This study is a study to determine the level of performance. In this study, the variables to be studied are: Net Profit Margin, Asset Turn Over, Net Income and Total Asset as measured by the Du Pont Method. This study uses time series data for the last five years, so that the population of this study is also the research sample. Islamic Economic Concept in Poverty Alleviation
Get PDFThis study aims to describe the concept of Islamic economics in poverty alleviation. This research method is descriptive qualitative research using data sources from literature or library research (library research). The research approach uses a normative approach and a historical approach. The normative approach is used to examine the ideals of the Islamic Economic conception and then analyze how it is applied. Meanwhile, the historical approach is used to study empirical facts about poverty alleviation. The results showed that the stagnant distribution will cause inequality and social inequality. For this reason, the implementation of the zakat obligation is a very urgent need. The priority of poverty alleviation according to the concept of Islamic economics is to overcome the causes of poverty, namely improving the distribution of wealth. Zakat is the main instrument which is a solution to these various problems, especially in dealing with poverty and social inequality. In Islam, the state must create programs and facilities that can overcome the problem of poverty, guarantee a decent life for the poor and provide the economic means needed to become a source of livelihood for the poor. Islamic economics can be explored more deeply for the development of economics and its benefits in alleviating poverty
Learning Styles Activity level and Medical Students’ Learning Performance
Get PDFThe activity level relationship of learning styles and the level of activity relationships intra-campus activities to the achievement of the medical students. The design used in this study is analytical category using cross sectional approach. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square test. The results of the analysis with chi-square test found a correlation between the activity level relationship of study style to academic achievement of students (ρ-value=0.891) and found a correlation between the activity of intra-campus activities to academic achievement of students (ρ value = 0.021). There is a relationship between the level of activity of intra-campus activities to academic achievement of students
The Influence of Thematic Learning Implementation on Student Motivation in Public Elementary School 002 Sungai Pinang Samarinda
Get PDFThematic learning is learning with a theme to combine several lessons so that it can provide a meaningful experience to students. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of thematic learning on the learning motivation of grade V students at SDN 002 Sungai Pinang Dalam Samarinda in the 2019/2020 learning year. This type of research is ex post facto research, because there is no control over the independent variables. This study consists of two variables, namely the independent variable and one dependent variable. The independent variable is the implementation of thematic learning (X). The dependent variable is student learning motivation (Y). The population of this study were class V students of the 2019/2020 learning year at SDN 002 Sungai Pinang Dalam. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques were data normality test, homogeneity test, data linearity test and simple linear regression test. Researchers also do not make arrangements or manipulate the independent variables. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the implementation of thematic learning on the learning motivation of grade V students at SDN 002 Sungai Pinang Dalam Samarinda for the 2019/2020 learning year with a moderate determination coefficient value of 0.50 or 50%. From the regression equation Y = 14.774 + 0.759X, it can be seen that the consistency value of the thematic learning implementation variable is 14.774 while the X regression coefficient is 0.759 which states that every 1% of thematic learning (X) implementation will increase student learning motivation by 0.759. The regression coefficient is positive, thus it can be said that the direction of the influence of the thematic learning implementation variable on student learning motivation is positive

Palestinian NGO Sector: Development & Major Characteristics
Get PDFThis article examines the situation of Palestinian NGOs before 2012 through a review over the NGO sector and their regulation, governance and relationship to various stakeholders that the sector is expected to be accountable for. This article sheds light on Palestinian organizations to classify the sector's vulnerability. It also sheds some light on the multiple factors behind the contentious relationship between NGOs and public authorities on the one hand, and between NGOs and the general public on the other hand. The article uses a combination of a quantitative and qualitative methodology and mixed data collection methods from primary and secondary sources for the purposes of clarifying the governance situation of NGOs. The controversy surrounding Palestinian NGOs are because of their motivation, agendas and sources of funds. One of the factors that increases the suspicion is the fact that its board of directors and its director intrude from the Palestinian public and withhold information from them. In the period referred to, the Palestinian Authority closes organizations that support Islamic view and liquidates their resources, while tens of new PA supporter’s organizations have created, receives financial support from the PA., and others emerged that were established for personal purposes, maintaining a relationship with the current of power, and the legal framework and governance framework for NGOs remained left on the shelf and used for opponents/ one major finding is that the NGOs sector is able to serve the and helps in fulfulling public needs and strategic national interests if they choose to despite the changes in the national political situations and the pressures imposed from the authorities and donors. The study contributes positively to the understanding of NGOs as a sector. Its clafry the challanages and the weaknesses of the NGO sector and call for more foucs on seving public needs
Factors Affecting the Failure of Patient Safety Target Indicators in the Regional Hospital of the Datu Beru Takengon Central Aceh
Get PDFThe application of patient safety management is very important in an effort to prevent or minimize the occurrence of adverse patient safety incidents. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence the achievement of patient safety target indicators. The method is a quantitative observational study with a cross sectional study approach. The study population was a nurse who worked in the inpatient room with a sample of 60 people who were taken by purposive sampling. The statistical test used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression Test show that knowledge, communication systems, commitment and experience (regression coefficient values of 0.164, 1.1192, 0.528 and 1.169 have a positive influence on the achievement of patient safety goal indicators and leadership, risk management systems and reporting systems have a significant influence. negative impact on the achievement of patient safety target indicators (regression coefficient values of -0.064, - 0.967 and -0.281). The results of the t test were obtained that the communication system is the dominant factor that has a significant effect on the achievement of the patient safety goal indicators. significant towards the achievement of patient safety target indicators.It is expected that input or consideration for the hospital in evaluating and improving hospital policies in increasing the achievement of patient safety target indicators is in accordance with existing targets
