The Influence of Leadership Style on the Effectiveness of Office Management in Integrated Services Business Offices
The aim of this analysis was to ascertain the degree to which the Head of the Integrated Business Services Office's Leadership Style affects the efficacy of the Integrated Business Services Office's management. In data analysis, a descriptive study of one variable was performed to determine the percentage trend of each test variable; second, the commodity moment correlation formula was used to analyze variable relationships; and third, a basic equation model was used to analyze the impact relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The data for this study were processed using a micro statistical program with the assistance of a computer program. The data analysis and interpretation of the study's hypotheses indicate that there is a significant relationship and influence between the variable leadership style of the Integrated Business Services Office's Head and the effectiveness of the Integrated Business Services Office's management, at the 5% significance level or P = 0, 05, respectively
Analysis of Factors Affecting the Restatement of Financial Statements
The convergence of IFRS has brought an impact on the changes of financial accounting standards in Indonesia. The variation provide an opportunity for the restatement of financial statements. Therefore, this study aimed to examine CEO turnover, earnings management, and audit quality on the restatement of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of2014 to 2018. In this study, purposive sampling method was carried out to consider samples with predetermined criteria. The obtained data were about 376 and analyzed using logistic regression with the SPPS 24.0 tool. As the results of data analysis, this study indicated that the CEO turnover had a positive effect on restatement; the earnings management had a positive effect on restatement; and the audit quality had no effect on restatement of financial statements

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the Institute of Domestic Administration, South Sulawesi Campus. This study uses quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted at the Institute of Domestic Administration, South Sulawesi Campus. The results of this study indicate a significant influence between the work environment (X1) on employee performance (Y) at the Institute of Domestic Administration, South Sulawesi Campus because t count = 5,800 > t table, and the value of t sig. = 0.000 < 0.05. Performance Analysis of the Quality Team at the Community Health Center of Binjai City
The quality assurance program has 3 components, namely standards, accreditation and continuous quality improvement using the management cycle in order to maintain and or improve quality. However, the weakness of the quality assurance system due to the application of standards has not become a culture for internal customers in carrying out services in accordance with service indicators set by the quality team at the time of accreditation. The purpose of the study was to analyze the performance of the Quality Team at the Binjai City Health Center in 2021. The research design used was qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research informants were 8 main informants and 2 additional informants. Data collection methods are primary, secondary and tertiary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are reduction, display and conclusion or verification. The results showed that education was not in accordance with the main duties and functions, lack of understanding of quality assurance, facility resources were optimal, the leadership style of the head of the puskesmas was not in accordance with the management function of the puskesmas, the team perceived that they were carrying out their duties in accordance with their main functions, the attitude of not wanting to make changes, limited human resources education, lack of continuous training, lack of teamwork, attention, two-way communication, and the absence of a post-accreditation mentoring team

Analysis of Capacity Strengthening of Community Health Center in Improving Health Services in Jayapura Regency
Puskesmas (Community Health Center) is a public organization that is tasked with providing the best health services to the people who live in 139 villages and 5 sub-districts in Jayapura Regency. In fact, Community Health Center are not optimally performing their duties and functions because they experience delays in their human resources, supporting facilities, poor management of Community Health Center, no clear regulatory support and a lack of budget availability to support Community Health Center operations in their services. The problem in this research is How to Strengthen the Organizational Capacity of Puskesmas in Improving Health Services in Jayapura District? The purpose of this study was to analyze the Strengthening of Public Health Center Organizational Capacity in improving health services in Jayapura Regency. This research is expected to contribute to the Jayapura Regency Government, through the Health Office and in particular for Community Health Center as regional technical implementation units to improve the Organizational Capacity in Improving Health Services in Jayapura Regency. The results showed that the Organizational Capacity of Puskesmas can be improved by strengthening management governance, incentive systems, facilities, leadership, organizational culture, communication, and organizational structure
Anxiety Disorders in Pregnant Women: Causes and How to Overcome Them
The article explains the origins of anxiety disorders during pregnancy, and their treatment. Pregnant women's anxiety is normally manifests itself as emotions, perceptions, and behaviors, which is mediated by biological, social, and genetic influences. Probability analysis is done of this kind. Using a survey of 1500 rural residents as a random number between 100 and 1600 produces a 200% response rate. those findings revealed that 60% of the participants had adequate reproductive age and 51% had mild to moderate anxiety, and 78.4% had high anxiety. The reasons leading to pregnant women's anxiety include their age, working status, lack of care from a boyfriend, having had previously given birth, and their wellbeing before becoming pregnant, all of the woman's family members, and maternal well-being. To resolve this is by sufficient relaxation, anti-depressants, a safe diet, and physical exercise, along with learning how to behave more positively, and by means of ourselves, or through prantal massage
The Influence of Individual Characteristics, Organizational Factors and Job Satisfaction on Nurse Performance
Hospitals have professional human resources in various service fields. One of them is a nurse. This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, organizational factors, and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses. This type of research is analytical survey by design (cross sectional). The research sample consisted of 165 nurses with accidental sampling method. This study uses a questionnaire on organizational factors, job satisfaction, and performance. The study was conducted from November to December 2019 at Bunda Thamrin General Hospital. Bivariate data analysis using Chi-square (X2) statistical test and multivariate using logistic regression. The results showed that there was an effect (p<0.05) years of service (p=0.02; RR=0.30), supervision (p=0.00; RR=3.83), rewards (p=0, 00; RR = 5.20), and job satisfaction (p = 0.00; RR = 8.00) on the performance of nurses. Supervision has an effect of four times (OR=3.76) and job satisfaction has an effect of 10 times (OR=10.36) on the performance of nurses. There was no effect (p>0,05) gender (p=0,55; RR=0,38), age (p=0,29; RR=0,52), education level (p=0,32; RR=1,72), career path (p=0,08; RR=0,41), and marital status (p=0,74; RR=0,73) on nurse performance. Job satisfaction and supervision are variables that have the greatest influence on the performance of nurses. So it is important for institutions to improve the quality of supervision (increase supervisory competence, determine materials and supervision schedules) and increase job satisfaction (considering motivational and hygiene factors). Analysis of Determinants of Stunting Incidence in 2-Year-Old Toddlers in Mamuju Regency
Stunting is one of the nutritional problems that is of great concern in Indonesia. West Sulawesi is the second highest region for stunting cases in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the incidence of LBW, exclusive breastfeeding, age of complementary feeding and Early Breastfeeding Initiation status on the incidence of stunting in children under two in Mamuju Regency. The research method used is an analytic observational study with a retrospective cohort design. This research will be carried out in two Puskesmas with the highest number of stunting cases in Mamuju Regency, namely Bambu Health Center and Keang Health Center. The population in this study was 928 baduta. The study sample was drawn using the proportion calculation method so that the research sample was divided into 65 exposed groups and 65 non-exposed groups so that the total sample was 130 children under five. The results showed that there was a relationship between the incidence of LBW (0.00), breastfeeding (0.00), age of giving complementary feeding (0.00), early breastfeeding initiation status (0.00) with stunting incidence in children under two in the district. Mamuju. Non-exclusive breastfeeding is 36 times more risky for stunting in children under two in Mamuju Regency.
