    Evaluation of Drug Procurement with the E-Phurchasing System on the Availability of Drugs at the Pharmacy Installation of the Central Aceh Regency Health Office

    The purpose of the study was to evaluate drug procurement with the E-Purchasing system on the availability of drugs at the Pharmacy Installation of the Health Office of Central Aceh Regency. The research design used qualitative research methods through in-depth interviews accompanied by direct observation (observation). Informants of the Head of the Health Office, the Head of the Pharmacy Installation of the Health Office, the Planning and Finance Subdivision of the Health Office, the drug management officer at the Health Office and the health center drug management officer were 2 people. Data analysis is presented in the form of a text (content analysis). The results of the research on the availability of drugs at the Pharmacy Installation of the Aceh Tengan District Health Office have not been maximized, the process of ordering drugs by E-purchasing and Non-E-purchasing is in accordance with PMK No. 63 of 2014, but the fulfillment time is not in accordance with the 2014 Pharmaceutical Service Standards. The budget provided for the drug procurement process by e-purchasing is not sufficient. The conclusion of this study is that the availability of drugs in the Pharmacy Installation of the District Health Office of Central Aceh Regency has not been maximized. This drug vacancy is caused by the number of drugs that are not all realized, the time of drug delivery by the distributor

    The potential of marine fisheries in the Minapolitan area of Tatapaan, South Minahasa Regency has not been utilized properly through community business groups. This problem is indicated as a result of the lack of empowerment of the community marine fishery small business groups. In order to accelerate poverty alleviation and increase equity and increase community competitiveness in the study of social and humanities, this research was conducted. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data obtained from interviews followed by observation and use of documents. Data analysis is performed interactively through data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing / verification. The research findings show that the empowerment programs carried out by the central government, provincial governments and district governments from the aspects of enabling, empowering and maintaining are more general in nature and not all are in accordance with the needs of the community and business groups. Improvements in the empowerment of fishing communities' businesses can occur and develop when the government is able to provide promotional information facilities and media, and the community is able to manage finances and switch to the use of more modern equipment. The implication of this research is that community empowerment can run when there is good cooperation between the government and the community

    Hand sanitizers may help increase hand hygiene compliance as the results of invailability of basic needs for cleaning such as soap or water. Since alcohol has an irritating effect on the skin and burns quickly, it is currently discouraged as an active ingredient. Knowledge of covid 19 is critical for the world to have in order for individuals to be able to make informed choices on how to split the covid 19 transmission chain. This thesis employs a pre-experimental method that employs the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design approach. The paired t test was used to examine the relationship between the two variables, namely the betel leaf extract handsanitizer output preparation and the respondent's knowledge of the handsanitizer making process. Extension has an impact on increasing respondents' awareness of how to make natural hand sanitizers. The paired t-test findings indicate that the Sig. = 0.000 0.05, indicating that there is a discrepancy between the pretest and posttest. With a mean value of -5.967, this data indicates the average discrepancy between the pretest and posttest, with a range of -5.383 to -6.551 (95 percent CI), indicating that there is a difference between the pretest and posttest mean values, indicating that the pretest value has an influence on the post test.     The public's reaction to the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic is discussed in this report, as well as the idea of enforcing public health protocols, the relevance of implementing health protocols, and the public's reaction to implementing health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. This thesis is a quantitative one that relies on data gathered from surveys. The public reaction demonstrates that health guidelines are needed to strengthen attempts to avoid and monitor COVID-19 for people in public places and hospitals in order to avoid the emergence of new epicenters / clusters during the pandemic, as shown by the 78 percent who cooperate and the 22 percent who deliberately and inadvertently disregard. The community's position in breaking the COVID-19 transmission chain, or the possibility of contracting and distributing it, must be accomplished by the implementation of health protocols. The community's reaction to COVID 19 varies; some people really follow the government's protocol, which some people understand; but, for economic reasons, they still operate outside the home to survive

    The Effect of Patient Experience on Patient Loyalty through Patient Satisfaction in Telemedicine Application Services During the Covid-19 Pandemic

    The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between patient experience and satisfaction and patient loyalty utilizing Halodoc and Alodokter. Direct and indirect impacts between study variables are among the topics that have been investigated. A cross-sectional research approach was employed in this study, which combined quantitative descriptive analysis with an analytic survey. The research included 500 patients who used Halodoc and another 500 individuals who used Alodokter as part of their treatment. The study sample consisted of 286 individuals, including 143 patients who used Halodoc and 143 patients who used Alodokter, who were selected using the proportionate sampling method. An association between patient experience and patient satisfaction was found to be significant (p-value 0.0000.05), while an association between patient experience and patient loyalty was found to be significant (p-value0.0000.05). As an added bonus, there was a direct relationship between customer happiness and customer loyalty, with a p-value of 0.0000.05. The indirect impact of patient experience on patient loyalty and patient satisfaction as a mediator, however, was shown to be statistically significant (p-value = 0.000 0.05) and was found to be significant. This research suggests that telemedicine services are being used more often in health agencies during the COVID-19 pandemic because of the potential advantages it provides, such as its efficiency and the impact it has on patient happiness and loyalty, according to the findings

    Factor Analysis Affecting Quality of Life of PLWHA at the Community Health Center Service

    Until now, HIV infection is still a global health problem. Handling of HIV infection cases still faces many problems due to various factors. As a result of these factors can also affect the quality of life of PLWHA. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of factors from knowledge, attitudes, stigma and family support on the quality of life of PLWHA at the Community health center Service of Teladan in 2020. This study used an analytic survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size in the study was 93 people. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The bivariate analysis used was the Chi-square test and the multivariate with the multivariable logistic regression test. A total of 72 respondents (77.4%) were male and 63 respondents (67.4%) were adults. From the results of the multivariate analysis, the sig values of knowledge (p = 0.013), attitudes (p = 0.045), stigma (p = 0.045) and family support (p = 0.001) were obtained. It was found that there was an influence of knowledge, attitudes, stigma and family support factors on the quality of life of PLWHA. From the results of this study, it is hoped that it can improve services to PLWHA and provide understanding about HIV-AIDS to patients, families and also the community in order to reduce stigma and discrimination against PLWH

One of the businesses that produce shredded is Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Raja Abon Makmur Lestari. This business must apply a consumer-oriented marketing concept. The application of this concept is to determine the marketing mix consisting of product, price, promotion, and place. The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer assessments of the various attributes of shredded products and evaluate the results of the shredded product marketing mix strategy. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, with the 4P marketing mix approach. The marketing mix strategy evaluation design involves internal parties, namely business owners, and external parties, namely consumers. The results of the discussion show that consumer assessment of products has guaranteed quality, consumer ratings of prices are in accordance with quality, consumer assessments of shredded product distribution are easy to obtain and consumer assessments of promotion by word of mouth are very efficient and easy to get information on social media. The evaluation results of the marketing mix for shredded products are in the range of 101-125. Based on this total value, it can be concluded that all the variables of the marketing mix carried out by the king of shredded and prosperous sustainable have been effective

This study aims to find answers to the main problem, namely how the role of women in the local government bureaucracy seen from human resource development aspect in Central Sulawesi Province. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to create a picture of the gender presentation in the bureaucratic staffing and the role of women. The subjects of this study were women who hold echelons. The data collection technique used in this study was literature review. For the validity of the data, the cross check technique was used. The data analysis technique used is the inductive analysis technique. The results showed that the role of women in the local government bureaucracy in Central Sulawesi was still not fully implemented. The echelon holder ratio is still dominated by men. However, it is possible that this ratio will change over time
