    This study aims to analyze and examine strategies for improving the quality of public services at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and the National Land Agency of North Luwu Regency. The method is qualitative research with data collection techniques in this study include interviews and observations. The data analysis process used an interactive model analysis with data analysis including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show obstacles in implementing strategies for improving the quality of land services, including the capacity and capability of the apparatus personnel who are not yet fully capable of carrying out service functions based on predetermined SOPs, including the lack of human resources who have expertise in land affairs. Apart from that, the support for facilities and infrastructure which greatly supports the implementation of land service functions in the field is still very limited. The cultural strategy that needs to be put forward is how to build a work culture that is flexible and sensitive to the needs of land service users. This is considered important, given the complexity of problems surrounding land administration management, which is still a major problem and is in the public spotlight. The facts that the researchers found in the field prove that land problems, especially those related to the work culture of land service officials, are still a matter of concern for people who use land services

    Motor development is a process of growing and development of motion ability of children's development conditions with the nerve and brain development of children so every simple movement is the results of complex interaction patterns of various and optimized particular systems. Motor development is connected with the growth process of motoric associated with knowledge, family income and attitudes of moms. The type of research used is observational research with the "cross sectional study" approach, to know the factors related to motor development of motorcycle of body in the integrated service post of Sawi Massamaturu village, popular district. Research results show that of the large 30 sample estimates, 14 children with normal motor development and 6 children that the motor development is disturbed.     Educator Readiness Evaluation in the Implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Disadvantaged, Frontier, and Outermost Areas

    This study aims to describe the readiness of educators in implementing the 2013 curriculum in the 3T area in North Gorontalo District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this study were school principals and educators in the 3T area school. The research result shows four things; first; Academic qualifications of educators in schools in the 3Tl area have not been fully fulfilled according to Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System Article 42 paragraph (1). Second; The Academic Competence of Educators in the 3T area is not yet fully educated with S1 academic qualifications in accordance with Article 8 of Law Number 14 of 2005. The three certificates of educators have not been fully fulfilled in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Educators and Lecturers. The fourth role of educators in realizing the goals of national education principals continues to encourage educators to continue to carry out learning innovations, especially in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum as an effort to improve professionalism as a form of role in realizing the goals of national education

    Analysis of the Prosperous Family Card Program Policy during the Covid-19 Pandemic

    The purpose of this research is to investigate the policy of the Prosperous Family Card Program in Tellang Kere Village of Tellu Limpoe District, Bone Regency. The research method used is qualitatively descriptive. This method will provide a complete picture of social phenomena. Data collection techniques applied were observation and interview with key informants; Secretary of the sub-district head, Head of Public Service Section, Head and Village Secretary, Village Head, Community leader, prosperous family card’s recipient community, additional informant: e-warong village agent. The results of the research indicated that the policy of the Prosperous Family Card Program in Tellang Kere Village of Tellu Limpoe District, Bone regency had not been effective. Some obstacles occurred in the location, namely firstly, the lack of education and complete socialization to recipients of The Prosperous Family Card, inactive social assistance so that many people still do not understand the benefits and objectives of the policy. Secondly, the limitations of the internet network forced the village agents to collect beneficiary families somewhere to make withdrawal transactions through Electronic Data Capture, this took time-consuming. Thirdly, the data of the recipient of the Prosperous Family Card was often missed and not meticulous but not accumulated in the following month, and the last, monotonous menu had the potential to raise cholesterol that had an impact the risk of heart attack and diabetes, nevertheless, the public felt that this program had the benefits especially in the time of COVID-19 pandemic

    The purpose of this study is to determine the development of MSMEs in Gorontalo Regency and to provide new innovations in the development of MSMEs based on Creative Economy (Ekraf) and Gig economy in Gorontalo Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which describes and describes facts according to the phenomenon of how development is seen from the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities (SWOT analysis) with the aim of providing an Creative Economy-based MSME development strategy and the Gig economy in Gorontalo Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of MSMEs against informants from three business fields, namely the Food Business Sector (dodol processed food), clothing (Sulaman Karawo) and handicrafts spread across three existing sub-districts in Gorontalo Regency. The results showed that the creative economy-based and gig economy-based MSMEs in Gorontalo Regency have not been fully implemented by MSME actors because they have limited capabilities and experience problems in their business development, this is due to several problems faced such as limited capital, raw materials and the use of simple production equipment, limited marketing media due to the absence of a MSME center, the types of products offered, quite a lot of transaction costs, less skilled labor, and product copyright registration problems for that from the results of the SWOT analysis of the diversification strategy at a more precise value to be applied, because it is considered more appropriate to the current conditions in Gorontalo Regency. In addition, the use of the gig economy is a part-time worker who is competent and innovative for MSMEs that are progressing and ready to compete
