    Use of Barcode Based Traditional Games in Improving Student Learning Outcomes in Learning Citizenship Education (PPKN)

    This study collaborates between traditional games and technology. The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in PPKN (Citizenship Education) learning through barcode-based traditional games tumbawa. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was conducted because based on preliminary observations, the results of students' daily tests in PPKn learning were still low, from 25 students, 25 students, only 12 people or 48% had good learning outcomes. The procedures used in this study consisted of planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. This research was conducted in two cycles of action. The data collection methods used were tests, observation, interviews, and documentation. In analyzing the data used a qualitative descriptive method assisted by the calculation of the percentage. The targeted research output is the national journal published in the internationally accredited journal 5. The level of technology readiness used is in the field of education (TKT 2). This research is expected to create a learning atmosphere and a learning process that attracts students' attention so that it provides better learning achievement than before

    Factors Affecting Traffic Accidents on Online Transportation Riders in Ambon City

    Based on the Global Status Report on Road Safety (GSRS) released by WHO (2018), it was reported that every 24 seconds there is one life lost and every year 1.35 million victims die due to traffic accidents. Work accidents can happen to anyone, including online motorcycle taxi drivers. This study aims to determine the effect of the variable causing traffic accidents on online motorcycle taxi drivers in Ambon City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design, with a sample size of 96 people. Data obtained by conducting interviews using a questionnaire. Bivariate analysis using the chi square test, and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression tests. The results of this study indicate that the variables that affect the incidence of traffic accidents in online motorcycle taxi drivers in Ambon City are fatigue (p = 0.003), behavior (p = 0.000), and workload (p = 0.001). ) do not have a significant relationship with the incidence of traffic accidents. The most dominant influencing variable is driving behavior with the value of Exp. (Β) = 5,340. It is hoped that online motorcycle taxi drivers in Ambon City can prioritize driving safety with good driving behavior and for related agencies to provide socialization about safety riding and periodic vehicle worthiness checks

    Implementation of Subsidized Fuel Policy in Gorontalo City

    This study aims to determine the implementation of the subsidized fuel oil (BBM) policy in Gorontalo City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used interview techniques and focus group discussion (FGD). The results showed that the communication of the implementation of the subsidized fuel policy in the city of Gorontalo was well implemented. The socialization was carried out through coordination with all relevant stakeholders, the unfolding of notification banners related to the Subsidized Fuel policy at each gas station point. Resources, in order to support the implementation of the subsidized fuel policy in Gorontalo City, are not sufficient. It can be seen from the minimal number of gas stations that distribute subsidized fuel and the low volume of fuel supplied for each subsidized fuel. The attitude of the implementer/disposition towards the subsidized fuel policy in Gorontalo City is not very good. It can be seen from the attitude of the government and other stakeholders that they do not care about the distribution of subsidized fuel to non-target groups, as in this case it is given to retailers only. The bureaucratic structure does not work optimally, it can be seen from the absence of officers from either the government, Pertamina or other stakeholders at each gas station point who should be in charge of controlling and supervising the distribution of Subsidized Fuel

    The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of leadership styles in increasing local government innovation. This research method is based on the approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in North Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province, to be precise at the Regent Office of North Luwu Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews. The results showed that the leader has carried out his function as a spokesman. The output of the aforementioned activities has brought the good name of the North Luwu Regency Government as a regency that has the ability to speak professionally, where organizing international and national scale events require optimal lobbying and negotiations. The implementation of the leader in giving natural rewards to employees turns out to be able to improve performance and motivation on the pretext that the work given is an award because not everyone is able to complete the job well, on the other hand, employees feel that tasks that can be completed properly are opportunities for further increase his potential and competence so that it will be easier to get strategic positions in the future.     Analysis of the Implementation of Patient Safety Targets at the Makassar City Regional General Hospital

    The Patient Safety Goals (SKP) drive specific improvements in patient safety. These objectives highlight problematic areas of health care in a system implemented in hospitals to make patient care safer. This study aims to analyze the implementation of patient safety goals in Makassar City Hospital. This type of research is mixed methods research. The research uses a sequential explanatory strategy. The results showed that the implementation of patient safety targets based on the Hospital Patient Safety Target Standards (SNARS) at Makassar City Hospital has a good implementation of patient safety targets. The implementation of patient safety targets in terms of leadership in the Makassar City Regional General Hospital (RSUD), namely the awarding of awards has never been done, and supervision is carried out by looking at patient safety reports. In terms of human resources, training related to patient safety is still lacking and only during accreditation. Regarding policies, there are SOPs related to patient safety incidents and there is no clear sanction, only a warning. For teamwork, there is no availability of a patient safety team in the treatment room, only KMKP has a patient safety team. In addition, the implementation of patient safety goals in terms of communication, namely the existence of positive feedback given and followed up by the Patient Safety and Quality Committee (KMKP), as well as lack of socialization by KMKP, only at the time of accreditation
