This study aims at investigating what makes EFL learners as being good learners and if there is a significant relationship between good English language learners and the strategies they tend to use. In addition, it aims at investigating whether the good English language learners are extravert or introvert personality type. To do so the researchers select two factors which they thought may be influential: out -of- class strategies (OCS), and Extravert/introvert personality type. To accomplish the goals of this study, 63 students of English department at Ferdowsi university and Imam Reza university in Mashhad, Iran at the level of B.A, M.A, & Ph.D  were handed two types of questionnaire to figure out the effect of their academic level and personality type on learning strategies they tend to use to improve their language proficiency. The results shows that the most frequent used strategy is the social one more than cognitive and metacognitive with the highest average mean score. However, the results show that the students are introverts more than extraverts. The results will be discussed in more details in this study

The current study was conducted to determine the prevalence of extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL) in 78 drug-resistant clinical isolates (25 Klebsiella pneumoniae and 53 Escherichia coli strains) using phenotypic and molecular methods. The phenotypic method was performed using a double-disk synergy test (DDST), while the genotypic method screened for the blaSHV, blaCTX-M13U, and blaOXA-10 genes using specific primers. The phenotypic results showed that out of 53 tested strains of E. coli, 17 (32.07%) produced ESBL. Similarly, out of 25 tested strains of K. pneumoniae, 8 (32%) produced ESBL. Genotypic detection showed that in E. coli, the most abundant gene was SHV, present in 24 strains (45.28%), followed by blaOXA-10 in 23 strains (43.39%) and CTX-M-3 in 8 strains (15.09%). In K. pneumoniae, SHV was detected in 12 strains (48%), followed by OXA-10 and CTX-M-3, each found in 5 strains (20%)

This research is quantitative in nature and is intended to examine whether can the diamond fraud model influence the occurrence of fraudulent financial reporting. The fraud diamond theory is measured by pressure (financial stability, financial targets, and external pressure), opportunity (ineffective monitoring), rationalization (change in auditor), and capability (change of director). State-owned business (BUMN) registered on the stock exchange of Indonesia between 2016 and 2022 comprise the population considered within this research. Purposive sampling was utilized in this research to select 154 companies for the sample. In this work, logistic regression analysis is the analytical method. The findings within this research show that the variables of financial stability and financial targets have a significant negative impact on the occurrence of fraudulent financial reporting, while the variables of external pressure and director change do not affect the occurrence of fraudulent financial reporting. The variables of ineffective monitoring and change in auditors also affect the occurrence of fraudulent financial reporting
