Potential Analysis of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes in Minahasa Regency
The purpose of this study is to analyze the contribution of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) to Minahasa Regency Regional Revenue, the determinant factor of PBB-P2 revenue which has the most tax objects/subjects but has not contributed to Minahasa Regency Locally-generated revenue (PAD) and Strategies in seeking PBB-P2 in Minahasa Regency to provide real contribution to local revenue. This research method includes a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach to the BPPRETDA case study method. SWOT-Quadrant Analysis. The results of quadrant 1 position score 0.29 external opportunities & 0.12 internal strengths. Progressive action, the SO matrix is recommended by BPPRETDA to increase (NJOP & tax rate 0.3%), increase (officer education, facilities & tax revenue sharing), and collect PBB-P2 data. Potential Determination of Rp.134,128,478,400,- (11% Regional Revenue). It is necessary to determine the (Selling Value of Tax Object (NJOP) of land and buildings to be increased to near market prices with office work and field inspections and to support education, training for officers is needed to continue to be carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance or independently by the Regional Government
Study on Learning Organizations in Makassar City Government
Badu Ahmad, Study on learning organtzation in Local Government Makassar. The aims of this research was analyze the implementation of learning organization, factors which is support bulding learning bureaucracy as an effort to follow the changing environment and demand of society. This research applied and quantitative and qualitative technique which is used the stratified random sampling Meanwehile, to cathce the data, informant to be used namely the leaders in the body of local government in Makassar. Analysis of data is descriptive quantitative and also qualitative with frequency distribution technique. The research result showed that there are good tend to apply learning bureaucracy which indicated of the apparatus want to learn continually from experience, fault, and also they can catch new knowledge and working system and other aspect related to societies" demand. The other found that the commitment factors and working environment in a good sense in building the learning bureaucracy in local government of Makassar. Aspects that related cultural values also determined applying the learning bureucracy, such as siri’ (self-respect), sipukatau sipakalebbi’ (respect each other), sipakario (motivation). Those are urgently required in building self capacty simultaneously in local burraucracy of Makassar
An Analytical Study of Working Capital Management of Selected Cement Companies in India
This article is to analyze and evaluate working capital management of selected cement companies. The main purpose of this study is to find out the liquidity position of selected cement companies in India, five companies were selection .The duration of study is five years start from 2015-16 to 2019-20. Two ratios were used for the analysis of data: current ratio quick ratio. To test hypothesis ANOVA was used. The major findings of the study indicate that there are significance difference in the quick ratio and current ratio of selected cement companies. Based on the data analysis, there is a mixed trend in the current ratio during the year 2015-16 to 2019-20. The analysis also shows the ups and down in the quick ratio of the selected cements companies during the period of 5 year. It indicates that there is mixed trend in quick ratio during the year 2015-16 to 2019-20. Removing short-term debt from balance sheet allow companies to have better quick and current ratios and allow to save some of liquidity in the near term and put in to better use. Companies are suggested to adopt more aggressiveness in maintaining their current rasio
The Effect of Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction on the Formation of OCB in Marketing Staff of PT. AJMI Pontianak Branch
This research was conducted in Pontianak, involving marketing employees at PT. AJMI Pontianak Branch. Respondents of this research consisted of 35 men and 84 women with an age range between 24 s.d. 62 years old, with take home pay based on commission from their sales. This research data processing uses Multivariate Statistical Method, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), WarpPLS6 Approach. Research findings state that organizational climate is a positive and significant builder for job satisfaction and OCB, job satisfaction is also a positive and significant shaper for OCB and job satisfaction is a significant mediation between organizational climate and OCB in marketing employees of PT AJMI Pontianak Branch
Analysis of the Mechanism for Determining Giving Amount of Financing for Gold Pawn Goods at Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office of Gorontalo
This study aims to examine and analyze the method of determining the amount of the amount of the value of financing for gold pawning at Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Of Gorontalo, the research method used in this study is descriptive research, namely research that presents an analysis of an object that describes systematically and accurately about a particular field. With interviews, namely a conversation, question and answer between two or more people who sit face to face is physically directed to a particular problem.This research can be concluded that Bank Syariah Mandiri pawnshop in carrying out mortgage financing uses three contracts, namely rahn and qardh, and maintenance costs using the Ijarah contract. When the process of granting financing for gold collaterals is examined the quality is by the pawnshop to determine the financing value given if the jewelry is 80% of the estimated value while if the bar is 95% of the estimated value. Assessment of collateral items with chemical analysis using tools, namely test stone, water tester, gold test needle. Evaluation by means of specific gravity using a tool namely electronic scales or analysts complete with weighing scales from 10 mgr to 500 grams, hydrotastic scales complete with weighing scales from 10 mgr to 500 grams, keler or tubes filled with clean water, and straps that are not absorb water. After the appraisal the customer will receive the amount of the fee he received based on the gold item he is carrying
The Effectiveness of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Learning Model in the Exposition Text Writing Skills of MA Darul Istiqamah Lappae Kabupaten Sinjai
This study aims to (1) describe the skills of writing expository text by applying the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model to the tenth-grade students of MA Darul Istiqamah Lappa'e, Sinjai Regency. (2) prove the effectiveness of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model on learning to write expository texts. This study uses an experimental research design, the type of experiment used is a true experiment. This study uses the form of a written test in learning to write an exposition text. Sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique with a total of 70 students. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SPSS version 25. The results of the research data analysis showed that the application of the NHT (Numbered Head Together) learning model was more effective than the conventional learning model in learning to write Indonesian exposition texts. It is evident from the results of t count > t table or 2,369 > 1,995 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis test H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, namely the NHT model is effectively used in learning to write exposition texts. In addition, it can be proven by the average value of the experimental class is 78.4 while the average value of the control class is 76.0. This shows that the application of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model is more effective in learning to write Indonesian exposition texts
Professional Standards Training and Understanding Pre-School Teachers’ Knowledge about Professional Standards
Theimprovement of the teacher’s quality, including teachers in general and preschool teachers in particular, hasgained interested in many countries around the world. Currently, most countries in the world have issued a framework of competency or professional standards for teachers as a basis for preschool teachers to self-assess and be assessed for their qualities and competenciet. On that basis, preschool teachers can implement the plan of quality training, strengthen and improve professional expertise. This article, the author conducts research to evaluate the implementation of the professional standards manual of schools and the teacher's understanding of professional standards. This is considered an important factor that will contribute to improving the effectiveness of teacher ratings according to professional standards. In this study, the author uses mainly quantitative research methods (survey, descriptive statistics and inference statistics) to clarify the problems that the research has posed. Research results show that there is a relationship between standard manual training and preschool teachers' understanding of professional standards. Standards instructors have a good understanding of professional standards. Especially the training is organized by the school and the education and training department, so the training classes are small, with a small number of participants and therefore higher quality
The interaction model of the Regional People's Representative Council and local governments regarding timely approval of the Regional Budget
This study aims to describe the interaction model of the Regional People's Representative Council and the regional government of Sidenreng Rappang Regency regarding the timely ratification of the Regional Budget (APBD). The method in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The total number of informants was 16 (sixteen) people. Data / information is collected through interview techniques equipped with observation techniques. The data collected were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques, namely interactive analysis models, then the results of the analysis were presented in narrative form. The result of the research shows that the interaction in the policy context involves various elements and elites who interact with each other, but the phenomenon that occurs is sometimes contravention which often occurs in the midst of elite interaction. The interaction takes place in the form of bargaining after there is a difference in perceptions of a number of program and activity nomenclature along with the nominal value stated in the draft. The interactions that occur between the actors of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) and the Regional Government since the preparation of the General Budget Policy - Temporary Budget Ceiling Priority (KUA-PPAS) to the determination of the APBD, have always been colored by dissociative, associative forms of interaction but finally resolved with a local wisdom approach
Disposition factors in the implementation of the National Health Insurance Program-Healthy Indonesia Card in Makassar City
This study aims to analyze the disposition factors in the implementation of the National Health Insurance Program-Healthy Indonesia Card in Makassar City. This research uses qualitative methods. This research focuses on disposition factors in the implementation of health insurance service delivery policies at the Guarantee Administration with a phenomenological approach. Sources of data were collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the disposition in the implementation of the National Health Insurance Program-Healthy Indonesia Card at the Makassar City Social Security Administration is through the appointment of employees in the Social Security Administering Bodies (BPJS) organizational structure at the level. Specific requirements (minimum S1, minimum 5 years work experience as supervisor for the Supervisory Board and directors for the Board of Directors) are considered qualified to hold the position. The selection of branch leaders is imposed by an internal selection system of BPJS Kesehatan. Incentives received by the leadership and employees for determining the amount of salary based on the provisions of the central level and adjusted to the region. The amount of salary / incentive for Makassar City BPJS Health employees is determined according to the lowest Makassar City Minimum Wage, the rest is based on position level. It can be understood that the performance of the Makassar City Healthcare BPJS has not provided the satisfaction of JKK KIS users because there are still complaints from prospective participants who are still taking care of membership, even though it is admittedly the process of validating data originating from the kelurahan, people still consider it slow
The Psychosocial Development of the Seminarians and the Positive affirmation Skills Intervention (PASI)
A group of Filipino seminarians (experimental group) had an intervention of Positive thoughts enhancement and Interpersonal skills developed by the researcher (11 modules) tailored fit for a Filipino culture seminarians and another group of Filipino seminarians (controlled group) had a normal setting lecture of formation. A pre-test and posttest of the seminarians’ psychosocial development with a Psychosocial Development measurement tool (The Modified Erikson Psychosocial Stage Inventory - MEPSI) was used to find out if there was an efficacy of the intervention. The posttest result of the experimental group was significantly higher than those of the control group which indicated that the intervention program (Positive Affirmation Skills Intervention – (PASI) was effective on the Psychosocial Development of the Seminarians. An incremental increase in the scores of the experimental group after exposure in the intervention and the participants in the experimental group experienced not only an enhancement of their psychosocial development attributes but had a high level of self-depth as compared to the control group which made an impact on their psychosocial development characteristics and attributes
