Target Group Behavior for Policy Performance Impact: Study on Poverty Reduction Implementation in Makassar, Indonesia
The implementation of poverty reduction policies in Makassar City is still reaping many problems. Various poverty reduction programs launched by the government have not been able to eradicate poverty effectively. In the implementation of these various poverty reduction programs, the response of the target group tends to be negative, causing fragmentation at the level of implementation. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the process of implementing poverty reduction policies in Makassar City from the perspective of group behavior. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and review of poverty documents. The research data were analyzed by qualitative analysis. The results show that the community is basically very responsive to the existence of poverty reduction policies in the form of multi-purpose social security assistance distributed by the Makassar City Social Service because some of them feel helped by the assistance, but some also feel that the policies are not well targeted due to incomplete data collection. equitable and fair. The inaccuracy of policy targets (assistance for beneficiaries) for the poor causes social jealousy in the community which has an impact on street level publicity and policy performance so that it does not significantly reduce poverty in Makassar City

Analysis of these images allows you to determine the possibility of developing certain diseases. To do this, it is necessary to cluster the set of bacteria and count the bacteria. Effect of Service Experience and Perceived Value on Patients Satisfaction with Special Hospitals for Mom and Children
Patient satisfaction must be achieved in order to survive in the competitive hospital industry which tends to continue to grow beyond existing needs. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Service Experience and Perceived Value on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Installation of the Regional Special Hospital of South Sulawesi Province (RSKD IA Pertiwi and RSKD IA Siti Fatimah). This type of research is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross-sectional study design. The sample in this study were patients in the inpatient installation of the IA Pertiwi Regional Special Hospital (RSKD) and RSKD IA Siti Fatimah, totaling 130 respondents. The results showed that service experience based on functional clues variables, mechanic clues variables, humanistic clues variables, and perceived value affected patient satisfaction. It is recommended to every officer, both management and all employees, to maintain the dimensions of a good service experience, try to meet expectations, wants, and needs according to hospital standards, especially in the functional clues and humanistic clues dimensions by increasing the sensitivity of nurses in handling/care that can help complaints patients, there needs to be an increase in strategies in building customer value so that patients feel the pride felt by patients when they are treated in the hospital

In many health care systems around the world, increasing attention is focused on Human Resource Management (HRM). HRM is currently manifested as a key element of successful innovation because the human element is involved in the entire innovation process. Innovation is important in terms of public services, for example service innovation using information technology so as to increase efficiency and effectiveness in providing services. This study aims to analyze the effect of HRM on health service innovation in hospitals. This research method is a scoping review. The results of the research are from the literature search that discusses the effect of HRM on innovation in health services in hospitals. The types of innovations supported by HRM are HRM Practices, Knowledge Management, Humble Leadership, Green HRM, Crisis Management Theory, Clinical Directorates Model, and E-Medical services, E-Nursing services, and E-Adminstrative Services

Zoom was an application developed during the Covid-19 timeframe to address the limitations between educators and students, especially in terms of space and time. Learning by simulated children's attention, on the other hand, causes disruption in the learning phase. During the learning phase, students must maintain a high level of concentration. The level of concentration of students has a significant impact on the learning process' outcomes. For example, the issue of anti-social conduct in teenagers, as well as disagreements with parents, often result in conflict, ties of solidarity that may result in hazardous hazards and emotional illnesses such as stress, excessive anxiety, and depression. Anxiety disorder is a kind of emotional illness that may develop in late adolescence as a result of psychosocial causes. In which late adolescents react to stresses in an inappropriate and accurate manner. Anxiety disorders may impair the development of teaching and learning, since they lead people to suffer information processing distortion. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of excessive worry on the prevalence of sleeplessness in late teenage adolescents. The researchers will conduct an analytical observational study using a cross sectional design. Teenagers with anxiety were classified as having no anxiety by 71 individuals (88.8 percent), mild anxiety by 8 people (10.0 percent), and moderate anxiety by one person (1.3 percent ). According to the classification of insomnia, there were 48 individuals (60.0 percent) in the severe group, 18 teenagers (22.5 percent) in the very severe category, and 14 adolescents (17.5 percent) in the moderate category. There is a link between anxiety and the prevalence of sleeplessness in late teenage teens

Utilization of FAD Distribution in South Buton Waters as a Fishing App by Purse Sein Fishermen in Kadatua District, Selatan Buton Regency
Fish Aggregating Devices (FAD's) have long been used by fishermen in South Buton Regency. This study aims to determine the utilization of FAD distribution as a fishing aid by purse sein vessels in the waters of Kadatua District, South Buton Regency. This study aims to determine the utilization of FAD distribution as a fishing tool by purse sein vessels in Kadatua District, South Buton Regency. Data collection methods include FAD point data taken from GPS (Global Position System) fishermen and dominant catch data from purse sein fishermen. The results of the study obtained data on the distribution of FADs in Kadatua District spread between a distance of 0-12 miles, during the study the coordinates of FADs were obtained as many as 79 coordinate points owned by fishermen in Kadatua District. FADs used by purse sein fishermen to carry out fishing operations have 24 FAD points, which are spread over a distance of 0 – 12 miles. In April the distribution of FADs used as fishing aids by purse sein vessels was at a distance of ± 0 – 12 miles, while in May and June FADs used as fishing aids were at a distance of ± 2 – 12 miles. The dominant fish catch data for purse sein fishermen is 690 kg in April, 525 kg in May and 735 kg in June. The dominant catch during the study was dominated by scad fish (Decapterus spp). The level of effectiveness of the dominant catch of purse sein fishermen is highest at a distance of 4-12 miles with a total catch of 1,070 kg of the total catch of 1,950 kg
