration and plasma cells. In contrast, group T4 showed necrotic cells from the simple columnar epithelium sloughing off into the duodenal lumen, while other components of the duodenum remained intact

The Relationship between Internet Gaming Disorder and Cognitive Status Disorders in Middle School Students in the Urban Area of Yogyakarta
Background: The emergence of Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD) is linked to the inability to regulate internet and video game usage. As technology advances, the occurrence of IGD tends to rise. Given the widespread access to the internet in the Indonesian population, rural areas are susceptible to this issue. IGD has adverse effects on cognitive functions, particularly attention, due to prolonged use of video games or the internet. This research aims to examine cognitive status disorders in junior high school adolescents affected by IGD.
Objective: The objective of this study is to demonstrate the correlation between cognitive status disorders in junior high school adolescents affected by Internet Gaming Disorder in urban settings.
Method: Conducted as a cross-sectional investigation, this study involved students from SMP N 1 Yogyakarta and SMP N 8 Yogyakarta as research subjects. Participants meeting the specified inclusion and exclusion criteria underwent the GAS-7 Ina examination and a cognitive status assessment utilizing the modified mini mental state examination –Ina (MMMSE-Ina). Statistical analysis was used to determine the connection between IGD and demographic characteristics.
Results: Cognitive function was measured using the MMMSEC-Ina with a total of 37 consisting of 5 domains. Each cognitive domain was assessed with a maximum value of orientation of 12, registration of 3, calculation/attention of 7, recall of 3, and language of 12. The study revealed a significant association between decreased cognitive status and Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD) with a p-value of 0.014. In the bivariate analysis, the variable significantly linked to cognitive status was the type of game (p= 0.050). In multivariate analysis, IGD status (R2 = 0.469) was identified as a significant factor for CTS.
Conclusion: Junior high school teenagers in urban Yogyakarta, who suffer from Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD), exhibit compromised cognitive function, particularly in the areas of attention, recall, and language
Development of a Website-Based Project Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Information System in Community-Based Infrastructure Programs
In the Community-Based Infrastructure Program (IBM) organized by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR), there are several programs such as SANIMAS, Sanitation LPK, TPS 3R, and the PAMSIMAS Program, which are distributed across various villages and neighborhoods in Bali with a substantial budget. Consequently, this demands that the Commitment Officer (PPK) and their team effectively monitor and evaluate the programs. Time and personnel constraints and the community’s limited understanding of construction processes and aid management pose significant challenges. In this research, website-based software will be developed that has good functionality and quality, so that it can provide information quickly and accurately to PPK and relevant stakeholders involved in the project. The development of an integrated project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting information system (SIMEPP) for the IBM program was designed and built using the waterfall model development method, on the client side (frontend) built using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, while on the server side (backend) built using the Laravel framework with the PHP programming language, data storage using a relational database management system (RDBMS) namely MySQL database and on the web server side using apache to serve the Laravel application. Testing results indicate that this system meets all established criteria and is reliable for effectively and efficiently supporting project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. The functionality testing yielded a score of 1 (good), reliability testing achieved a success rate of 99.99%, and portability testing demonstrated that the SIMEPP website functions consistently across various major browsers.
