Relationship of Customer Relationship Learning to Service Quality of Regional Development Banks
This study aims to analyze the relationship between customer relationship learning and service quality at Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Plc, Surabaya Region. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive research approach. The population was 1,329 savings customers in 10 locations of the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Plc network in the Surabaya region, representing the eastern, western, northern and southern regions of Surabaya with 307 respondents.The results showed that customer relationship learning had an effect on the quality of PT Bank Pembangunan's service. The area of East Java Plc in the Surabaya area, this shows that with a customer relationship learning strategy, it will be able to increase service quality. Service quality is the totality of the characteristics of goods and services that demonstrate its ability to satisfy customer needs
Global Economic Policy Response in Asean Welcomes Changes in Market Behavior Towards the New Normal
This article addresses the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate, normally used to determine how quickly economic growth has contracted in a region, i.e. adverse growth. Thus, the Finance Ministers and the ASEAN Central Bank Governors have decided on a number of promises, including (1) that exceptional policy responses to resolve this pandemic would be washed away to restore economic activity. (2) to enhance the economic and financial monitoring efficiency of the area, and to promote readiness to act as an efficient financial safety net in the region and as an essential component of the global financial security net of the Chiang May Initiative Multilateralization (CMIM). (3) to facilitate greater intra-ASEAN exchange and investment by setting up eligible ASEAN banks (4) funding for local currency use programs for settlements, foreign investments and other operations between ASEAN countries, such as revenue and transfer transactions. (5) supports the advancement of partnership in the area of the funding of infrastructures, in the context of many recommendations to facilitate private investment growth, among other steps. Customer Satisfaction on Barista Service
This study aims to determine consumer satisfaction with barista services. The method in this study is qualitative using a descriptive approach. The method of data collection in this study was done through observation, interviews with a list of questions and documentation. The results of the study show that consumer satisfaction with barista services in general is satisfied with the barista services and coffee drinks served, but most of the guests who visit are only coffee drinkers, not coffee connoisseurs. This needs to be followed up so that consumers or guests can better understand the existence and services of Baristas, this is because consumers or guests are only coffee drinkers, not coffee connoisseurs and only choose the type of coffee provided. The existence of the Barista and the services available at the cafe only provide coffee based on the needs of consumers or guests and there is still a lack of availability of very limited and expensive equipment that must be spent for each equipment needed
Students Reading Comprehension through Scanning Technique
This article reviews how scanning technique contributes to reading comprehension. Reading comprehension is defined as the process by which a person derives meaning from print. Scanning is a device used to locate details. Scanning means glancing rapidly through the text either to search for a specific piece of information The differences of students reading comprehension after treatment are influenced by treatment given to them. It was proven by the result of previous research statistical data analysis which indicated to the students’ progress. teaching reading by using scanning technique can increase students’ reading achievement
The Influence of Scientific Approach on Increased interest, creativity and learning outcomes: an Action Class Research
Class Action Research (CAR) was conducted to analyze the increase of interest, creativity and interest, creativity, and learning outcomes of students in the Mattayeom 4 class Phatanakansuksa Foundation School Thailand by implementing the Scientific approach method. During the observation and review with the English teacher Mattayeom 4, the researcher was able to describe the profile of student learning outcomes in grade 1 as a class with great potential but not well-honed. The low interest of students in this learning process can result in a learning process that is not optimal so that the results obtained are not optimal. The results of the implementation of classroom action research in the Mattayeom 4/2 Phatanakansuksa Foundation School's Real Work Lecture program which shows an increase in learning outcomes through a direct learning process applied by teachers/researchers

Reducing the Effects of Blood Sugar Infusion of Melastoma Malabathricum L. in Mus Musculus
This study aims to determine the blood sugar-lowering effect of Melastoma malabathricum L. infusion on Mus musculus. The research design used was an experimental laboratory carried out in the pharmacology laboratory of the Ho Chi Minh City University. This study used 15 male mice which were divided into 5 groups consisting of group I as negative control by giving aquadest, groups II, III, IV were given infusion of Melastoma malabathricum L. respectively 0.1 g/ml, 0.2 g/ml, and 0.4 g/ml, and group V as a positive control with glibenclamide suspension. The results showed that statistical testing using the SPSS program showed a significant difference (p <0.05), which means that senggani leaf infusion had a significant effect on reducing blood sugar levels in mice and the most optimal was 0.4 g/ml infusion
Pedagogical Approach for Effective Teaching of English Language in Nigerian Secondary Schools
This paper examined the pedagogical approaches to the teacher learning of English language in Nigerian secondary schools. However, the paper identified the concepts and types of pedagogical approaches. The factors affecting pedagogical approach for effective teaching and learning of English language. It was therefore concluded that the most effective pedagogical approach for the teaching-learning process of English language is the use of child centredness approach, activity oriented prorgamme it was therefore recommended that teachers should be curriculum. It was noted that effective use of pedagogical approach enhances effective teaching learning of English language especially in Nigerian secondary schools
Application of Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME) in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus based on Blood Glucose Levels
Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME) uses guidelines, counseling, and behavioral intervention methods to increase knowledge about diabetes and improve individual and family skills in managing diabetes mellitus (DM). This research is a quantitative study using a pre-experimental design that provides treatment or intervention to the research subjects then the effect of the treatment is measured and analyzed. This design is used to compare the results of the intervention of the application of Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME) on controlling blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The analysis used the dependent t-test / paired t-test. The results showed that there were significant differences in blood glucose levels in the measurement after giving DSME to the respondents, indicating that the measurement of blood glucose levels after treatment was smaller than the measurement before treatment. It is necessary to develop a program to increase the competence of nurses in nursing care for diabetic clients and education related to diabetic self-care to increase the knowledge and skills of nurses in managing diabetes
Prevention Models of Occupational Contact Dermatitis in Beauty Salon Employees of Kendari City
This study aims to determine the effect of modifying factors, perceived vulnerability, perceived seriousness, perceived barriers and encouragement to prevent occupational contact dermatitis on beauty salon employees in Kendari City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study approach using an explanative survey research design with a sample size of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling. The data was collected by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS program and Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between modifying factors on perceptions of seriousness and barriers, on perceptions of vulnerability, there is a significant influence between perceptions of vulnerability, seriousness, barriers, encouragement on the prevention of occupational contact dermatitis
